My absolute favorite ice cream place. Everything is made from scratch and is completely homemade! My favorite flavor since I started going there is by far the blackberry cheesecake (yes, it had REAL blackberries and real cheesecake in it) I thought at first that was an odd combination but oh my gosh it was Awesome! They have lots of different flavors, from traditional vanilla and chocolate to cheese, margarita and lots of fresh fruit flavors!!Next time I go I plan to try their coconut water fruit bars or just a simple fruit bar! (Made with real fruit and made homemade in house!)

Tonight was my first time at real Michoacána and it was AMAZING! I ordered two scoops (For 3.50) with two flavors, Key Lime Pie and Mango. 🥭 💚🧡Authentic and delicious! The two scoop portion is served in about an 8 ounce cup. (It’s bigger in person,the bottom of the cup is smaller and gets wider as it goes up) The young lady working the counter (Jennifer) was very generous with the sample and information she provided was clear and precise. I have found my new favorite ice cream place! Great price and bold flavor!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. There are so many flavors to choose from and what we had was all delicious!! I will definitely go back to try more flavors. I highly recommend La Real Michoacána . Stop in and give them a try, you will not regret it!

This place is wild. The ice cream is great, its not expensive, and they have some options that are totally unlike other places.They have your typical chocolate, strawberry, etc flavors youd expect, then a lot of fruit options like other ice cream shops youd be used to, and it is all delicious.There is corn flavor ice cream... I counted 3 or 4 other ways to order corn on the menu. First of all, the corn ice cream is delicious, but I wasnt able to order them all in one visit. Corn on the cob, a cup of corn, popcorn, all available. The options would make your Midwestern farming friends ❤️ melt. Also, if youve got a hankering for some prison food... They have got you covered. There are multiple options where you can get some sort of nachos in a chip bag.Its unlike anyplace in town and I like it, Ill be back.

Definitely worth the stop. I had a scoop of corn and a scoop of pistachio ice cream. First time ever seeing ice cream made of corn but it was wonderful. Unique taste and creamiess. Pistachio was mild but had an abundance of copped pistachio nuts. Many more to select from including fresh fruit ice cream. Dont hesitate to ask for a sample, theyre are most gracious providing you with a taste.

This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a ton to select from, and it’s all homemade. They even have some lactose free options. My family will definitely be back!!

Homemade ice cream at its finest! I saw a post with pictures on Facebook (hip Cookeville) and thought it looked amazing and I was not disappointed. Not only is there a huge variety of flavors there are also ice cream bars and drinks! We will most definitely be going back. There are also places to sit inside. While we were there we had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and he is so friendly and helpful. Everyone needs to try this place out!! The Key Lime Pie ice cream is soooo yummy!!
