This Metro by T-Mobile location has great customer service. Multi culture knowledgeable people that actually knows how to explain your options in plans & cell phones. They treat you like family.

No customers in there for good reason. RUDE RUDE RUDE & Not helpful. Called customer service and after 25 minutes......was RUDELY DISCONNECTED. Looking for new cell service currently!!!!!!

Service is good. When they say unlimited its truly unlimited. But the hrs on website is wrong I wasted a trip cause I got there a little after 7 pm and they were already closed. So thats why I gave 3 stars.

If I could be a zero Stars I would give them. I also had to call the Lebanon store because their phone number doesnt work. When I went in to ask questions they didnt seem to have an answer for any of it. Trying to get anybody to answer the phone doesnt exist. The phone number on account doesnt exist. It is insane because I tried three or four times finally got to the Lebanon store and she answered a few questions but when I went into the store and Cookeville they had no idea what they were talking about the information I was told over the phone then became a different price. Really funny how when you ask for a simple price it changed seven different prices and the last one is the most and thats what we have to pay! They didnt even want to help us in the end you could tell the moment we walk through the door they were like irritated at somebody even came in to get ask anything of them!

So if I would of rated them the first day me and my wife went and started are family plan would of gave 5 stars. But the next Friday 11/23/2018 the this is the reason for 2 stars. The lady we started the plans with is the lady we talk to Friday and she never told us that when we left the store that when we come back in the prices down would change. We thought that the prices down was for my wife based on her credit, but its not and they are only nice to you when starting your plan after that they dont care. just so people know its T-MOBILE the regular store

I cant count the times Ive been there and store closed, have even called first to see what time they will close because its a 40 mile rt for me, if you go early you wait anywhere from 30 min. to 2 hr Sooo we go yesterday to get a sin card dit my sons phone they wont let me buy one, tell me they cant sell them unless you have phone we go back home get phone, back to store same girl, now she informs us I dont know how to replace a sim card, WTF, she couldnt have said that before ? I called 3 other providers all said I could have just cane in and picked up card, IDK what this stores problem is but I have 5 lines, and thats 5 lines too many, will change when this billing cycle is up, unfortunately we paid our bill early

I could not be more happier with the service here. My former cellular carrier was unhelpful and a creating problem getting my service changed over to Metro PCS. Nate remained composed and was diligent in getting it done. Very happy with the service here.

This would be a good place for a metro store im a long hual trucker and spent over hour parking thirty mins walking to give my money to someone whos so iresponsible they will not atleast change thier websight to closed on sun they evedintly could care less and should get a job other than retail i have 5 lines and spend alot of money and will be switching providers this week im over it

They are literally never here when they are supposed to. I dont know who owns this store but awful service.

Just left the store 2:15 on a Friday and no one was there store hours says open til 10pm.

Left a sign on the door at 2 in the afternoon saying they will be back shortly this is a very far drive for me and this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable how do you just leave at 2 in the afternoon not say how long youre going to be
