Chris gave me a quote over the phone based on what I could tell him about fluid near my right rear tire. I was at work and both my husband and Chris said I shouldn’t drive my car. So I got a quote for the tow and told them to come and get my car. Because my car is a BMW Chris said it might be a day or two to get parts. He diagnosed that it was my struts leaking the fluid. They had a loaner for me to use in the meantime. My husband also asked them to put new wipers on and get it aligned. Chris called when my car was done and told me the total and I thought I hadn’t heard him right. The amount he told me was much less than the quote. The same went for the tow. My car drives better then it has in some time so I’m sure the struts had been going for awhile. I started going to Hwy 10 Minnoco for oil changes as they were recommended by a friend that had been using them for everything, for years for her BMW. And I will continue to use them in the future, and my husband is going to start taking his truck there for maintenance and service as well!!!

Thats how its done! Last night I had another company come out through AAA to jump start my dead battery. It took 3.5 hours for them to get here, and they tested my battery and said it was fine, then jumped it. I drove it around for a bit and thought it was good.Come back today and its dead. I called AAA again, and this time they sent Hwy 10 Towing. Dillon called me within minutes and was here within 15 minutes. Come to find out when I bought my battery through AAA the company (Stillwater Towing) put the wrong size in back in 2019. That didnt affect it being dead, but Dillon was knowledgeable enough to tell me and show me how small the battery was, that it didnt even fit all the way in the tray. He was super kind and helpful. He called his manager to see what they could do and Tony cheerfully (I could hear him on speakerphone) said they would take care of me, have a tech drive the CORRECT size battery down to me, and get it installed under warranty even though it is questionable whether it was technically covered (they could have not covered it if they wanted, lets say that). In a day and age of very limited customer service, these guys were amazing.AAA is lucky to have them as a vendor and I would not hesitate at all to call them. Dillon was so knowledgeable and willing to help and Tony gave the same level of service and backed him up. It really made my week to deal with such a great company.

Trying to charge 685.00 for a 60.00 part -claim needed to be reprogrammed. Did it in 5 min for 55 buck . Scam artist TAKE BUISNESS ELSE WHERE !!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!!

First the driver calls and said he lost the only keys to our truck and he would get back to us, called the dispatch office 5 different times over 4 hours and spoke to Craig or Greg, stating hey you lost the keys to our truck but we still have my work cellphone and my daughters car seat in the truck. He kept asking me am I sure I gave them my keys? Like he was trying to put the blame on me, after a few minutes of explaining the fact the driver told my mechanic that he lost the keys aswell as called us, he said that a lock smith was on his way. Each call he assured us the lock smith was coming for 4 hours (including the phone calls) were spent in a hot parking lot waiting for them to come. Called for the last time and he cops an attitude with me asking why we would be waiting for the locksmith unless I had stuff in the car ( my workphone and daugjters carseat explained 4 times prior). first they lose my keys then get mad at me for their mistake. I did get a new set if keys but that was the most unprofessional company I have ever had to use and to think my grandfather lent me his AAA card for the tow...

Had our truck towed and they lost the key fob. They also took a car wash card worth 3 more washes out of the visor along with other coupons and things. We’ve called at least three times and never can get anyone who can help and never receive a return call either. Beware if you use them for towing.

Set up a tow at 12:59 with a 3 hr wait. Not bad for the conditions. Call back at 2:16 now 3rd on list. Call back at 3:54 no answer. Call at 4:13 we have no record of your tow, our system does not drop tows. Not recomended.

Came on 12/21 there was a girl with blond hair working the counter who wouldn’t sell me a pack of cigarettes because my license was expired. I told her the deadlines for expired ids are extended (billed passed bc gov Walz) bc of closed dmvs and she still said no. Went to speedway across the street and had no issues there.

Called AAA for a tire change and a driver from this company responded. Driver made minimal effort to loosen lug nuts saying that he could not get them loose without breaking them. when I then asked for a tow, driver did not want to tow saying I should wait until tomorrow. After insisting, driver did tow my vehicle. Next day tire was changed with no trouble and little effort without air tools. Should have and could have been resolved without towing. Will be reaching out to AAA also. Not sure if driver was too young, too inexperienced or too scared but for sure not professional or reliable.

Colin the Tow Truck Guy Towed me home yesterday. It was very cold outside and my car died. I called AAA & they sent me the nicest guy. Right away, he suggested I sit in the truck, which was warm & I was very cold, even tho it only took 30 mins for him to get to me.Turned out that my radiator had a bad leak, I thought I just needed a jump. Colin towed me home. I tipped him. Cuz thats what you do when you get good service.If you see him, say HI to Colin for me.

Th worst workers Ive ever dealt with always crying about how hard there job is to work at a gas station. Good e85 prices but thats the only thing good about the gas station. Also this place bans guns so you know its safe.

I had inadvertently locked my keys in my truck by hitting the door lock button with my hand as I exited my truck.I called AAA for assistance. They dispatched HWY 10 Towing. I was inside my truck within 30 minutes of making the call.Paul from HWY 10 Towing is a complete professional and all around GREAT guy!!If customer service is your goal you have the right man on the job.I highly recommend using HWY 10 for any of your roadside assistance.

Attempted to get a tow through AAA, they verified everything was okay with the business, but they didnt tow the vehicle anyway and left me hanging. I recommend to AAA that they be removed from the service provider list. Poor communication. Poor customer service, and shady to deal with.

My engine light was blinking so I knew I had a serious problem. I drove about a mile just so I could get to this station. They immediately helped me and contacted my dealer because car is under warranty. Since they have AAA towing they towed car to dealership. Both the young man at Minnoco and the tow driver treated me with kindness and respect. Highly recommend!

Yelling at your customer for parking the car right infront of the store, this woman doesnt know how to talk professionally! And she shouldnt supposed to raised her voice rudely that your carwash is DOWN!! She doesnt have good customer service at all!!!!

Going NB on 35W just passed the river at around l11:30PM 5/25 and encounter a HWY 10 tow truck driver that was super inconsiderate. Kept driving into my lane and didnt signal to get in front of me. Then when traffic slowed down in front of them they quickly left the lane without stopping or signaling leaving me to hard brake to avoid an accident.

My husband knows about cars.. obviously more than some people who work here. When a tow driver came to pick up a vehicle through AAA from our home. My husband specifically said you should bring a flat bed. When the employee showed up he did not have a flat bed. My husband went on to tell him that he was surprised that he didnt and went and physically showed this guy the tires and explained why the way he was trying to tow the car would be a mistake and the guy said eh, should be fine and went on his way to hook up the car to the tow truck. After leaving he showed up to the shop that was going to fix the car and the car was smoking from the front wheels! Even the shop said this guy is at fault!! This employee has so much shame that he doesnt even want to admit to his wrong doings! Decide what you must on this place, but I highly recommend someone more reliable who cares about the customers and their m company!

I was matched with them through AAA. Initially the wait time for a tow was three hours, which I dealt with. Then they told me they were going to be an additional couple hours late, and they wouldnt be able to take me to the location they had been asked. I dealt with that and found a nearby auto shop for them to take my car to. They said I they could tow it without me and I could get picked up, so I did. The next day I called the shop to see when my car would be done, and they said it wasnt there. I called the towing company and they said they tried to call me (which they didnt) but they werent able to tow my car without me there after they had told me I was OK to go. I dealt with that and started over with AAA again like they asked, which I shouldnt have had to do but I did anyways. They said to wait for the call from the towing company for a time to meet them at the car. No call for three hours. Finally they call and say theyre at the car. I tell them Im leaving right away but its about a thirty minute drive. They say ok. I get to the car. No tow. I call them to ask where they are and they say they left and hang up on me. I call back a few more times and they hang up on me every time and say to call AAA. This is an incompetent, unfriendly business that screwed me over several times. I was way more understanding with them than I needed to be, and they screwed me.

They fired me on December 20th. I went in today to get my paycheck because it’s their normal payday and they said his wife has my paycheck and I can’t get it until next Tuesday! According to the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry under Minnesota Statutes 181.13 I am entitled to my final wages within 24 hours of my demand! Now they say I have to wait an extra week past payday to get my last paycheck! I will be filing a complaint with the Minnesota Department of Labor and with American Auto Association, AAA!!!I want my paycheck sent to my home address!Kevin B.Ive contacted the Department of Labor and they are aware of the situation. So I expect my paycheck to be mailed to my home address within 24 hours of December 30th. That is ten days from separation. Not next Tuesday or Wednesday.Thank you

Not happy with the service, my wife call two day ago and ask about towing my dad car and the person who answer the phone told her that in 2 hours he was going to call her back cuz they were busy, so we wait it all day nothing happen they never call us.. so I call today and tell them about what happen on Saturday and the guy who answer the phone was not friendly to me and after I told him what happen he pretty much say we don’t have any towing truck in the area... 0 trying to help the situation he acted like he didn’t care... Without question, this is the only towing/roadside assistance company I would do business with. During the April 14th Blizzard, I was messing around with my vintage Jeep YJ and I got it stuck in a field about 100 feet from the road. A professional and pleasant driver showed up within two hours and winched my Jeep for half the cost of Rapid Recovery towing (never use Rapid Recovery Towing - they are not reliable and will lie to you right on the phone). 100% positive for the folks at Hwy 10 - I even gave the driver a tip he did such a nice job with zero damage to my Jeep which was buried in mud/ice/snow up to the frame.

Do NOT trust this company with towing!! They either have incredibly dishonest, incompetent or both people. A vehicle that was towed was damaged because of either pure laziness by the driver, or not willing or simply not knowledgeable enough to go get a flatbed when needed, even when told there were no caliper blots in the caliper and it appeared to be seized. I brought the driver to the wheel with a flashlight to make sure he understood what I was telling him. He says I never did that, when even my small child remembered it! OK, lets pretend that I am the one not telling the truth and the driver is. Now we have a tow truck driver that doesnt see all the smoke barreling out of the vehicle he is towing! Like I said they are either dishonest, incompetent or both people. Im happy to know that AAA is now considering dropping the contract with them. They will lose way more money this way than the honest way!

The driver managed not to be able to find a black car with its front wheels stuck in a snowbank in daylight, and at the exact location we told him near the front of a residential development. I had him on speakerphone as I drove my mother back to her car (AAA had advised her to get a ride home, but HWY 10 won’t tow without a damage waiver). We were about 5-6 minutes away when he called to say he couldn’t find the car, and I reiterated the name of the street (the whole development has only 3 streets) and nearby cul-de-sac for reference. He huffed that he’d driven the entire street, and the car was not there, and he drove off. When we drove into the development, the car was exactly where we told him to look. You really couldn’t miss it. The AAA dispatcher we spoke to had no idea why he couldn’t find it because it showed up just fine on her map. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such rude service from a AAA provider. After reading some reviews online, we specifically requested a different company be sent out to complete the tow, even though that meant a longer wait. They found the car with no problem and got it home safely.

Ive had two bad experience with Them. The second time I called my AAA and they estimated it an hour. but it ended up two hours and 15 minutes. And then we asked why it took so long and they said they had to stop An see a friend that was in the area before they came and they said they didnt think I would mind. Like really. The driver I had strapped my 4wd vehicle up improperly and caused $2,800.00 worth of damage. The driver admitted that he received the call while he was hanging around smoking pot with his buddies. Too bad I didnt get a recording of that statement. Luckily I took photos of how the car was strapped in. Rear wheels, straight on the ground. No dolly like they try to claim. Chris in towing is not very good at customer service. I dont appreciate being talked down to. am rightfully pissed. This company is full of half-wit hacks. AAA needs to drop these fools before it tarnished their reputation too.

I tow at least a few vehicles a year and Ive always used hwy 10 towing untill now.. I just tried to make an appointment to get my car towed around 10:30 the next morning but they told me that they cant promise that theyll get a tow truck there at any specific time because AAA vehicles that need a tow comes first and the guy I talked to was not very friendly I would not recommend hwy 10 towing to anyone unless you have AAA and even then I would recommend you try to find a better tow company that takes more pride in there jobs. I now recommend Schmit towing to everyone, you can make an appointment with them and the people there are very friendly, courteous, affordable and they know what theyre doing. I will never use hwy 10 towing again.

Sitting passenger on the hwy 10 at 2:15pm 6/24 as their driver is swerving all over the road, EYES GLUED TO HIS PHONE in the driver seat. Tried to honk and get his attention but he didn’t even flinch. This loser is going to cause an accident. Maybe they should higher qualified people to drive or maybe it’s just a poor quality business itself.

I called AAA and asked for a road side battery replacement. AAA gave us a price and passed us to Hwy 10 towing. When Hwy 10 got to us the driver told us that AAA does not install batteries. I called AAA again and they confirmed that they did install batteriez.After calling Hwy 10 towing to complain that they were not following thru with our AAA service I was called a liar and told that AAA does not offer that service and finally was refused service.

July 24th at 11:30am.Highway 10 towing arrived on time! I received a call from the shop that my vehicle will be more expensive Due to the incompetent driver.Employee talked to Highway 10 driver.He seemed unimpressed with a whatever attitude.I then called highway 10.Manager then saidNot my problem,call triple A.I will see them in small claims court.I got witnesses😎.Damage was only 500.00.Filing fee for court is 25.00.All they do is tow vehicles.Thats it......Do it right.Take responsibility and ownership .Im a combat vet,I know thugs when I see them.Do not use this towing place .Im sure their fee is cheap, just like their service..

This is my goto gas station due to selling E15 and E30 gas. They are usually $.10-.20 cheaper per gallon respectively and E15 can go in ANY 2001 or newer vehicle so most people could save a lot of money! Free car wash with E15 fill as well usually.

I work at a repair shop and one of the company drivers came in 20 minutes before the shop was closing and the driver was yelling at me because I told him we did not have time to replace the tire. So I would not do any kind of business with the ever again.

Apparently hwy 10 towing likes to hire very RUDE Drivers o was driving down highway and driver gets behind me and flashes hi beams at me the strobes then while passing me swears at me and flips me off then gets in front of me and turns on his rear work lights in my face very unprofessional and now i see why they have a farly low rating.

Just trying to call for a tow and got no answer. their website claims you can always get ahold of someone, very not true! Then the voicemail is not even set up so you cant even leave a message, not reliable like they claim!
