Truck driver; only three fuel stations. No parking whatsoever and no food. KFC is across street but no where to park. And the inside dining is closed. Waffle house next door but again no where to park.

Pilot centers are supposedly for semis, if your in a big truck avoid at all costs.

Absolutely pointless to operate this as a truck stop. Three pumps no parking? Dont stop here unless you wanna wait an hour to fuel.

Too small… For RVs. This location is much smaller than your average pilot. Very difficult to maneuver large RVs

Clean bathrooms. Waited in line to buy a can of alcoholic beverage. Was asked if I had my own bag. They had no bags so could they could not sell me this beverage.

3 fuel bays, NO SEMI TRUCK PARKING, for whatever reason my Garmin didn’t say that there wasn’t any parking at this location. Overall it’s a tight space that you wouldn’t want to navigate if you’re sleepy.The rating is only because of the location and no parking. If the description could be updated to gas only that would be awesome!

No one entering the store wore a mask. There were more than five individuals inside without a mask or a face covering of any kind. My family immediately left and went to a different gas station.

Pilot and Flying J have very clean bathrooms, and are well kept. They also have good selections of drinks and snacks. Their best kept secret is there coffee and what you can add into it. They have an item called Stokes that you can use. These little cups that look like creamers are actually black coffee, as some people know them - espresso shots. These can be put into your coffee to increase the amount of caffeine or they could be put into hot chocolate in order to make extra caffeinated hot chocolate. On a long drive these little guys are amazing. If you need a pick-me-up and you see these little guys available try them out.

Had one coffee machine empty and another cleaning but the remaining coffee was good. Nice assortment of creamers and flavorings. One o three bottles of flavoring was empty. Staff was super friendly and courteous.

There is no places for big trucks to park and getting fuel is a headache cant get to pumps because the truck in front of you has to go in and get receipts. This is a poorly designed travel center.

Good for when you travel, gas, bathroom and a bite to eat in 1 stop. However be very careful using bank cards or credit cards. Within minutes someone was using our numbers in a different state. Also they put a hold on your account for way more than you bought. We now use cash.

Like most of the stores run down, leaking water from canopy pavement all to hell and needs pressure washed and like most stores DEF dispenser barley works ... you folks are better than this ....

No Convenient RV Dump Station for only $3 with a free Pilot / Flying J Rewards Card. Water would be great for filling fresh water tank and flushing holding tanks.Great location, easy in and out access for even the largest RV. Just be mindful of the semi trucks moving about on the truck fueling side.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Not counting the random strangers that were kind and wishing us well on our travels. Also pump 5/6 &11/12 dont read debit cards. Safe travels!

Friendly staff and very helpful. But this is the tiniest Pilot Ive ever seen. Hard to get to the pumps, no parking what so ever, and only one shower. Good news, shower was clean and big. Good people working there.

Just a place to eat and get some coffee. Service could have been a lot better. I had to wait on this lady that was getting lottery tickets and flapping her gums.

When you turn in here in a big truck the driveway is VERY uneven. I spilled coffee EVERYWHERE. No big truck parking. Enough room for trucks at the fuel islands and maybe enough room for 2 trucks total to sit in line behind them. No pull up parking. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR BIG TRUCKS

When we travel we pull an RV trailer behind us. We always stop at Pilot/Flying J in Dothan, Alabama. They have a dump station which is always helpful. They have snacks or you can go in and have a sit down meal.

I stop here on the way to/from Nashville (coming from Knoxville) and its always one of the more convenient stops we make. The gas pumps are well organized, with good traffic flow, and the Travel Center is clean and always has fresh coffee.

No, no, no...aw hell no!!! Worst pilot ever! Save yourself some trouble and do not go there!!! If I could give it a negative one I would do that.

Anyone who gives this place 4 or 5 stars is lying. There is not 1 single parking spot for trucks. They have no restaurant inside, and only 2 lanes for fuel. When i visited, their transflow machine was also down. The staff were friendly, but this is a review of a travel center/truck stop.

They should not call themselves a truck stop. There is no where for trucked to park. And not even enough room to just pull through without getting stuck behind trucks attempting to fuel up. We were one of three trucks in line and that had both entrance and exit blocked. Great for cars not for trucks.

Friendly but if you driving a big rig - forget it. Entrance us tight and rocked my rv hard. Big bumps! Getting out is..... exciting...

This is your average Pilot stop. The staff is nice and they have a good selection of products. With that being said the breakfast sandwiches did not taste good and the parking lot is a pain to get in and out of.

Very clean but also very small. Does not have overnight truck parking. Only 3 diesel islands for trucks. So if youre stopping in here, hopefully its just for fuel and back on the road.

This store is small for a travel center. There is not much parking and the store is small. It is a fine gas station, but should not be called a travel center as that implies a larger store with more conveniences.

Parking can be a little iffy, but the coffee is worth the stop. Glad one sweet lady taught me how to use the fresh ground beans dispenser for brewing the freshest Ive ever had.

For me these are what I look for because of the atmosphere including safety and calm.

My first stop at this Pilot. Lots of pumps 3 in a line - easy to get stuck at the middle pump. Easy entry and exit.

No room to get fuel. Absolutely NO truck parking. Ridiculously tiny Pilot. I do not advise any truckers to stop here unless its an emergency.

Gave it 2 stars because there is no way to stop an sleep 💤 here only fuel ⛽️,but to get in an out of the place horrible horrible horrible do not recommend to small . But it save me because I was running out of fuel. Only in a car would be convenient.

Could not get our of here fast enough. Cashiers were very rude, the store was dirty, witnessed a drug deal right at the pumps and had homeless people hanging out asking for money.

If u like gift shops youll love it but only rating a 2 star do to police use this place as a bee hive so know they are not just swinging by 12 times in their shift for coffee or lunch they are fishing but all in all recommended

Barely big enough to get a truck into... but one positive thing is there is a Kentucky Fried Chicken right across the street in walking distance
