I normally come here and have 0 problems but this time was a different story, they charged me items they were out of then I needed developer for the dye and they gave me the wrong kind and the wrong size when I asked for 16oz and a certain brand which they have in stock but instead gave me 8oz of ion which I didn’t ask for. They were also rude kinda unprofessional when you’re in the middle of training someone if you ask me. That money better go back on my card for the items they were out of, they need to learn their own policies better. Don’t waste your time go to the other place in town for your things!
I went in Sally today because of the 4 for $20 sale. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted to get at first, but Haley was amazing in helping me decide! she went above and beyond my expectations by stopping what she was doing just to take a minute to talk with me about my needs and wants in the products in was buying. She did not make me feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing her at all. Super super nice young lady!! thank you Haley, for making my visit today a pleasure!!!
Bought a clipper guide. After one hour, they (just the manager, named K....) wouldn’t allow me to return the unopened package. They didn’t tell me that this item is non-returnable, when I checked out at the counter. It’s a ridiculous store. However, The receipt says unopened clipper can be refunded if in original packaging. Finally I called the headquarter to complain about it. I had it returned, eventually, not without exhausting all my energy and time on it. I hope they had improved how they treat customers since then.
Theyre always so nice when I go in there. Always so helpful and friendly. Theyll help you find what you need, give you advice and talk shop with you if you want and leave you alone if you dont want to. Clean store that is set up like most all Sally stores. Its next to Walmart and a pet store so there is a lot of traffic, sometimes can be hard to find parking but definitely worth the trip in.

Do not recommend coming here. Staff recommends poor quality products then refuse to refund while having a nasty attitude.
Ive been in this store more than a couple of times. The employees here exceptional! The stores inventory is excellent and extremely neat. Everything is very easy to find.
Im so happy that our store has expanded their ethnic hair care products. Its so hard to find those products without driving to Nashville. We still need more options but Sallys is moving in the right direction.
Good, Convenient Location. Employees are very friendly: Unfortunately there is Very Load Country Music Playing. Please, just play some Elevator Type Music – SO ALL CUSTOMERS, can tolerate the back ground sound!
I am a semi-regular customer to this sally store. Since the recent change in store manager, I thought maybe my trips to the store would improve. This has most definitely not happened. If you go in the store, on the off chance the store manager isn’t there it’s a wonderful experience. All other employees who work there are WONDERFUL, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Any time I go into sallys and I have to ask the manager a question, I am greeted with attitude, made to feel like I am burdening her, or made to feel stupid. There have even been several times I would be checking out and If a problem arose (with the computer, etc) the manager wouldn’t even know what to do and seemed to get irritated for another employee asking her for help. I feel like, if you work with the public, you should at least SEEM to like your job, and not make your paying customers feel like they are annoying you. I (personally) feel like sally beauty needs to re-evaluate their choice in a store manager.

I was dreading needing to go to sallys due to my last visit but let me tell you. I will never write a company or product off without a chance to redeem themselves and Sallys did that today. Immediately walking in it was a different friendlier atmosphere. The manager working (Jerrie) was so helpful and patient with the questions i had. I did tell her about my last visit and how awful it was and it turns out she read my previous review and they were taking the actions to correct the problem. I am glad i went back. Thank you Jerrie for making me feel like a valued customer.(Previous comment) This is about the staff not the store itself. Other than being greeted when i entered this was the worst visit Ive ever had. I spent 35 to 45 minutes in this store trying to find a toner to fix my hair where it has been bleached. I wasnt 100% sure what i needed and everything from demi to permanent to toners are all mixed together and i sat in the floor lost. Staffed kept walking by but not once was i asked how can i help you. Instead all i hear is gossiping in the background. And it wasnt even me. out of the 7 customers who came and went while I was there only once did i hear them ask if they could help.Finally i think i have what i need and the blonde women checking me out was so fidgety and seemed annoyed having to assist me. She was so cold and spoke 2 sentences to me. Ill be back when Sally can hire helpful friendly staff.
My favorite hair care place, great service, best prices and hair care products/dyes and other beauty products are extensive and well made and affordable. I go there all the time!
