My car was fixed and on its way again very quickly but efficiently. They even aired up my tires for me!
Great customer service they were super helpful and the turn around on my car was way shorter then expected they very patient with my little ones while we waited they even let us change the TV to tom and jerry for them for watch 10/10 would recommend to a friend
They worked with me for a good set of tires for a good price. No pressure, and friendly. Ive bought tires here before so Im a returning customer.
Always a great place to take your car to be fix. From oil changes to other auto services, this Firestone team will take care of you. They are always knowledgeable and helpful.
I took my truck/SUV here to get an alignment and that was all I needed. When I picked up my truck/SUV my bill was a bit more than I thought it would be. When I ask how the alignment cost over $100 I was told it was for taxes and fees it added up. I just paid it and left. The bill was still bugging me. I jumped in my truck and took a look at the bill and noticed an additional charge for a service I didnt approve. (And yes I know I should have looked at the bill before paying but my husband has always called a head and set everything up and tells me what to expect and approximately how much to expect to pay.) There was an unauthorized additional change for an inspection. I looked on line and seen that they have a complimentary (FREE) service check that they do. We did not ask for this! 1st I was told that Oops sorry I should have marked that down to $9.99 sorry. I pointed out the add on there website. He rolled his eyes and slammed my bill down on the desk an said look from here up is the complimentary check up and from here down is the extra charges you are complaining about. I asked who approved the work because I know I did NOT! (We had a service check done at that Firestone 2 weeks earlier. That we had paid for)! He rolled his eyes again and said Look lady I dont know why you was charged for this I just charged was on the bill. I took my paperwork and left. As I was getting ready to leave the man who I gave my keys to when I 1st dropped of my truck came out of one of the shops bay areas and walked up to my truck. He asked about the issues with the bill, I told him what had happened. He said no problem I will refund that fee back to your card. He was very nice then and when I 1st dropped off my keys. All was good and I left. I turned around in the parking lot next door. As I was turning around I hurd a loud pop. My son ask OMG mom what did you hit? We both got out and checked all around and under the truck but there was nothing. There was nothing I could have hit. I live less then 3 miles from Firestone So we started home. As I was driving I noticed my truck pulling to the left. I let go of the steering wheel and was crossing over the white line with in within seconds.Once I got home my husband took the truck for a test drive and noticed the same thing I did. We went back to Firestone at that point he was told that they have other customers and cannot fit us back in today and we would have to come back another day. We made an appointment and was told they would try to squeeze us in the next day. The next day we receive a call saying I am sorry but we will not be able to fit you in today. We are booked solid with paying customers who have appointments. They have to come 1st but you can drop your truck off and we will get to it the 1st chance we have but it may take a few days. We may be able to get to it sooner if someone cancels their appointment. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. A few words were shared and we demanded refund. I have cut up my Firestone card and as soon as I pay the bill we will be closing the account. I dont know what has happened to Firestone but they went from the only place we would buy tires for to I will not be going there for anything. There are plenty of other competitors out there now we just have to find one we can trust. This is not the 1st issue/problem we have had with Firestone. We have been going to Firestone for more than 15 years and around the end of 2018 the beginning of 2019 is when we noticed a change in the company and started having problems like this one with them. We are very loyal customers but we trust the life of our family to them when we get new tires or have them work on our vehicles and enough is enough.
Once again, fantastic service from Andy and all the rest of the guys. I actually drive further just to come to this Firestone than another one because I like the way they Treat their customers
I needed help with a tractor tire, all it really needed was the bead set so it could be filled. They took care of it and didnt want to charge me. Customer service like that will have me go there to buy tires for my vehicles.
Awesome service and reasonably priced
I was driving through from out of state, and stopped to inflate a tire that had low air pressure. I had been to a firestone before my trip and was told my tires were safe to drive my 5000 mile trip, despite appearing to have concerning wear around the side. This location let me know it was not safe to drive, and were so accommodating to get me in and out quickly. Matt was wonderful to get them warrantied and get me back in the road. I highly recommend this location!
Every time I’ve needed something accomplished in a hurry, these guys come though. Tyler is usually the one who helps me out. Always professional, attentive, and they hustle. If you need anything done in regards to tires, this is the spot to go. Thanks for all the great work guys! I really appreciate it.
The technician Chris was very thorough, explained everything and went above and beyond! I was pleasantly surprised that Chris was knowledgeable of how to properly and safely place my Rollx modified adapted van on the hoist. The customer service rep. was super friendly and thorough as well while we waited for new tires. Highly recommended!
I will not be returning. It took 7.5 hours and two FULL diagnostic charges to fix my O2 sensors. I was charged $120 for diagnostics I did not need, one test I did not authorize. The diagnostics had already been ran. I was not given a time estimate, just that it would be done today. I arrived 4 minutes before close and my vehicle had not even been backed out of the garage. I never even got the call notifying me my car was done. After reviewing the invoice, I realized I was charged almost $100 a piece for $35 O2 sensors. Even though I was referred by a friend, I will not be back.Edit: 5 days after opening a ticket with a file number the area manager has still not resolved my issue. I have been directed to wait an additional 48 hours to be contacted. Great.
Would not suggest. I brought my truck there for an alignment 2 times for a pull and the never told me what was wrong I brought it to another shop and I had a wheel bearing that was bad which caused my alignment to be bad. They kept blaming it on my tires even though they were brand new and then when I told him the wheel bearing is bad they said that realigned it no cost and then when I brought it in the third time. they went back on it so I brought it to a different shop and they said that the alignment was off on both sides even though I only replaced one side
Great place for an oil change. I was able to drop my vehicle off, go to the gym across the street, and by the time I was done my car was ready to go. Everyone is super nice and they dont fight with you about their online discounts which is extremely nice. They also didnt try to sell me random things like previous oil change places have which I appreciate a lot. Ill definitely be back!
Normally they are pretty good. I just went in there and stood waiting for 15 minutes and not a sole approached me and asked what l needed. My wife and l have had our oil changed there often but we will be going to the Chevrolet dealership in Anoka from now on. Even if youre busy acknowledging a customer is paramount.I am writing this from the Chevy dealer.
Great service and got my vehicle in even being as busy as they are.
Quick and effective service on a friends car. When we stopped by to pick it up my own car died, employee helped me jump it and get me on my way.
I had a rare brake pads and rotors changed with them, and a little over a year later the rotors were causing pulsation, I thought they would have the minimum 2 years warranty, they said no, just one year, unbelievable! That was not the only issue, they also diagnosed the front brakes and told me I have to change the pads, rotors, and the brake calipers. At this point I had lost faith on them, and went to another mechanic, and only the front pads and rotors need to be replaced. Shame on you
To busy for a walk in, but they were still great to work with
Reasonable we go there for oil changes.regularly
I started coming here because it was right by my house and convenient. I moved pretty far away and I still only take my car here cause I found a place I trust. This staff is always very reliable and flexible with my insanely busy schedule!!
They always take good care of me.
These guys did a great job! The shop looked pretty busy, but they got me in and diagnosed the problem and explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle. Francisco was the mechanic that took care of my vehicle and he did a fantastic job! Thank you guys for the great work!
Its simple they were friendly efficient and fast. In and out.
Always super professional, accommodating and nice. Costs very reasonable. Weve been going them for years They care for our Subaru and our Jeep. I highly recommend them!
They were very good to me.
I wouldnt even give them one star if the form would allow. They called me and said my car was done, but it wasnt. He explained that they aligned 3 wheels but the 4th was maxed out and they wouldnt be able to complete the alignment unless I paid $500 to replace the Honda part with an after market adjustment rod or something like that. Now I know why I vowed a long time ago never to go back to any Firestone. I paid for a one time adjustment and took it for a second opinion. The part did need to be replaced as they said but $125 cheaper. I called to see if they would honor the alignment I just paid for less than a week ago and they said no. Ive talked with another alignment place and told him the story. He said that alignments usually start in the back and if they find that tires are not adjustable they stop and inform the customer. Firestone did not call me until they had completed the alignment...oh wait, IT WASNT COMPLETED. The guy that called me to say it was done couldnt even describe what the problem was. He had to call me back TWICE after he talked to the mechanic (loose term) that had worked on my car. To top it all off when I went to pick up my car the battery was dead. I dont know what they did but Ive never had any problems with the batter. The battery is only two years old and after I put it on the charger at home Ive had no further issues. Warning...dont trust this Firestone or any other in my opinion.
I went to firestone 6/28/20 to purchase 4 new tires and a oil change. 2 days later I’m driving to work and “run over something” and gets a flat tire! I have to tow my car back to firestone now and fine a way to work (which is life I’m not complaining). BUT 7/1/20 I brought my car in for one new tire and firestone charged me $90 for the tire! Originally priced at $110! I didn’t expect the tire completely free sure it’s my fault I “ran over something and got a slice in my tire” but only $20 off after I just spent $500+ on these tires 2 days before. I’m disgusted with Firestone’s services and how they upcharged me when I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with this company I even have a firestone credit card that I will definitely be canceling! I will not continue services at firestone from this day forward. I don’t feel that I’m a valued customer and I also don’t feel that brand new tires should just go flat after running over something. I’m just truly disappointed with this company and I can not wait to find better mechanics! I wouldn’t recommend firestone to anyone.
Matt has always been very professional. I will definitely be going back.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Appreciated the communication with the process of repairing my vehicle. Very professional highly recommend.
I asked for a rotate with my oil change it was not done! Inspection was never home over with me and a vehicle with 265000 miles on it everything checked out good? Really? I take good care of it and fix things that go wrong with it that’s why I still drive it! I had to wait for the tire rotation after they pulled it out and I paid for it! The people working did not even remember what vehicle I was driving let alone the two other people that were waiting as well. It took over two hours unacceptable on many levels. Poor service and workmanship. Avoid this store
Amazing service. very fast. friendly team, good prices. go here if you want it done right. highly reccomend.
Both the service advisor, and the tech that did the work were outstanding. They treated me respectfully and kept me in the loop with every detail. Hands down the best Firestone experience I have had!
The staff was extremely helpful and if I might say, very sexy!
Went here for a wheel alignment on a 2002 Toyota Corolla. I thought the service was excellent: they were very flexible dealing with a constantly changing situation and was very accommodating when we kept changing plans. When I called, the people I talked to were professional and courteous, I was very impressed. I also thought we were treated very fairly: the alignment did not seem to work right the first time (likely related to some fixes we were doing on the car) and they looked at it for free when we brought it back in. Price was reasonable and I would recommend to a friend.
UPDATE - August 2015: Place appears to have a new manager and my first experience with them was not good. Tried to convince me that I needed all new brakes for over $1000 when all that was ultimately wrong was a loose heat shield rattling around in rear of car and a backing plate on right rear brake - both fixed for $100. I know enough about cars to know when I do/dont need brakes and Im not even close front or rear. When I said no, Jerry kept dropping the price trying to get me to say yes. Dropped $150 in less than 30 seconds and finished by telling me he can come down more if I change my mind. Hopefully others have better experiences because I liked the place and they always treated me well, but I personally wont return.April 2015: Excellent service and honest people. Coon Rapids Firestone has done some routine maintenance work on two of my vehicles - a 20 year old Isuzu and a 9 year old F150 - and recently installed a starter in my Isuzu. Ive dealt with Joe and Karisa and found both of them to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are reasonable and they even offered discount specials that I wasnt aware of. My vehicles are all running strong and I will definitely do more business with them.
The technician was extremely nice in explaining the evacuation/recharge of the A/C system and why it was important to do a complete service if it ever starting getting low once 80-90 degree weather started (I got it serviced when it was still 45degrees out). Using a store-bought can to top it off doesnt take out any moisture from the system and could damage it.
Thy r awsome I love this placr
Took my Nissan in due to squeaking and scraping brakes. I setup an appointment online the day before. I originally planned on staying on site to see what was wrong with the car but left due to errands. They called me promptly and let me know what was wrong with the brakes. The price to replace them was very fair. It took them about two and a half hours but I was called again letting me know the car was done. I trust their work. Theyve fixed issues for two of my cars. Ive had good luck here.
Outstanding customer service today. I had a tire on car with a slow leak due to a screw. Chris fit me into the schedule. The repair was reasonable and fast. Thank you!!!
Had 2 vehicles scheduled for 2pm oil change explained little behind but would work us in. We were completed earlier than expected great job. But seemed awful high on a repair estimate. Working with us, will see?
Got new tires and an alignment and it wasnt too bad in price and very courteous people there and time didnt take long at all
Great customer service, this guys are able to understand those guys whose English is the second language.
Parts supplier hyundaiDealership out of Chicago sent the wrong part causing delays.
Firestone used to be my go-to for car repairs. They had always been quick, courteous, and affordable. However, after a change in management, everything seemed to go downhill. Service times became longer, and customer service as a whole shot to the ground. Plus, there seemed to be more attempts at making unnecessary repairs than before, as mentioned in comments from other users as well. My example is that they have replaced almost my entire fuel system, due to a blockage where I am unable to completely fill up my gas tank. They tested everything, replaced about $1000 worth of parts, and the issue is still there. Aside from that, the new GM was EXTREMELY rude to me, even turning service down to me once. Its pretty sad, honestly. Again, this was my go-to for any sort of car problem until Jerry took over. Maybe others wont have luck like mine with these guys, but unfortunately, I had to part ways and switch over to going to a local shop.
I think they are a fairly honest shop. They try to get the extra jobs if they can. If you dont know your car you could spend a lot of money on unnecessary maintenance. Be careful most shops do the same thing, its not what is in your best interest, its what maximizes their profitability!
My vehicle was moved into the garage promptly upon my arrival. All work was completed professionally and the itemized invoice explained as to the work they did and the cost. Very happy with my experience this morning!
Friendly staff, nice waiting area and good selection of tires. I used to go to this place when it was on the boulevard and what an upgrade this place got.
I brought my car in due to a rattle in the front end and to have a tire put on a rim and swapped with one of my other tires.I wanted to keep the other tire as a spare. When I picked up my vehicle there was an empty rim in the trunk and they threw away my [would be] spare. I got the rubber back, but there was little means of correction.Though, the rattle was never fixed and a few months later that shock blew out.. So thanks guys for diagnosing it as not a problem.
They are affordable and quick and their work is dependable. And they’re one of the few mechanics open on a Sunday!
These guys are a mess. I made an appointment for winter tires and rims to be put on and when i came in they told me that they miss quoted me and thought that i need a rotation and wanted to charge me $100 to take off 4 tires and rims and put 4 on. The job would have taken less time than a damn rotation that they wanted to charge me $20 for.
Terrible!!! I brought my SUV in for two new tires. I had had two tires replaced fewer than 4000 miles before this adventure. They told me that since it is all wheel drive I must have all four tires replaced at the same time. (Which is true if the tread on the two used tires measures too far off the tread of the new tires.) And of course, they found the measurements to be too far off. This was a bit of a bummer since I had spent $400 on the tires a few months ago and now had to throw them out. Then they told me that there was a possible leak in the axle shaft seal and to be safe I should have them remove and inspect it. (And by the way, theyll take you into the shop to look at the area of concern for yourself.) I was planning a trip the following weekend that was about 600 miles round trip and they told me that they wouldnt recommend driving my vehicle that distance in its current shape. Feeling quite frustrated I took my vehicle to the dealership to get a second opinion. I told them the story and within minutes they took my vehicle in to check things out. There was NO LEAKING (they didnt need to take anything apart to figure that out) and the tire measurements were within the proper limits. By getting a second opinion I spent approximately $400 on two new tires instead of $800 on four new tires and $330 on an issue that didnt exist! Firestone is either full of deceitful or incapable staff. Either way, not worth the price.
They were great. Couldnt figure out my spare tire which granted is tricky but if I can do it.. ???? EDIT HAD NOT REALIZED THEY COMPLETELY DISMANTLED MY SPARE TIRE ASSEMBLY SO NOW EVEN I cant put it on and do not see my bolts to put it back on which they were not theres was not authorized and I am furious
I live in Kanasa but over the last few years visiting family in Minnesota I have used this store multiple times. They have addressed issues with my car quickly and professionally.
Been to the Coon Rapids location twice and have had an awesome experience both times! Russ and Dave are very helpful and informative good guys!!
I dont recall that Ive ever had a truly bad experience at any firestone store. I might occasionally get bad news (your car needs repair for $$) but they lay it out for me. These three things need to be fixed: 1. high priority, 2. can wait a couple weeks to a couple months and 3. should be fixed within the next six to eight months, sooner with harsh weather. My last visit was for a simple oil change which was done in about 20 minutes, and a rotation and balancing of the tires. The cashier showed me a connecting joint something or other that was worn. Said it should be fixed in the next month or so got safety but that might car was otherwise is good condition.
Nice clean shop, polite employees. I did schedule an appointment and they were kinda late but whatever. Shoplife.
Great service and reasonable prices.
Came in for a scheduled appointment on Black Friday for a set of tires. I arrived about 45 minutes early, and they got me right in. 90 minutes later the job was complete. My only issue was with the free alignment check. I saw the van on the alignment rack with the alignment sensors installed over the hubcaps. The service writer came in and told me the van was out of alignment, and showed me a printout for a Dodge Grand Caravan. My van is a full-size Ford...how did the tech miss that? I pointed out that the sensors were installed over the hubcaps, which provides for an inaccurate reading, and the service writer simply assured me that their system is very accurate and that the tech knows what hes doing. I declined to pay for an alignment because I lacked faith in the ability of the tech.Overall I had a good experience, but they clearly need to provide better training to their techs.
Awesome place took care to delearship said it was something we had fixed but they got car in a double check did lots of other test it was fine staff there very friendly and really listen to what you were saying
After spending $500 on a Thursday, I learned that if I waited a couple of days I could have saved $100 by doing the work on a Sunday. Just another example of being taken. Its especially disappointing after spending thousands of dollars at this location over the past 15 years. I expected better.
Not at all helpful, and complete waste of time overall.
This was only our 2nd visit there & it was another positive one. This location isour next choice when we cant bring our vehicles to our primary mechanic. Tony isgreat with taking the time to explain things, listens to us & makes sure we understand everything.
Love this place the guys were great service was fast and friendly and seem to be very honest about my car
Went in with a flat tire, the worker showed me where the leaks were at and explained they couldnt be patched. Showed me different tire options, cheap to expensive, and didnt try to push the expensive option on me. Genuinely tried to help me without upselling; overall it was a great experience.
I have been doing car service with this guys complete auto care for a long time and I am happy with it. Reasonable prices and amazing custopmer service .Kudos guys.
Shopping for tires. I believe they gave me good information and the price is better than the big discount place I normally go to for food and other items who also sell tires
Great bunch of guys, prompt and they know what there doing
My entire household does all of our servicing for our vehicles here. Staff is always polite and friendly and happy to help!
I’ve been bringing my vehicle to this location for a while now because I trust them! Their service is fast and efficient, staff are warm and welcoming.
Great service. I like this shop. No b.s. Can have my wife get our truck serviced here and not get scammed. Trustworthy.
I have been doing car service with firestone complete auto care for over 10 years and I am happy with it. Reasonable prices and decent service.
I called Wednesday they ordered.my tires and installed next day that is awesome
If I could give zero stars I would. They tried to charge me 380.00 for a brake job that should be just a little over 300.00 then they told me it would take and hour, which is good. So, I went over to bks diner, right next door, and spent about 45 minutes there and came back. Unfortunately my car is still parked in the same spot. Then they tried to give me some bs excuse as to why they havent even touched my car and they will have it done in 45 minutes. So, the original time of one hour is going to take nearly 2 hours, then they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to schedule for another time. I took my keys and Im never, ever coming back to that circus theyre trying to pass off as a reputable automotive repair place. You all give Firestone a bad name. Dont waste your time or your money there. I wasted one, and I certainly wasnt about to waste the other.
Great Mechanics. Honest bunch of guys.
Always professional and great service!
GREAT SERVICE AND COMPETITIVE PRICES.
Honest, professional, timely and courteous - these guys - Joe and the crew are just exceptional. We trust them and enjoy going back to them time and time again.
Also wish i could give this store a 0 star. Had a run in with the manager Arnold. Seemed not to care about anyone but himself. Over heard the lady before me ask about the neighborhood discount. He replied never heard of such a thing, but would you like to open a Firestone Credit Card? So this lady didnt want to purchase a replacement rim for her F 250. After he finished with her transaction, I asked her what year was her truck. She said it was a 2011. I politely told her that I had a take off set at my shop that if she was interested to call me and gave her my card. Arnold lost it and began reprimanding me as to how dare I come into his shop and conduct business. Remember this was after the customer has already said NO. I asked him about my discount. He replied not today youre not! Long story short, I was a customer of Firestone for many years, and they would do my alignments as my shop is too small for an alignment rack. Unfortunately for Firestone, they have an unruly manager that has no thought for the local or long time customer. Not sayin, just sayin. NOT GOING TO SEE ME THERE AGAIN. Thanks Arnold!!
Good price for the tires I got and the service was quick as well.
They dont try to sell you unnecessary things and they educate you on your car - As a young woman I completely trust these guys with my vehicle and money!I badly needed an alignment after my subframe was replaced at a dealership (they couldnt align it there) and I waited too long to do it, so I ended up going in with my front tires completely bald and my Jeep was completely out of wack. They got me in same day- it took them a little over an hour to do everything, they were dirt cheap with the alignment AND gave me a discount on the tires. I was shocked when they appologized for making me wait, I was so greatful that I was able to get in on a friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, and to not completely break the bank. I refer all my friends and family and Ill be back soon for two new rear tires!
People seem nice, but I felt lied to. I asked a specific question for adjusting the rear camber on my car. They said theyd get it straightened out, only to tell me after the fact that its non-adjustable.
Great service from this place, I would trust this place a lot better then the small ma and pa shops that have to farm there work out.
Very friendly and kind staff quick service they know what they are doing and are very honest people
Ive got their credit card. Staff problems here like most in this Great Economy..
Striped my bleeder valves on my calipers. Wont take responsibility or replace what they broke. Denied responsibility and wanted me to pay for new calipers. The old guy was very rude and disrespectful. Do not bring your vehicle here, especially if you love it!
Great service! Had a screw in the tire and they were able to repair within 30mins.
Honest advice and great service.
Disappointing. They spent more time telling what they couldnt do than they did trying to find a way to help. Ended up going somewhere else.
Very helpful. Quick tire service.
These guys take great care of my family cars and they are honest.
Great service friendly staff keep up the great work
Quick turnaround time and competitive price for a tire plug.
They always take care of my car.
Great service great value.
Staff seems to have trouble following directions and sometimes repairs are not done by time promised. Hope they can correct there issues
Great service, and really fast and great work
Friendly and provided Great service!
Friendly staff that provide great quality services.
