Quick coin less laundry with excellent customer service! I had two loads of laundry and was in and out with a wash and dry in less than an hour and for only $7.60. If youre only going for one visit dont overload your laundry card you cant get a refund. Id give the place five stars but it could use a little TLC and a sweeping. Ill be back.

I havent been to a laundry mat in years so I was clueless. after doing research, I decided to come here. The gentleman there was super nice! He showed me how to load one of the cards (they are coinless so you need this). I was able to do 4 loads of laundry in a hour for $20! The facility was clean and nice. There is always a staff member on duty, so I felt safe. There were plenty of folding tables available. I plan on always going to Willow Express now! Thank you guys so much for all of your help!

One of the best and cheapest Laundr-O-Mat Ive been to....even though Id rather just have my own washer and dryer like I did before I moved into this apt.

Clean and lots of working dryers. The paycard system is a bit janky. You should be able to check your card balance but Ive never made it work.

Even though this place is pretty busy most of the time its never too extremely crowded and Ive never had to wait for a machine. Decent parking, Staff is friendly and attentive the place is clean and there is everything I need there including change, bags, carts ect.

Great first time experience here today. The attendant helped lead me through the process to load their laundry cards with my debit card and made recommendations on which size machine and how much money I should expect to spend. In and out in just about an hour for $8.

The Dryers are cheap and the clothes are dry in 15 minutes or less. Im in and out in an hour or less! They even have free coffee. I Love it.. Very nice laundry mat!! We are new to the area and still waiting to move into our home and went to this laundry mat today to get caught up on our laundry. They have folks working there that were very helpful and assisted us providing great customer service and patience!! They have a very nice card payment system where you put some cash on a card and then use it on the machines without having to mess with coins all the time. Very nice way to handle paying!!It was also a very roomy and clean business and the people working there were cleaning and taking care of things to keep things nice for the customers. In addition to being very helpful, attentive and keeping things looking nice they themselves were clean and very approachable.All in all... very nice place to do your laundry... highly recommend!!

Even the bathroom is clean, which is saying a lot for whomever owns this place & those they hire! Vending machines on premesis is very helpful, too!

I just moved into my apartment and was looking for a laundromat, so I took a suggestion from a friend and went here. The washing and drying machines all operated off of cards which you can get when you go in. You just use either cash or credit card to put a balance on your washing card, and then you are ready to start. Also if you are a Tennessee Tech student, you can get a 10% discount here.There were several different size machines there. The washers that I used cost $2.67 per load, and they were what I would say average size. They also had some larger ones that cost a bit more if you have a large load. The dryers all appeared to be the same price no matter the size ($0.30 per 6 minutes). There was also a vending machine to dispense cleaning supplies should you need those.The facility was very clean and the atmosphere was pretty nice. The staff seemed to keep to themselves unless you talked to them first, but the attendant that I spoke with was very nice and helpful when I talked to her.Overall this place is great and I highly recommend it if you dont like to save up quarters for laundry.

Machines looked updated. Everyone was nice and helpful learning how things worked there. You have to buy a refill card but its very easy to use. Definitely easier than it looks.

The people behind the desk are very friendly & helpful. You only need money to put on your laundry card not tons of quarters. The weekend and Mondays & Fridays are busy. Middle of the week is a great time to go. But even on the weekend, youll get done quickly. It is always clean. Dominos is right next door if you get hungry!

Have been to most of the laundrys. In town and by far this is the best. All of them are priced the same but this one has more room,tables and seating. Plus its cleaner. Really enjoyed the experience.

This place is clean with great customer service. This is the best place in Cookeville to go to do laundry. It is cheap (for a laundry mat) and really convenient. No change, they use cards for their machines plus you get a ten percent discount if you have a Tennessee Technological University ID

Went in at 9:15 Just to wash clothes since my washer broke. Would have left in under 30 minutes since I would take them home to dry but was told since it was after 9 I couldnt start a laud because the employees want to leave at 10 and I would just have to come back tomorrow. I said nope Im going to the one down the street and she responded with then just be a a** hole. Terrible service. Actively will tell others to avoid.
