The staff here are sooo helpful .the store is clean and organized. I am so glad I found this location. They have everything I need to help me run my business. Amazing staff.

Empty shelves.. out of everything, all the time! However, the small aisles are always blocked with sky-high boxes of unpacked products. I had to give up coming here. Those of you who have been here, know exactly what Im talking about. Other CPs sadly look down on this location. I really wish it was better. ( Rating is a reminder not to return... sorry =/ )

The lady who was working made me feel super uncomfortable. Im a new student and she questioned me about it in a way that was almost condescending. She seemed irritated that I wanted to sign up for a membership there and said it will be tedious but ok

Crammed, narrow aisles and they didnt have everything I wanted. Nice girls trying to help, pleasant.

The lady with first name D was rude, said items were in stock. Confirmed over the phone that items were in stock. After 20 minute drive to the store-got there and the specialty item was not there as she said. She thought a different product would work. Waste of time as she is very unprofessional. And just not happy. So we are shopping elsewhere until she (D) gets a different job where she will be happy (hopefully) and treat her customers with respect and cheerfulness.

Awful customer service! Workers are very rude and not helpful. The store In fridley has horrible workers... especially the lady that used to have the blue tips which now has long braids... she was very rude when I went she was talking about stealing ... something I understand but at the same time she was watching me and like giving me the understanding she was throwing shade at me like If i were going to steal ... will not return!

They were nice and an easy to talk too.

I was greeted as I was walking in and ask if I needed assistance. The manager came to my assistance, and answered all my questions, and recommended great products to me!

Horrible rude customer service and they’re pricing is always wrong and the. When they over charged me they didn’t want to refund me but I never left the store always have price tags under wrong products will never shop here again!
