Every time I have had to visit Panola Rd Comcast I want to beat my head in a wall. I was very happy to see a new Conyers location. Even more pleasantly surprised by the staff. Desmond went beyond my expectations, in assisting with returning equipment and reaching out to me in changing my plan completely that was something more suitable to me for a lower cost. He was professional and helpful. Leaving me to not feel like the next trip to Comcast would be such a pain. Thank you

Id like to give a shout out to the rep at Xfinity JaTory that helped my wife and I get our new phones set up this past weekened. During the time we were in there the store got crazy busy and he handled every customer with expertise and a sympathetic ear if they had problems to be resolved. Its great to see someone do their job so well. HIs multi-tasking skills were put to the test and Id say he aced it. Real good work.

Amazing staff. Amazing customer service. I came in for a remote, mentioned one other problem and had all of my problems taken care of within 30 min! Very pleased with my visit. Shay was VERY helpful, very friendly and best customer service Ive had in a long time. Even the manager (I believe she was the manager) was very friendly! Thank you guys for being open during a time like this! You are appreciated!

I ordered some equipment 2 days ago and every time I go to check to see if the equipment is READY for pickup it still says the order is confirmed and nothing else. I’m so annoyed because they won’t even pick up the phone.

Unfortunately for me my apartment only has xfinity as my isp. Came inside and asked for a certain plan. Tried to sell me on everything but that. She was slow (like xfinitys internet). Also rushed me out of the store. Did I forget to mention youre forced into a contract and have to pay extra for unlimited data. Screw this company.

I was having mobile network issues with my upgraded device and Charles worked tirelessly to correct the issue for over an hour. Also, while I was there I witnessed all of the agents go above and beyond to aid other customers. The air conditioning was out and they even offered us juice and water cool us off. It’s always good when a customer is treated with the best care. I’ll definitely be back to this location. Thanks Xfinity Conyers team .. I really appreciate everything!

Not only is their service subpar, but customer service agents are poorly trained! If you dont know the answer to a question, instead of lying, just admit that you dont know! And take care of the customers first, you can read your texts on your break! Buyer BEWARE!

The information I received in store is the exact opposite of what I was told by the customer service line. While Shar gave me good service in the store I was completely screwed, which left me utterly dissatisfied. I would not recommend their cable/Internet packages to any one!!!!!!!!! Buyer beware.

It takes entirely too long just to make a payment here. Not enough people working that knows how to take a payment. This location definitely needs kiosks. I waited over 45 minutes just to make a payment. ridiculous. Last time at this location. KIOSK PLEASE OR TRAIN EVERYONE TO TAKE PAYNENTA

So happy Comcast brought this store to Conyers. The Agents are helpful, educated and very attentive to my needs. Very trained, in and out in a jiffy.... Definitely a hidden gem in Conyers.

Very dissatisfied with the service decided to give the cable a try took almost 2 hours to get the account and equipment together, then once I got home with the equipment connected everything stayed on the phone with xfinity for HOURS!! still couldnt get it to get online then they tell me that its going to cost me an additional $70 for a Technician to come out the bill was already $144.00 thats $150.00 to me, pls $70 more..a RIP OFF!! so I returned the equipment the very next day about the same time that I picked it up 24 prior, OHHH... in case I didnt say I ALREADY HAD INTERNET prior to trying the cable tv for over a year! I operate a business from my home and am a full time nurse so when I say down to check my online accounts for MY BUSINESS!!! MY INTERNET WAS DISCONNECTED!!😠😠😡 The staff needs to be better trained and not take customers return of equipment and cancelling their accounts PERSONALLY!! AND SHUT DOWN THEIR ENTIRE ACCOUNT JUST TO BE A SMART --- you never know who you encounter so you should have better customer service and friendly user set up equipment. Sooo dissatisfied....I will be back...just to see if there has been a change and I will re- review this store again. If cable tv want their customers back they need to do a better job at keeping the ones they got, and stop inflating our bills!!

Store Manager refuses to give out receipts refuses to give a refund or exchange merchandise because the sales clerk got the wrong one, holes merchandise hostage and called the cops on customer. Have video of it if you want to see it.
