We walked into the store not expecting to buy anything but browse. We started talking to the sales rep Sophia and she helped me and my two friends find a pair of riding boots. We all bought the same shoe because it fit so well! She did a really good job and got us a great deal!

I needed a leather jacket. I am a very hard person to fit as I am short, have short arms & carry my weight in my stomach & thighs. I have never ordered a jacket on line as I always felt the need to try it on first. When I recieved my jacket & tried it on it fit beautifully with the usual exception of the sleeves being to long, but not to long. The jacket was absolutely beautiful & I couldnt be happier! The service was beyond friendly & helpful. I now have their name in my address book & will buy from them again!

On December 10th I placed an order for one ladies vest, one ladies Jacket. In addition at the same time I ordered one mens vest and one mens jacket and two (unisex) chaps. All in the Arizona brown for a total cost of 998.00Without explanation I received a PayPal notice of a refund for 112 which was my vest. I called Chris and reordered a different size vest which was added to my original order.The original order for $992 had an erroneous tracking number. But the vest tracking number showed that it was arriving on Thursday the 20th when I actually received the vest on the 19th.Original order arrived unannounced on the 19th and it contained one ladies vest ladies, one set of chaps and two jackets.The mens Arizona brown leather jacket was not what I would call Arizona Brown it was more distressed.I have been attempting to call Chris back to find out what he is determined the status of my coat is as well as where my chaps are. After two days of calling I have not heard anything from anybody.
Good products, nice staff. Had patches sewn on leather vest. Not good quality work, I’ll have to go other place for better quality. Stitching is kind of loose not tight. Other than that the place is good.

Hi, we are From CANADA and came to the Daytona Bike Week and while looking at Leather Corset that my husband wanted me to get, Sophia came to the rescue and fit me in a perfect one. She make it look good and easy to wear!!! SOLD MY HUSBAND SAID! My experience with this company, where should I start? My president ordered 3 vests back in November 2019 for the blue leather bulletproof vest. We received the vests in December. Upon receiving these vest, it was noticed that the vests were not the same vests that were pictured on their website. They were contacted and we were advised that they would order us the new vests and for us to send the vests back. We were also told that we would receive the vests by 1st week of January. Several of our club officers have made calls after calls and no response. We finally got some assistance through the chat on their website. My president was provided another number to call. Call the phone several times but no answer. Finally the man called back and 3 of the members were conferenced in on the call. Myself, my president and our SAA. The man advised us that he was out of town at a bike show/convention in Atlantic City and he didnt know how we got his number. He also said the owner was out of the country in Pakistan. He stated he will return the call to my president on Monday, January 13th when he returns to town. It is now Tuesday, January 14th. Tried to reach him via phone and no response or callback. He advised that he would research and if need be he would order from another vendor and overnight these vests. My next moved is to now contact the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

We purchased a leather jacket from Zach yesterday. We originally walked into Highway Leather day before yesterday before they closed just to look. ZACH and Logan were very patient and courteous with us we tried to workout a deal and even after we decided to sleep on it. When we went back yesterday afternoon., Zach had another customer at the time, but never felt rushed or neglected. He touched base with us and took the time to introduce us to Amber so she could explain features of our leather jacket. We never pressured into anything and everything we spoke with was very knowledgeable. We had great experience with Zach, Logan and Amber at Highway Leather and would recommend them to everyone.

My daughter purchased a brand new leather jacket this past weekend from Highway Leather, and I went along for moral support. She had been searching for quite some time to find the right leather jacket. It took a while, but when she stumbled across Logan, the search was over. How refreshing to find an honest salesperson. Most of the time they try to push hard to get you to buy something you dont really want (or need), but such was not the case with Logan. He listened to what my daughter wanted, and came up with the solution. The entire process was conducted in a very friendly manner. It was almost as if we had known Logan forever. Over and above being excellent salesperson, he is just a nice guy.
