Great place to get all you need for your home projects!

Staff will help if you look lost, but require prompting. Had what was I looking for, at good prices compared to Home Depot and Lowes (quality is fine, except for their personal brand of tools/parts; you get what you pay for). Would get 5 stars with a more logical store lay-out, but what they are has been their modus operandi for decades. Its Menards; you know why you came here.

I had a pickup order and the process went pretty smoothly. They still have a very good selection of mulch (most discount stores are already sold out). Also picked up some post cement at the last minute and their app pointed me right where it was, and it was a decent price.

The people here were very helpful. I was able to find exactly what I needed and was in and out in a short time. Overall a good location

Archaic return procedure. By this point you should be able to look up purchases at the counter from credit cards. You have the system, but you inconvenience The shopper by having us have to print out every single receipt for each item. Theres no reason.And then, like today, when that one printer is out of order, receipt lookups are not an option.

I loved that the laundry supplies were right next to the entrance I used. Fastest Menards trip ever!

Employees seemed to think that customers were interruptions to their jobs instead of being the reason for their jobs. I was there to get a key copy cut and had to ask three people to get accurate directions to the automatic machine at the back of the store that makes them for you. The first two not only gave the wrong directions but seemed annoyed that I would ask, despite the fact that there is no signage in the store directing a customer to the proper place.The machine worked fine and once I found it I was done and had my key in less than 5 minutes.Maybe Menards should consider replacing more of their employees with machines.

Its Sunday afternoon and it wasnt crazy busy and there were people there to help if needed. A little low on stock for bathroom remodeling but thats ok because I can order online. Plenty of check-out staff. Store clean.

Menards is the best lumberyard around. They always have whatever I need. Its just not always where one might expect it to be and its a big store to hunt through, so its best to find an employee and ask them.Theres a fake lumber shortage right now and the three treated 2x10s that I needed for my project cost $92. And that just pisses me off. Its not Menards fault but theyre going along because theyre raking in the dough. There is NO lumber shortage. Their yard is packed full and I happen to know that the ports and rail yards are, according to my buddy that drives truck, stacked to the heavens with lumber. Its all money mongering BS.

Looks like the new Lawn and Garden Center expansion is about completed. Really going to be nice next month. Definitely be getting most of our plants and supplies from there. Also love all the variety of outdoor cooking needs!

Until they drop the unreasonable mask policy, I wont be returning. They required masks early on because the CDC recommended it. But now the CDC says its safe but I still have to wear one here? Which one is it? Following CDC guidelines or not?

Genuine service at the Blaine store. Hardware help desk deserve kudos. And the award goes to Dave, Door dept. He deserves acknowledgement for his help and knowledge. This is the Menards service I knew.

Did some early shopping (8:30) at Menards today. Not real busy, as expected. Clerks were available and helpful and I was able to get all the painting supplies I needed. It was a surprise to me that they had a 15 percent off sale for anything you could get in their shopping bag and they had piles of their bags at the entrance for shoppers. Very convenient! And I certainly appreciated the unexpected savings! Ive been a Menards shopper for many years and love their prices, service and convenience.

Thank you to Robby today who helped me with my entire list. He actually walked me around and measured vents for me (they fit perfectly, by the way). I really appreciate the extra time he took to help me find exactly what I needed!

Shipping issue! Someone threw a glob of shredded invoices in with our rug purchase. First, it got everywhere! Second, it did nothing to protect the rugs from damage! Third, it got all over our rugs, sticking to them! Finally, trying to recycle it in the wind yesterday was a complete disaster. Littering these invoices all over my yard! Not a smart move!

I went in and got what I needed and everything went just great. And should I be surprised theres no sprinklers left at Menards nope everybody in the world needs them right now.

Their mask policy is just getting tiresome. Its hard enough using am inhaler (non-smoker) than to be bothered at any turn. On a positive note, a gal who approached us about how we were wearing our face coverings, was helpful with getting quotes on a couple items....

They refused to let me in because I wasnt wearing a mask. Refused me check out, because I wasnt wearing the current version of the Star of David. They were quite rude about it, and refused to budge. The taller, thinner, blond woman relished her power in the situation, and it was disgusting. The only reason I was there was because they are the only ones who carry a specific product I needed. Ill make sure to spend my money elsewhere next time. DO NOT GO! Spend your money at an establishment that isnt fascist, whos not in bed with the government.

Menards has always been a great place to watch for big deals. If HomeDepot doesnt stock something. Menards usually does.

They make it very inconvenient for shoppers by not opening all entrances. Plus their 11% back is a joke and very misleading.

Very helpful employees!

They take zero responsibility for their 11% rebate when you do not receive it. They just tell you that its not their problem because its handled by a separate company called REBATEINTERNATIONAL.COM who has no phone number and does not respond to emails. We will no longer shop at Menards because of rebate frustration. Thats sad because Menards is a good store with a lot of good employees.

Check out was very slow. In line as I watched 8 people on both sides of me check out. Felt the manager was NOT in a good mood. She should be happy she had a job.

I had overall great experience. We go there for almost all our home renovation stuff, however, a rude employee Alex, told me to put a mask on after I just told him I threw up. I know to wear a mask. I would have put on the mask if it wasn’t covered in puke stains and wet from trying to wash it in the bathroom. Alex told me I had to buy one there when I also told him I’m just about to leave. This is not how you treat your customers. I work in restaurant, I know what’s good for customers. Very rude young man. The plus side of today’s experience was help from two employees in flooring. I wish I knew their names.

Store is somewhat OK, I was told by an employee that they are expanding the gardening department so that is kind of a good thing. Its still a typical Menards with all the Chinese dependent junk they sell while still trying to make you believe a majority of their products are American made. Always a good place for credit card crooks like most every other store since they never ask to see your signature and still wondering why credit card companies want you to sign the back of your card.

Great service, I found everything I needed pretty fast considering I didnt know the store very well. The people are so kind. They helped us carry 15 bags of concrete.

We were told we could bring our sales slip back and get a refund because the hanging baskets we bought had all kind of bugs in them so we did what they said and when we got to the store we were told we needed to bring the plants back. Don’t buy plants at Menards.They just lost my flower business.

Great store of all of your home improvement needs and then some. They have a very nice selection of patio and deck furniture and cooking utensils. Recently purchased a simple Char-Griller charcoal grill with the side smoker. I had never use a smoker so this was my first try. And I must say, it worked fantastic for grilling my 4 lb pork shoulder roast!!

Handicapped daughter was kicked out of the store because she didnt have a mask on. She has a note from doctor stating she doesnt have to have one. Manager would not give his name. Then surrounded us within 6 ft. Half of the employees had their nose stickers out of mask. Scary harrassment. Never again.

Big store yet has a small town store atmosphere. Always find what we need. Employees are courteous and helpful.

This store stopped enforcing the MN mask mandate. When I pointed out an individual not wearing a mask, employees just stared at me like a deer in the headlights. Two different employees wouldn’t do anything about it.Don’t visit this store until after the pandemic is over.

My fav home improvement store. They only had potting soil on top 2 shelves. Found an employee within 2 minutes their was a forklift helping me. Very helpful, fast, friendly!

The service here is way better than Lowes or Home Depot. The people here seem to actually know what they are doing and are very helpful. However, beware when ordering windows through them; the contract delivery service they use is horrible. 4 times my windows were delivered damaged. I checked with Menards and Menards checked with the factory. The factor wouldnt deliver damaged goods to Menards, and Menards wouldnt accept damaged goods. So, it was the delivery service who continually damaged my windows. Menards was great about it all, however, and reordered the windows for me. However, some of the orders were ultimately wrong - but by the time I realized it, the windows were already sitting in my garage, waiting to be installed in the next three months. But, Menards made good on all my pain and suffering of the two years I had ordered $15,000 worth of windows and associated products. Menards gave me a very nice in-store credit for all my trouble. I continue to shop there because they cared.

Don’t trust the amount of product there website claims they have in stock. I was looking to get 14 bundles of shingles they had 78 according to the website, so I purchased 14 drove into the yard to find none what a waste of time. So as I’m standing there for ten minutes waiting for the manager I check the website and they show 64 and then I return the 14 they didn’t have and now the website says they have 78 again even after the manager has been informed of this nothing was done. What a bunch of lazy idiots

They usually have everything I need. The only thing I would say is you have to hunt for someone to help you if you need it. But when you do find them, they are more than willing to help you.

Some things we need arent in stock. On line ordering isnt always user friendly.

Their lurking workers roam around with masks off or below their chin and then run up on you inside the 6ft distancing guidline that they set and try scolding you about having your mask cover your whole face, hypocrisy at its finest.

Was there to buy some lumber. They had it up on top bay and need a forklift to get it down. Ask a staff member and he said to give him 2 minutes. 30 minutes later, still no help. Short staff I guess. Had to get a refund.
