Came here to get my 5 yr old son some shoes. Hes growing like a weed. Sales Associate was helpful and nice. Came out with a pair of shoes my son loved after he tried on 5 pairs. Sales Associate was informative and knew her stuff.

My grandson and I went into Shoe Sensation in Cookeville today looking for some new kicks and work boots. The gentleman who helped us was fabulous. He helped us find both! He provided the best customer service I have received at any of the local shoe stores in years. In the past we have gone from one shoe store to another with little or no customer service help, but not today. Today we left as satisfied and happy customers! Thank you to Shoe Sensation and to the very personable gentleman who actually obviously enjoys his job!

The prices in my opinion are pretty standard. They do carry a wide variety of men, women, boy and girls shoes. But I do not think by far are they the cheapest place in town to buy shoes.

I dealt with the manager for the 2nd time about a purchase. What a awesome guy to have run this store. I wont go anywhere else after this experience.

The service was Great and shoes are unbelievably reasonable prices. Any Brand styles and much More. Got My kids shoes my ole man and myself. Great place for new kicks 😉

I recently went to She Sensation in Cookeville Tn. and was very pleased with the whole experience. Marla that works there went above and beyond to help me in my search for Hey Dudes! Although they didn’t have what I was looking for, she was able to locate them at other stores and have them sent to her store. I truly appreciate her kindness and help!

The lady that helped me was super amazing, I went in to swap a pair of shoes out and ended up with 2 pairs she helped me find good bargains and was so nice!

The store was clean and tidy, and the associates were friendly and wearing masks. The had a great instock selection, and more than coild order.My purchase was very reasonable, and the product was good quailty. Before I left they upsold me a can of waterproof spray and helped me decide where to buy my next pair from.

The employees were so friendly and helpful. They re-rang up my daughters boyfriends boots with her sneakers so we could get a discount. The girl who was finding the sneakers for us told us about the coupon.

Negative experience. I went because the security thing was left on my sons shoe when purchased there. The shows were a gift from the Convoy of Hope held a the Putnam County Fairgrounds 2 weeks ago. I asked the first employee I saw (had to look for her). She said in a sort of timid way uh.....let me get my manager. The short of the long is The manager (with blue hair) asks about my receipt. I repeated my story. Guess what? She wasnt allowed for policy reasons. Maybe Im just sensitive, but I was super offended. Rant over. Negative experience

Pretty ok selection. Had trouble there, like most every other shoe store in Cookeville, trying to find my size on something I liked. Size 13. Apparently men arent supposed to have a large foot. Still not as bad as one place, not naming names. Do you have this in size 13? He goes and checks and comes out with two boxes...we have a size 9 1/2, and a size 10. I laughed and asked how I was suppressed to fit a a size 13 foot inside of a size 10 shoe. He looked very puzzled, so these wont work? (Facepalm)
