Called this place to ask them a simple question and after they answered the phone to ask how they could help I asked my question lady says I dont know and tells me she has a costumer to take care of real fast and would be with me in a sec this was at 5:50 pm 10 min before they closed at 6:20 still no one on the line so I hung up and tried to call back knowing what they had done waiting till they was closed so I couldnt call back anyway yeah no answer there employees are very rude and they dont want to give nothing for your items there a joke and should be shut down but there a cash America so they have all the decent cash America pawns carrying them on the backs

Stopped to look for a silver chain which they didnt have but I ended up getting a gold ring for a good deal!

I used to find some nice items from here at a reasonable price. Now everything in store has went up in price tremendously. As a result I nearly never go in anymore. I just pay a few dollars more and buy the item new.

This place is crazy, the staff seems fine and friendly but everything they have is way overpriced, you can almost by the stuff new for the prices they want. Unless you need a crack rock and been kicked out of all the other pawns and need some cash dont bother going in here.

Love this place. Delray is absolutely the best associate there!! Top notch customer service. Always quick, friendly, and in stock with the latest items. I go here for all my jewelry needs.. you will not find better jewelry at there prices any where else. I highly recommend them to anyone thats on the fence about this place. The team is awesome and Cordell the store manager is awesome.

The manager Cordel is really helpful. He actually works on the floor and behind the desk helping the customers. Alpha and Angela are very polite, Alpha is very patient with you. Really nice staff.

I have been going to a version of these pawnshops for years. I love the staff and merchandise. I can almost alwyas find what I am looking for in one of these shops at an affordable price! As far as pawnshops goes this a a reputable business and the staff is always willing to assist!

Sooo if you want to to sell something 1000% do not bring it here. The guy looked at my perfect condition 4 month old apple smart watch for literally .2 seconds and offered me 20-25 dollars 😂😂😂😂😂 yeaaaa nooo.

Overpriced! Do yourself a favor and find a real pawn store. Prices are ridiculously. Sales people are like robots and will not lower or, negotiate. Theyre bound buy a sticker that lowers price after item been on shelf over a month or longer. But, there is an idiot pricing everything way higher than it should be marked. Wont be visiting again, RIP OFF!

My husband & i where looking to buy a subwoofer & an amp. We found the ones we wanted so my husband asked a lady if we could get someone to open the cabinet with the amps so he could get a better look. She acted as if we had asked 10 times for help. This was our first attempt to get help. Her exact statement was if someone gets time YOULL get some help! with such a rude &ugly attitude. We just looked at each other & left. I wouldnt spend 2 red cent in this place after that. I just cant believe how she acted. I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience here.

0 stars i spoke with Allen here and he told me that I was buying a 4K smart tv with out a remote but will give me a universal remote for free I get home to find out that the tv was not 4K or smart tv when I called back to there exact words was ( Oh Well As IS ) I willingly sold me tv that’s wasn’t good and took me through a hassle for a refund skip this place and find someone that values your business

You can get just about used item anything at a reasonable price

Allen wasn’t trying to be helpful at all. I asked which generation were their IPads and he wasn’t able to tell me anything. He is so focused on what price I want to pay and not trying to inderstand that it’s not the price but I need a certain product. Needless to say, attitude is horrible!

Doing business ILLEGALLY by Charging $75 when you pick up your items. The state of Georgia limits pawns from charging over $50.00. I went to Phils and got $50 more on my gun.

Never had a problem at this pawn shop the Manager Kordel and other employees are really awesome people.

A lady ask me to hook my amp up to see if it worked it did but when I went to play it for her she walked off so rude and it was cold out side so I did all of that for nothing then another lady came and tried to give me 20 dollars for a 400 dollar amp.. This pawn shops prices or so high its better to just get what you need from the store..and its not like the merchandise looks so great its noticeable used but the price tags says different...not my type of pawn shop and the customer service is horrible...i was already to spend my money but I quickly changed my mind
