Chris at CA Cycleworks has outstanding customer service. When my original fuel pump was failing he immediately sent a replacement part to make sure I can continue riding. 4 years later when the fuel pump was starting to make less pressure he replaced it without hesitation. Superstar quality service, will recommend his company anytime.

I ordered a fuel flange wire from them because it was the only one I could find and I didnt want to replace the entire flange for $1000! The wiring cost me $100. I had to call them because I couldnt find it on the site but I had heard they sold it through a Ducati forum. Sure enough they explained they had a few left and I even got an education on thier production process. It was great. I live in Italy so I watched the package tracking closely and freaked out when it said it got to customs but got returned to sender for an issue. I emailed CA Cycleworks and they didnt know what the problem was but I needed the part as I commute with this bike so they just mailed me another one free of charge. I ended up getting both parts eventually. I emailed them to ask how they would like me to return thier part and they sent me a PREPAID return envelope. At this point they cant be making much money off of me because of the shipping costs to Italy but they made it clear that customer satisfaction was thier priority. I would definately recommend them for an enthusiasts of these stubborn Ducatis!
