Clean mall easy to find my store and my grandson wanted antie Anns pretzels yum!!! He loves them. I went to shoe mill and very knowledgeable lady in there .

Very good sales associates at T Mobile. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and processed my return with alacrity. He was willing to go above and beyond to get this done for me. I was beyond satisfied. T mobile has always been a company that valued its customers and thier growth has been a direct result of this. That and awesome service, and the selection of cutting edge exclusive phones. Kudos to you T Mobile.

I always enjoy going to the mall. I enjoy a variety of stores to choose from.

Old mall with many closed stores. Really bad food court as far as atmosphere, selection, and cleanliness. Its actually sad because this used to be a great mall. Its starting to feel like the mall is dyingIll give the managers credit. They have tried to maintain the more popular store areas but it either needs a big update or new owners with a fresh look. Really haphazard layout now

I miss this shopping mall hustling and bustling, full of life and businesses. These days, there are many empty shops, hardly any people, the food court selection has decreased. Tilt is gone. All the skate shops went out. Their store spaces are small and there isnt much stock compared to other mall locations. Overall, I really dont visit this mall anymore.

Had a great lunch at Charleys. Fantastic service! Mall janitorial staff was very helpful with directions because there wasnt a new map of what was open.

The mall is clean and awesome I ate....I got my phone repaired....caught a massage...and bought some clothes.....you can do it all at the salem mall!!!!

Katie at Macys is the best! Shes usually at lingerie desk area but that woman is amazing! I also had great customer service at Maurices!!!!

Not a perfect mall but pretty fun. I love the sky bridges and they have an arcade....Honestly a good arcade. Tons of parking. We visit frequently.

One stop shopping and even got some food to take home.

Salem centre is a nice quiet mall, not a whole lot of activity but not entirely dead. However currently there is virtually no activity because of the pandemic. I imagine it will go back to a nice busy life when things change

Went to Kohls for an Amazon return. Stayed out of Salem Center completely. Awesome.

Not many stores open. Chick at Clairs was very patient with my 8 year old niece getting her ears pierced.

So many options for clothing,jewelry,food, etc. it was so much fun looking at all of the options.

The homeless are getting worse and worse. I cant even walk around without a homeless person cursing and screaming at my 3 year old when we are walking in and out of Ross. Pretty sad my kid then repeats the words they say. Like its normal.

Of the two malls in Salem, this is the best. I havent counted, but 2/3 of the stores are open and doing business. Very convenient location, lots of access points to enter the mall. Plenty of parking on street or in the two parades. Auntie Annes Pretzels is my favorite go to for a portable snack/meal, and is typically why Im in the Mall. Id give Salem Center more stars if they simply had more stores. Thats the only downside Im seeing.

Big mall area. The mall itself is not very full of people which I guess is nice. They have an arcade here which is pretty cool. Rarely see these in malls anymore. The stores are layed out ok. Its fairly straight forward. Food court is typical mall food. But not a bad area. I think the real excitement is around the mall. Neat little shops and restaurants and stuff.

We went shopping for some new clothes for me and we went to a wonderful restaurant. We had a great time.

Nothing really left to enjoy but Kohls. Covid-19 destroyed the mall. Go to Portland if you wish to have an enjoyable day while shopping.

Traffic is nuts randomly and parking can be hectic but the area itself is totally fine. Unique stores here and there.

Great little Mall with unique clothing stores for men and women, jewelry stores, nail salons, food court, souvenir shops, public bathrooms, smartphone shops, women undergarments, etc. Masks not required, ATMs available. The mall is very clean and fun for the whole family.

First thing I saw when I got there was someone being beat up. Lots of shouting, and the shops themselves were less than satisfactory.

Fun place with lots of variety in businesses to visit! Its good to see people in downtown again.

The only thing that I dont like about this place is that Jcpenney is closed probably for good. And I have many reasons to like that place. It brought back childhood memories

Great parking all around and convenient access to the stores. Escalator, stairs and elevator available to go up and down stairs. We have been to Sees Candy, JCPenneys, Kohls, Torrids, Baskin Robins, Hallmark and Kitten-Kabootle. All good friendly service and will be back again.

Very nice area with a wide selection of shops

The pandemic has taken a toll on Salem Center. This once thriving mall is now a shell of its former glory. There is a lot of empty retail space, 3/4 of the stores are closed. The food court consists of one Asian style restaurant. The parking garage has become a haven for the homeless. Perimeter littered with garbage, I was waiting for Stallone to show up with guns blazing to rescue me from a bad science fiction movie set.

Please shop at this mall instead of online shopping, if you use online any more this mall may go out of business

We always visit Salem Center when visiting Salem, Oregon from Washington State. It was really windy on this visit. A tree had fallen due to wind so it made traffic to the mall a little slow. Life happens!.The Center has always been clean when we visit. It’s not a huge mall but they make it work with the space they have downtown. We have a similar center in Downtown Spokane that is multi level.They have free parking too.

Good bubble tea inside, but not that great for clothes shopping

The parking is okay, the sidewalks in salem are terrible for anyone with a disability

Not a big fan of shopping centers in general. Only needed to swing by for T-Mobile, but the sheer amount of people who werent covid conscious was woofda! Boy howdy, my butt didnt leave the truck. Far too many people for comfort.

Really bummed how bare this place is. Very few stores remain in the building. As a kid this mall did all kinds of fun events.

Because of this whole corona thing the whole place is like empty. There are not many people there so you wont half to wait in a line. Im not saying some days wont or in the future but right now its great.

Its in a very sad state. Homeless have taken over. There was a man heating his meth pipe up outside the entrance doors.

My daughter and I had a great time talking with Ivan Cruz-Sanchez, a sales-credit associate at Harry Ritchies jewelry store. Ivan is a very personable and friendly associate at the store, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the jewelry business. Well look forward to seeing Ivan again upon our return!

They did covid santa photos and package deals for it. Pretty great experience service was awesome. They made sure we were all comfortably distanced. I appreciate that.

Some of the food court is open! Masks arent required but are recommended in the mall if you arent vaccinated. Covered parking and street parking available.

Cleaning everything makes me feel better about our community. Health is of utmost importance for all to thrive in this COVID-19 pandemic. Were all in this together even though we didnt personally choose; but were a strong community.

Covid has everything closed except take out. Golden Crown downtown Salem dining is open with lots of space in booths for customers. Masks on staff and customers. But the food is the star! Fresh veggies not overcooked, fried rice best in town. We had sweet and sour fish which was yummy. Not best wine but yea is lovely.

Very nice atmosphere. Reasonable prices, very clean and everything in the food court smelled really good. Its a must see when are in the area.

I really like going here with my friends it also has a hot topic so thats a big bonus

Excellent environment and ambiance, a wide variety of wine and spirits. The outdoor seating was exceptional. With its robust open fire and well placed tables leaving enough distance for conversation or small meetings. The crew seem polite and attentive, I would like to use it again for a small meeting. Or just meet a friend.

I love this mall, but due to COVID getting in and out is tragic so I wont go back until all entrances are reopened, EXTREMELY upset about JcPenney closing. Thats the reason for only 3 stars. Been going there since I was a young child. Sad to see it go, as weird as it sounds I have good memories from there.
