I purchased a motorcycle from them last Saturday. I had been in negotiations with a salesperson named Harrison over the phone and we made a plan to meet up Saturday at 12. Just so happens that he was at a bike show and couldn’t meet with me, so another salesperson named “Lowkey” took the job. Really cool salesman, upfront on the pricing but the finance manager was surprised when i told him that Harrison told me that the bike i wanted was selling for the high’ 40’s, i found out later that they had been getting 50+ for them. All in all i had a very good experience at Falcons Fury, they gave me a tour of the building, which was apart of the buying process, gave me a couple shirts and pendants as well. I would highly recommend this place for any Harley Davidson purchases.
I took my MSF motorcycle skills course here.Really friendly staff. My instructor was Crunch and he is fun, bubbly and extremely knowledgeable. The experience has now seriously made me enjoy Harley Davidson alot more than I used to.
In the midst of full blown midlife crisis I decided to get a motorcycle license. I Googled MSF riding class and found one at Falcons Fury so I signed up. I had never ever been to a Harley dealership before so a week before the class I decided to check this place out but fully expecting them to snub me because I am a newbie. But to my surprise Jake treated me with respect and gave me all the attention and showed me several bikes. This was my very first time actually touching a Harley. Then I came back for the class. Thursday evening was classroom day. Saturday and Sunday we rode bikes the Harley 500s for 8 hrs a day. Both of the instructors Edward crunch and Ms. Dee were amazing. The skills test was on Sunday afternoon. Its 5 maneuvers that you practice over and over before the test. The written exam needs some attention. I read the book and took about 20 practice exams online so actual test was a breeze. After successfully completing the MSF course I brought the family over to narrow down my bike selection. I couldnt decide between a Fat Boy or a Heritage. Again Jake was there to help. Chris also was extremely helpful. I ended up purchasing a Fat Boy elsewhere just because they didnt have one and they are somewhat difficult to find. After purchasing my Fat Boy I rode it over to Falcons Furry for check-in. Again Chris and Jake treated my like an old friend. Both of them are exceptional. I will always be grateful of their hospitality. This will always be my dealership of choice.
What an great experience. We have been to several Harley dealerships and everyone is so nice. We just went to take a look at what they had not there to buy. Our salesman, Kevin, was very friendly and had great conversation with us. There w a s no pressure to purchase anything. Highly recommend this location.
I asked for the price of a base model RG and the Internet Service Manager sent me three paragraphs explaining why I had to come in for the price. When I eventually spoke to sales, they quoted a range of $10k-15k over list. Yes, you read that right. When I explained that other dealers were much closer to list, he explained that was the market we are in.Good luck selling a base model Road Glide for mid-30s. Two other dealers were willing to order the bike at list plus tag, title, license, etc. (he told me they couldnt order one).
Was sold a bike with no rear wheel weights and the front wheel out of balance. This after I asked for the service record for the bike and asked my keyUp sales person...Anything I should be aware of with this USED the bike. The answer of course was nope, its a good bike. To give context to this review. I did test drive the bike but not on the highway (thats totally on me), however Ive purchased 3 bikes from this particular sales person & 1 for the sales manager. So, once on the highway -- I experienced front-end wobble at 70-75mph. Thought is was due to wind buffering. Tires were new, pressure on point. Bike only had 7000 miles (barely riden). Took to a Falcon Fury mechanic for servicing...asked to check the wobble. Was told everything was fine. Was told by others--- ur paranoid or just wind buffering. I could never shake the feeling something was wrong...ESPECIALLY when the salesman called me a few days after purchase to ask Hows the bike? Excuse me? Ive purchased 3 bikes from this dealership and NEVER received a call after purchase...NEVER. Well, you know what else is a NEVER? ME PURCHASING HERE AGAIN. This isnt a Car...this is two wheels and the open road. To sell a bike KNOWING some maintenance is needed or its not road ready...is akin to me dropping me off in the middle of I-285 waiting to get ran over. #nolongeraloyalcustomer
Had a very good experience at this dealership purchasing my 2021 Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special. The entire staff made me feel right at home.
This is one of the biggest Harley Davidson dealerships in the state. I can not figure out why I cant get a straight answer to questions. Any question on line or by phone is followed with when can you come in? . If you are there in person its let me talk to my manager. There a 2012 Road King that I saw on line at the dealership site. After email, text, phone calls and a in person visit (I was driving by), I still dont know the price.
Every time I go to Falcon Fury they make me feel special, like Im apart of the family.I get the Best service from the service and parts Department.Im always going to love this Harley Dealership.
Chef, Dustin, Vance and all of the staff are friendly and courteous. You can stop in to visit.
Had an awesome experience! Thanks to Chef and Dustin for their dedication on helping me and my wife get our bike. We greatly appreciate the great customer service and hard work. I will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to Falcons Fury.
Today we came in to trade in Davids bike for a newer model. Once we got there and spoke with Wayne he pointed us in the right direction, that fit both of our needs! Such an awesome experience at this dealership. We bought used and felt totally comfortable with our purchase. Great people & overall thanks to Wayne!
Great people and parts, if they have them in stock!!
The best dealership Ive been to in a long time, very friendly and they treat you like family. Lokey I thank you and appreciate you very much.
I take ridying course but they say me you fail by one second. Worst experience ever.
Take me off your marketing call lists.I have called SEVERAL times, and each person I speak with assures me I’m off their list. Then the next month rolls around, and guess who’s calling?! It’s the managing partner at Falcons Fury with a special offer just for you! Stone Mountain Harley was great, but these guys can’t get it together...
I love this place they treat you like family the best motorcycle dealer around
404 boyz got it going on nice selection on merchandise
I dont know anything about bikes but needed presents for my boyfriend. The guys here were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They quickly helped me get everything I needed.
I’ve bought 3 bikes through this dealer, after buying my third bike I had an abs issue. The service manager reached out to me to help resolve this issue. My work schedule is tight so I had difficulties bringing my bike to them. To help with this they came and picked up my bike and took it to Harley where they found it was a wheel speed sensor. The service manager stayed in perfect communication with me. He kept me informed and let me keep my bike there free of charge until they could get the sensor in. They even said once my bike is finished they’ll drop it back off. I’ll definitely use this dealer again when I buy my next bike, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a bike or looking for service.
My 1st time visiting this location, and the customer service was great. Harleys were being sold, repaired, and customized left and right. Ill be coming back for more.
What a joke got quoted $14,000 over MSRP on a CVO road glide . They told me to run a credit app and they may be able negotiate a little with me. While I was waiting on a price I was speaking to the motor department because I plan on adding a stage 4 to the bike and they told me they would call me the next day with prices on the motor I drove two hours to go look at this motorcycle. I called the next day never got a direct answer on price for the motor work that was when I was told the bike was gonna be $56,000 just the motorcycle nothing else they’re calling me letting me know that I have to come in to get a price on the motor work. I let them text me so I have proof of how much they We’re trying to price gouge me. I called another dealership and got a price for the same CVO 42k before motor work obviously and they got me a price for the motor work while I was on hold.
The parts guys are the most knowledgeable of ANY dealership I have been to around the whole USA. Very helpful and understood exactly what I was looking to do. Clothes department was also great and attentive to my needs
On my initial phone call early Sunday morning after looking over your website Saturday night. I decided on a certain used Trike and applied forcredit through Harley Credit, which was approved for a certain amount, I hada friend drive me to your dealership as I was in a wheelchair awaiting an another operation on my already amputated leg. Upon arrival I was greeted by the people, Dustin & Jamie, I had called before leaving. They were not only friendly, kind & helpful but my good experience began as they told me the Trike I wanted was sold the night before but there were two other used Trikes I could look at. I bought one of them that day. Due to my upcoming operation they told me they would hold delivery until I was recovered and could ride it out. That was almost 6 weeks ago & I am about to take possession of it tomorrow 4/5/21. While it was there and I was recovering at home, I had a few accessories added on and Jamie oversaw that and not the Trike. I corresponded with Jamie throughout my recovery on several matters. He was always glad to answer questions and explain things to me. My overall experience with him and everyone in the different departments was great. This is my 5th Harley but my first Trike due to a below the knee amputation not due to a motorcycle accident. However, once a Harley rider (40+yrs.) always a Harley rider. I am also 67 yrs. old, so Im an Ole rider & not an old rider. Thanks to everyone for the great experience. Im going to finally ride it out of the dealership tomorrow, after I purchase a few more things.
Great place for taking the MSF Course. David and Kirk are awesome instructors! Store staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of bikes, parts, and accessories.
Thank you guys for supporting Our High School Walnut Grove You guys Are Awesome!!!!!!
An amazing place to visit all the people there are extremely very nice and helpful
Called and got in touch with low-key. Told him about a possible shady deal I was offered in Florida and he forewarned me about buying across state lines.Sure enough, the dealership in Stuart, Florida tried to switch things up last minute and the deal fell through. After a few phone calls back and forth with low-key, he was able to honor the same deal.I showed up next day with my pops and we had an overall smooth experience with no BS. The out-the-door price negotiated was the price we shook hands on and no one tried to reach in my pocket to get a dime more.Happy and proud to say that I supported a local business and I got my first bike from Low-key @ Falcons Fury in Conyers!
I wish I could copy and paste my survey, so Ill cut it short. 5 stars, not 4. not 4.9. 5. Jake was awesome, he got me out of the budget brain, and into practical riding. This guy should be on a TV show and get a job helping people find what there bike type is. He was determined to see me satisfied not with a street 750, probably knew id regret spending so much- so he made sure my money went to something of value. Ill be back either for my wife bike, to upgrade mine, or just to hang out. 5 stars. 10/10. Real person, real review, real happy.
Excellent customer service and a whole immersion into the world of Harley Davidson. Everybody will know your name and a place to belong!
Had a great time in class today learned more than I did coming out than going in. Thanks Dee & Brad for an amazing experience.
Very friendly great service. PARTS DEPARTMENT!!!!
Well where do i begin? I purchased a 2020 sportster 1200 Iron from there last May,i decided to take it back to them to trade for a bigger bike so me and my wife could ride.i get there and found the bike i was looking for.A preowned 2019,the salesman and the financial manager tried to pressure me into get a new 2021,which i did not want.ive never been pressured so hard. So i just walked out,if their staff would care more about their customers instead of their wallets then theyd make more sales....
Awesome place, super nice people, salesmen are awesome!
Im taking the harley beginner class. Ms. Dee is my instructor and shes awesome. Very passionate and informative.
I bought my first Harley (2020 Sport Glide) in May from Phil who was awesome! Thus dealership has a huge selection and they sell a lot of bikes and get new models regularly. Been riding dirt and enduros so this was my first street bike. Phil thoroughly explained the handling characteristics between the different soft characteristics soft tail models. I found my dream bike on my first visit and was able to have it delivered the same evening- even being one hour away. They introduced me to all their department managers. One of the guys (Bob?) even book marked my owners manual and wanted to make sure I understood key features of the bike before they delivered it to me. I was really pleased with my experience with this dealership and love my new motorcycle. I never understood why Harley owners are so loyal, but after buying and owning one I am a true believer.
Very pleasant experience! Sales staff friendly and informative! No high pressure sales pitch! Made me feel at home! Would recommend to friends!
This HD dealership is top notch! The employees are very intuitive and care about your experience. You can also take riding lessons and beginners classes there with professional teachers. They really hold up the brand of Harley Davidson with their customer service. I test drove the new LIVE WIRE electric bike and it was out of this world! Stop by and they will let you take it for a ride! They work with you to get you riding, but wont pressure you to buy. You can get trade-in value if you are already a bike owner! Highly recommend
No help and bad attitudes from all the staff .wouldnt buy another bike if they had the last one on earth
The 3 is for most of the employees. They are very kind and talk to you, educate you as well. The 3 was given due to not being able to get a price on anything. I have heard oh we have lots of Inventory and this and that. I also tried to get some prices on parts to customize my motorcycle. Well same result the guy just said we dont know but I can tell you labor. What the heck that computer has prices. Tell me something help me decide whats needed instead of no answer but just depends. You are supposed to be the experts no lol. Quotes me labor and that was it. Now however the very nice lady in the accessories department is the best. She is more than willing to help and goes the extra mile. You let prices and giving a quote with suggestions to what I want and need would be great service. To add it wasnt my first visit. First sales with no prices only want to discuss payment and thats on the website as well no prices. Then the parts and service department less than willing to assist and give any real answers was a complete waste of time and talking because there was definitely no substance given. I walked out with exactly what I walked in with nothing at all. When you give no price I automatically think rip off. Change the way you do business please.
WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNINGThis company told me that I’m banned for bringing back a battery that they just sold me.They wanted me to leave the battery there so they can change it. A new battery should be changed and able to hold a charge. Then with receipt did not want to credit my account back, on a dead new battery sale, they wanted me to pay for the battery and wait for them to charge it.PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE IN NEED OF YOUR MONEY BADWARNING WARNING WARNING WARNINGThey don’t deserve 1 star
It was my first time going to Falcons Fury, I have to say that it was a Great looking shop!!!
Terrible MSF course. Would not recommend.
Owner of a new street glide off show room floor. Traded in my 2018 gsxr and I dont regret it.. thanks Harley Davidson..
It was great. Got me a hog😊
Nice place for anyone crazy about bikes. Nice large selection for all tastes. Nice clothing gear selection too. Cant wait to go back with friends.
Bought this jewel early August. The sales and financing staff were awesome, particularly my sales rep Andrew Skipper, got me an incredible deal both on my trade and the new ride. I have since enjoyed doing business with both parts and motorclothes departments, and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seriously looking to buy a new or used Harley.
The staff is very, very friendly and they treat you like family.
Had a wonderful experience today thanks to Dustin and Chris!!! They helped my husband and me get him on a new bob and we are very VERY happy!!!! Thank you guys for everything!! I will be coming back to get mine from you in the near future!!!!
Dont bother with this dealership. Their process is about as fd up as it gets and they arent up front about anything. Theyre dirty, slimy, and shady. They literally followed us to the parking lot and just about stood in front of our truck to try to get us to come back inside. Not worth your time. The sales guy Fred was nice though.
Picked up a shirt for my husband, while visiting ATL. Very nice employees
Could not ask for better people and service.
Beautiful bikes and the people are to, nice friendly environment
Falcons Fury gave me a decent deal, and they were very easy to deal with. They are working hard to be customer focused, and it shows. Purchase through delivery was smooth and I really felt l like they were very respectful through the whole process. My salesman (Wayne) is very knowledgeable and was so helpful through the whole process. Finance through delivery was equally easy, and I liked how they walked you through every department so you can personally meet employees and ask any questions you have. Delivery and review of the bike features was the best I have ever had. Keep up the good work!
We had such a great time at Fury Fest this past weekend. Thanks for doing such a nice event. Looking forward to your next one! Your dealership is set up so nice and all your employees were very friendly.
So, I bought my first Harley Davidson Motorcycle from this location, and Im pleased to say that I was pretty content with the whole experience. My salesperson was Marisa and she is absolutely amazing. She was more than willing to help me choose and obtain my bike, and Im truely greatful because I was a complete rookie at the time. Great prices and welcoming atmosphere. Id definitely buy another bike from here again! 😊
Harley-Davidson Fury staff was amazing. They helped me get my dream bike when other couldnt. Thank Fury, and a special thanks to my salesman LOKEY he understood all my needs....
Wayne is a top notch salesman, delivered the bike I wanted, great finance manager, ask for Eric, great experience
Going to do the riders basic course. Spoke with Wayne and tried the Jumpstart bike and got a general idea for bike models. Great experience for a soon to be beginner rider.
They have terrible customer service. No one speaks as you walk in the business. But they dont ask if you need any help. This is the second time I have experience this.
Unbelievable lack of communication in this dealership between all department. I am told by salesperson the bike is ready for pick up, they reach out and confirm my arrival date and time..I show up and they tell me I can not take the bike home, there is still paperwork to be finished the finance department needs and the salesperson had no clue. Full day wasted..we request no correspondence sent to our home because the purchase was a surprise, and both sales as well as finance are informed. Well..here comes that lack of communication again..they send an overnight letter, with “FALCONS FURY HARLEY” blasted on the front, thanking us for the purchase and ruin my dads 65th bday surprise!
Came to buy 2 shirts to send to Washington state. Now Ill be back for poker chips for a friend in PA.
Would not recommend they try to sell you a bike but won’t ever give you a price they always say only the sales manager can tell what the price is. How this place stays in business I will never know
Very clean and full of inventory. Has a very good, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They also conduct MSF courses for riders.
Amy was very honest and helpful.
This place takes the time to get to know what yours needs are and super awesome people!
Great customer service.
Sales person Jamie Kitchen was totally awesome. Knew his stuff. I bought a trike and he set me up with everything I need. The entire staff was great .
Chris Hedge helped me with Jump Start. Spent about an hour with me and I had an awesome time talking with him and soaking up some of his wisdom.
Great folks having loads of fun.
Great group of people out there! They will take care of you and you cant beat the deals!
We were the Cigar Vendor. Montanas Cigar Company, they treated Owner Chris, and Mandy Like Family. The Event was really NICE. We Look Forward to the next event. Thanks Guys.
I bought my first harely there, they can make it happen from sales to fiance and parts and service went adove and beyond blew me away keep up the good work also had a blast at the 3 day event
Amazing customer service, great bikes beautiful bikes😎💯
Excellent selection of motorcycles 🏍. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable!
Great customer service with a friendly staff. Outstanding selection of bikes, if you are even thinking about a HD you have to go to them.
Square dealers who make things happen. Excellent selection, lots of bike turnover (no bikes sitting around for months and years) - a busy group with a vibrant community. Also, a LiveWire dealer with a Chargepoint DC 3 Charger, which is useful to EV riders.
