Everyone at Mullins vision was very courteous and professional and prompt with me, I have been a professional service of a catastrophe adjuster across the country for quite some time seeing hundreds of people and also have been a contractor dealing with face-to-face people in other types of businesses .In my opinion they are a 5 star all the way !

I had been going to a different eye doctor in Cookeville, but kept hearing great things about Mullins Vision, so I finally made an appointment for an eye checkup & new contacts at Mullins, and I dont know why I didnt switch earlier; the entire visit was fantastic! I saw Dr. Rachel Wakefield, and she was incredibly patient during my visit; actually explaining everything she was doing & why. She listened when I explained that I thought my vision had gotten worse, and she tried multiple pairs of contacts until finding one that was perfect. I would highly recommend that anyone needing an eye doctor also make the switch to Mullins Vision!!

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Apple! They brought us back early and the appointments went quickly and Dr. Apple was very kind, gentle and thorough in her examination of both myself and my 7 year old daughter. My 5 year old daughter watched the whole time and is now begging for her own eye appointment! Thank you for a great experience!

My family had some scheduling issues and the office staff was so friendly and accommodating. They worked around our schedule and made it easy to get in to see the doctor at our convenience. Everything was very clean and comfortable. All the office staff we interacted with was kind and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr. Mullins for over 20 years. I would recommend this practice to anyone searching for an optometrist.

The staff was very friendly and made it easy to schedule an appointment even though it had been years since I have last had an exam. I felt as if the doctor took his time to evaluate me thoroughly and answer any questions that I had. They took care of all the insurance part of my visit so checking out and getting my prescription was a breeze. To top it off, I was in and out in a very timely manner. Will definitely remain a patient here as well as my whole family.

I recently moved to the Cookeville area after getting married, and I needed to set up an optometrist to see. I recently switched over to my spouses insurance and was unfamiliar with the process of setting up insurance. The wonderful staff was very patient with me and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I have nothing but praise for these guys. Dr. Apple was absolutely wonderful. I will recommend her to everyone that I know, and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. Its always good to be taken care of by people that take a keen interest in your particular needs. We were traveling to Michigan. My glasses needed repair. I found this office on google. I called and was told to stop in. I took glasses in and they repaired at no cost. The office was very professional and personable.Five stars, absolutely. Thank you Mullins

My husband and I both saw Dr. Apple. She is very nice. The whole process is quick, easy and not like other eye exams I have had which have been uncomfortable. I really love this office and we will always go back.

I went in here to get new rubber nose pieces for my glasses (whatever that is called) and they gave them to me with no charge at all! How nice! I will likely return here next time i get new glasses. Check them out!

Listen up, i’ve been dealing with Mullins Vision for over a year now. I think this may be my second review I’ve ever wrote about any company or any establishment. But Mullins Vision as a whole is exactly how a place of business of any kind restaurant, Franchise retail stores, help centers, etc. should be ran. The employees on up to the optometrist are great people. I’ve not had a bad encounter with them at all quite the opposite actually. I broke my glasses this morning and I’ve got to be at work buy 225 and I dropped them off at 1 o’clock and they were fixed. They didn’t care that it was at short notice they were fixed with they have a nice day, no problem. If you go to any other eye specialist in Cookeville or in the surrounding area you are missing out!!!! Thank you Mullins Vision!!!

They are nice and friendly folks but I did not have a great experience with this office. I went in for an eye exam and ended up getting a pair of glasses. When I picked up the glasses the left side was good but right side was way off, causing some severe drunkenness and loss of equilibrium. I was told to try them and see if I could get used to them. Never could and returned back. They gave me yet another exam and suggested maybe lightening the prescription on the right eye, then charged me again for the visit. Second try was just as bad as the first and was told the same thing. Then like a dummy I went back a third time due to the right side still being too powerful and they ended up doing the same thing again but told me that the lens would only cost me $30. Sure, go ahead. I was then sent a bill for $75 dollars where they had charged me for the visit again. Really?! Picked up the glasses and still aren’t something I can stand to wear. So now I’m out all this money with nothing but a pair of glasses that I can’t wear for any extended period of time. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me three times, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Always Excellent!Best eye doctors in the business! Have most up-to-date equipment, & computer software to read/see each eye in 3D. Keep records, so can compare shape of eye, retinal & bloodvessel health, at each visit. If any changes, good or bad, will know & share w/patient. Both Drs Ralph & Dr Stephen are extremely intelligent, (graduated Suma cum laude!) knowledgeable, friendly...always ask about other things in patients life, great bedside manners, very patient, etc.Their staff are also friendly & knowledgeable, most have been there for years, which also speaks to doctors personality, not only great w/patients, but treat staff well, or they wouldnt stay so long. If I could rate 10*s, I would! Recently, due to health issues, had to reschedule two appts; they were extremely kind & understanding. When we were finally able to go, first thing they asked, after a friendly greeting, was a specific health question, indicating how much they care, not just a how are you question.I have been a patient of Mullins Vision Assoc for 15+ yrs, & always been treated like I was their #1 patient. Dr Ralph has become a friend, as well.Their office is clean, modern, well-appointed inside, & nicely landscaped outside, pointing to their care about all aspects of their business. Cant say enough great things about them.
