The store is clean, friendly helpful staff. I never have trouble finding what I need. Great store.

Wanted to FedEx a package while I was in the area. Woman that helped me had a difficult time with the QRC scanner and began helping another customer without so much as word to me, not a sorry or let me find someone else to help you, she just ignored me completely. Such blantanly rude customer service. I would give zero stars for her if I could.

I know I got lucky with no people in line, but it was the last hour of the day and they helped me fill a new prescription within 5 minutes. They were very friendly and treated me very well.I regularly fill prescriptions for my family here and it is usually very easy and simple to pick up at their drive up window.Need a pharmacy? Live in Coolidge? Come here.

Walgreens has a great selection of merchandise and friendly and knowledgeable employees. Always greeted when entering and wished a good day when exiting. Just wish there was a store closer to my location.

They have great guest service and very helpful. Went there to print out my daughters birthday invitations and they were boxes up with envelopes. They came out awesome Im so excited.

Sure the store is in good state but if the hours state they close at 8pm don’t lock the doors at 745pm no matter how tempting because you’re tired of working. You’re losing sales.

Worst customer service ever. The pharmacy takes their time picking up a simple phone call and they dont even seem to want to help other Walgreens.

After moving to Arizona from NE, where I had several poor experiences with Walgreens, I decided to try the Walgreens in Coolidge AZ. The same type of experiences continued. Getting a flu shot seemed simple enough, until the paperwork was sent to Medicare instead of my United Healthcare plan. I got the shot in September 2017 and gave Walgreens my United Healthcare card to process and didnt think any more about it until Jan 2018 when I got a notice from Medicare that they couldnt process my claim. Then it was followed by a bill from Walgreens for $40.57. I called United Healthcare who were extremely helpful and resolved the issue. Why would Walgreens send the bill to Medicare instead of my insurance, good question? It just shows their lack of attention to details! As the other review from my location indicated, Walmart or Safeway are better choices for prescriptions!! 2 stars is giving Walgreens the benefit of the doubt.

Its been a year and i at first gave them one star but over the year its been imrpoving.In store is always a plesant experience pharmacy has improved drastically. I will say a year ago was horrible service happy they have improved there medicine is way cheaper the. San tan walgreens.
