I was supposed to have an appointment over a year ago when all the offices closed and appointments were cancelled. This office didnt bother to let its patients know when they were back open and, when a piece came off my hearing aid, I had to wait for 3 weeks for an appointment. VERY poor customer service.

I am just happy that I can hear from all directions instead of just one ear. I have cros hearing aids cause I have a dead ear on my right side. After years of being told there was nothing that could be done, miracle ear helped me hear again. Katrina has been great at explaining and finding the help I need. Very pleasant folks to work with. I hope I can remember to operate it like she taught me. I would recommend her knowledge to anyone. Susan is a joy in the office. Always a hug waiting for you

Ive had my hearing aids almost 3 weeks now and Ive really enjoyed enjoyed being able to hear again. I was almost deaf,I couldnt hardly understand anybody in a room. Miracle ear is the only way to go in my opinion. Susan gives me a hug on every visit. I expect it everytime. Down to earth people and Katrina treats you like family but on mission to help you hear better.

In the past year, since I came and got my hearing aides, everyone here has been so awesome. Katrina is so helpful and really knows her profession. So glad that I chose Miracle ear.
