The Dollar Tree next door needs to take note and learn from this store!! Employees dressed nicely and very friendly. Store always in good order and managment is always available and helpful. A pleasure to shop there as the atmosphere just keeps you in every aisle looking for a reason to spend more money!!

As per usual there is stock waiting around the store just waiting to be put out. Understaffed. We all know what to expect when you go. Long checkout lines. The same stuff all discount stores have.

I like this Big Lots because the staff always greets you with a friendly smile. Its clean, organized and you find good bargains.

Clean store, great choices, huge variety of items, food, gardening, electronics, furniture, snacks galore, even a clearance aisle. Great customer service.

Workers were friendly. Decent wares and snacks. Items priced slighty less than Target for similiar goods. Checkout process needs work.

They opened another register, but had other items I did not pick out. There was 3 items that I did not pick out to buy but ended up paying for. Thankfully it is something I can use but it is still not fair to others to ring out more items the customer did not want or really need.

Good sales. Disorganized but fully packed. A great place to buy gifts, snacks, movies or almost anything else you need. The staff is never the same so they have a high turn over rate as far as employees go but they are very nice regardless.

Clean store, well stocked. They has everything I needed.

This location is clean and usually decently stocked (Covid changed that). I can get most of what I want and need at this location. The employees are generally friendly and helpful but there is one lady that is not. She routinely doesnt speak to you at all and youll get a little attitude if you ask her for help (shell help you but shes still not gonna talk to you). She doesnt stop me from going in and speaking to her though because this location is closest to my house lol.

All staff was friendly. Soooooo many things to buy. I really liked the home decor.

Purchased a 75” Fireplace T.v stand. Was serviced by the furniture sept. Mgr (Matt). He assisted me from start to finish. Superior knowledge of product, excellent customer service. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Offered me a 3yr protection plan. Needed it immediately bc when I opened the contents to assembly a major piece had two cracks that were vital to stability. No hassle. Matt made sure that I received the piece immediately and convienently. Need more mgr like Matt.

Well stocked on MOST necessities. Store clean and has access to sanitizer and wipes for the baskets. Lets not forget the holiday sale and generous discount for essential workers!Update from a year ago: NOT the friendliest store on the planet like it states when you call! Store associate had a little tude when I called this morning and asked of they had a certain item in the store! 🙄

Day in Day out you can fulfill your shopping requirements at a fair price both to the consumer and the supplier. I LOVE shopping at big lots i prefer the in-store experience better than online. The staff is super friendly and i love the furniture selection. This was my 4th major purchase from this store. And i just got approved for their in-store card so........ Need i finish this statement...

The older white man in the furniture department is loud and rude, i was told by other employees he treats all black people in thst manner, i quickly put him in his place and refused to deal with him

My favorite place for home decor!

This location is located in Hunting Creek plaza. I stop here at least once a month. The store is clean and well lite. The shelves are fully stocked and they also carries refrigerate d goods such as milk, cheese, butter and etcetera. The store has everything separated aisle to aisle with bedding, kitchen, food (pantry), among other items. This biglots great for picking up both grocery items and household items.

Ive been going here for years. The staff is really nice and helpful. They have the usual great deals.

I havent been to a Big Lots in a while and was pleasantly surprised. Very good prices overall and some healthy alternative dry food items, including black Himalayan salt. Ill be back.

I am used to a higher standard at Big Lots. This store was dirty compared to the ones in Illinois.
