I found them to be honest on their pricing. They are willing to show all documents and negotiate on terms, pricing, additional implements, etc. I bought my backhoe there and they delivered it for free to my home with a full tank. They will pick up your equipment if you need service within the county and you are unable to, or too busy, to haul it yourself. Most kubota parts are in stock, but if it has to be ordered, it usually comes in quickly. Overall, good dealership.

After selecting Kubota over John Deere for various reasons that fit my needs, I was able to test drive two different tractors. I chose a low center of gravity tractor based on our properties terrain which will also accommodate larger implements when needed in the future. What I appreciated most was Sam Brown doesnt dally with paperwork so we were in and out in a timely manner. He also gave me his personal cell phone number in the event something arises with the tractor or my wife needed anything since I work in the DC area. We happen to live in the same area and I view that has a genuinely thoughtful gesture on his part. Did I mention their delivery was right on time? None of this large time window, spending your valuable time waiting on some other utility/service. It was a good 40th birthday gift!

Shop at Steve Barlow in Kentucky. Do not waste your time or money here. We went in 2 years ago for a tractor and were quoted over $4,000 more than the Steve Barlow store in Somerset, Kentucky. We had a warranty issue just happen and over the weekend on Saturday attempted to take the deck in for warranty repair.We were passed off to Tim Brown who was very short, plainly made it clear he didnt want to help and informed my husband that it wasnt under warranty. He also told us that wed be wasting our money on the deductible from our Kubota Insurance. He had no idea when we purchased it so how he knew the warranty was up, I had no idea. He told my husband that he would be better off taking it to someone who welds if he knows someone and saving the money. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a salesman. Apparently theyre doing so well, they can pick and choose who they service.Dont get raked over the coals, pay less and get better service at Steve Barlow in Somerset, Ky.

After speaking with and visiting several Kubota dealers I spoke with Tim Brown at Hix Brothers. I drove an hour out of my way to Cookeville. Mr. Brown gave a very helpful demonstration of the equipment and had the most competitive price of any of the others. Great prices on New Holland tractors

I worked with Alan to decide on which mower we should purchase that will last the long run. I just didnt want to buy a mower that would last 4 years and find myself looking for a new one. We looked at tractor mowers and zero turns. I followed up with personal research after a couple of visits.I ended up buying a ZD11 Kuboat zero turn. It cost more than we wanted to spend, but the diesel won me over. Alan let me know when it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, he walked me back to the shop where he introduced me to the mechanic who set up my mower. Andrew walked me through every step of maintenance and use of the mower. When we were done, he loaded it on the trailer and made sure I had a full tank of diesel before leaving.Ive owned the mower for about 3 weeks and have only pulled it off the trailer, cleaned it, and pulled it in and out of the garage. My wife, who hates driving because she commutes 2 hrs/day, has taken it over. She loves the speed and comfort of the new zero turn. Shes mows about 5 acres in a couple of hours. The yard looks amazing every time.I know dealerships have good and bad moments. I have learned that a shop will take care of you when you put your trust in to them. Hix Brothers has a good group of folks. As long as youre open and honest, they can give you all the assistance and guidance you desire to get the equipment and service you need. They dont have a pressure sales tactic, so its all about you. If they get a chance to earn your business, its just a bonus.This is just my experience.

Nothing tractor was running fine,worked in the field and had major fuel leak took it to hix brothers got estimate of 400dollAars to fix it got a call few days later they steam jennied it and pushed rat nest up into fuse box and caught the tractor on fire, think they would have took the /hot lead off of course we had to pay for their mistake, almost 2thousand dollars, employee very rude
