My daughters boyfriend and I had our windows broken out on the way to a Family Reunion in Rock Island, TN. I contacted Corey about how to do the claim and he walked me through everything. Corey and Travis came out to replace the windows in less than an hour and did not cut any corners. There prices and quality were better than others I had checked out. These guys are amazing!!!! I called yesterday afternoon to get my windshield replaced and he had me a new one here today and installed before lunch!!! The guys were very nice and professional. They made sure to tell me about my warranty (I didn’t know windshields cake with warranties). They came to my work and installed it with absolutely no inconvenience to me!!! I was very pleased with these guys, they were professional, polite and personable. I highly recommend them for your next replacement. Prices were fair and they came to my work and had me finished in 25 minutes. They cleaned the windshield and even fixed my seal around the door just to be nice.

Cumberland Auto Glass gave us old fashioned service with honest pricing, and thats what we are always looking for now. A human person actually answered the phone when we called and he was also able to give us a price quote and an appointment in the same call. They said they would be out today after at 8am. Its now 8:49am and the new window has been installed and the guys are off to the next job. The price was exactly what was quoted to us and we got a lifetime warranty on it. The worst part was the wait for our appointment, but to be fair, we couldnt compare it to the bigger chain stores because they wouldnt answer the phone.I cant say enough about Cumberland Glass. They have been a pleasure to work with and I hope they dont change!

Very professional and timely service. They showed up and had my windshield replaced in less than an hour. Looks a lot better than the last windshield I had replaced and hasnt leaked. These guys were awesome!!! We are in town from Texas & our vehicle was vandalized & we are pulling a trailer so we had to have access to both mirrors. They worked us in at 7:00 am. They were on time, very thorough making sure it was cleaned up & put back together correctly! They are super nice guys and we would give them 10 stars if it was an option!!!

Corey is a great guy who does quality work. He and his business partner Travis pay attention to detail and showed up sooner than expected to fix my urgent issue. I had a leaking windshield and they were able to fix the issue within minutes. By just a glance they were able to diagnose where the leak was coming from and even removed a residue that was on my windshield from a previous owner that was effecting visibility when it rained. Definitely going to use these guys from now on!

Corey and Travis really came through for me. The back glass on my car was broken back in the summer. For more than six months I dealt with national glass replacement companies and local ones, no one could find the glass I needed or took the time to really look. Once I got in touch with Cumberland Auto Glass, Corey went above and beyond looking for the glass. He eventually found one but due to the weather, couldnt actually get to it right away. He and Travis kept me updated along the way. They waited until the weather lifted and once it did, they installed my glass that same day. I could not endorse them any more. They really exhibited hard work, professionalism and a customer service mindset that I did not experience with any of the other glass companies I contacted. Lemme tell you, I tried safelite before I heard of these guys. Safelite showed up earlier then our assigned window, and when i asked safelite to give me 20 mintues to get there, they were rude and cancelled my appointment.Now heres the best Part about all this, I called cumberland auto glass same day, they quoted me a price 100$ cheaper then safelight and worked around my schedule. they arrived on time, and did a high quality replacement in about 25-30 minutes. Both the guys were extremely friendly! I Highly reccimend giving them a call for all your auto glass needs. forget safelight! hopefully I wont ever need another glass replacement, but if I do im calling these guys! 12/10!!
