Sat on hold for pharmacy for 53 minutes yesterday, NO ANSWER. Have been on hold 37 minutes and counting this morning. Seriously have no idea why I continue to give them all my business. I know this staff at the pharmacy is busy, but then it is incumbent for CVS to properly staff this location to keep up with the demand. Guess my option today is to curl up and die since I cant get any answers about my prescriptions.

This particular location is the WORST! It always takes forever and for absolutely no reason. No one takes responsibility for operating in a timely fashion. Its ridiculous!
The worst Im changing pharmacy from CVS, been on hold for 40 mins hung up call the front office they answer quickly and transfer call back to pharmacy.. still on hold.. 1 hour counting.. just release my perscription Im not going back here
3rd car back in the drive through for the pharmacy. Almost 1 hour to get a prescription. Ive used CVS for many years and have never seen one this sorry.
If I could give no stars I would. This place has the worst customer service I ever experienced. They have a culture of not answering the phone and hanging up on you after you are on hold for 20 min. I also have heard the pharmacy staff speak inappropriately about customers. This place SUCKS, there is a reason Walgreens is across the street.
I scheduled an appointment to get the Vaccine shot today. I stood at the counter for twenty one minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Plenty of people walked passed me but did say a word. Here it is another ten minutes and the pharmacist said she would be right back. So unprofessional

AWFUL management. Well specifically awful manager . If IRENE comes to help you after asking for a manger and waiting 15 mins RUN. If you want help you practically have to find employees stowed away in the back of the store. the inside and out has been cluttered with trash on multiple occasions (this last outing being the final straw)
Awful customer service at the pharmacy. I tried to have my prescription transferred and refilled here via the online portal. Weeks went by without a call or notification of my refill. I attempted calling mid-day on a Tuesday and was on told for 10 minutes. I just hung up and said Id try the next day. Next day, I called around the same time and was on told for another 10 minutes before someone answered. I told her the situation that I requested a refill and but never picked it up. She went back and forth with me about whether I had filled at that location. She had an attitude and was very rude. There were people gossiping and talking very loudly in the background, very distracting. She never mentioned if she could see that I requested a refill or what happened with that situation. I was going to ask her to transfer all my prescriptions to that location, but I opted for home delivery instead so I wouldnt have to deal with their awful customer service again.
This is the WORST pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Over an hour wait to get through to anyone on the phone, and then they never called to get my childrens prescriptions transferred, causing a delay in getting them their medication.
This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They never have your medicine ready on time. I have been waiting 3 days now for my diabetic medication. I will be changing pharmacy as soon as possible.

I have been calling all day, I hang up try again, I’ll wait 20 minutes and nobody ever picks up! It’s so annoying, why have a phone number to call if no one picks up?!?!!!!
Waited 1 hour and 5 min on hold for pharmacy. When I finally talked to someone - they had faxed my doctor to refill 3 medications for my mother( she is medically fragile). The doctor never replied and CVS did not make us aware of this. So as a result, we are out of medication that is needed to sustain life. Poor follow up and poor phone etiquette. Sounds like they need help in the pharmacy.
This pharmacy is the biggest joke. They never have the medicine in stock inthe pharmacy. Ive had prescriptions from eye drops to benadryl and even poison ivy medicine and guess what they never have anything. Its a very big inconvenience. I would say they need a new pharmacist that knows how to order their items when they are out. My kids shouldnt have to wait for day to get their medicine because someone isnt do their job. I know pharmacies run out of meds but not every single prescription i come in with should be out. START DOING YALLS JOB!!!!!
I can never get in touch with the pharmacy when calling. I have been trying to order medication but no one answers the telephone. What are you suppose to do, I do not understand how in an entire day why I can not get an answer to place an order. Then in two weeks still I can not get through.

Never have had any issues with the pharmacy staff. They are polite and professional. I have to go about 12 miles to use this pharmacy but worth the distance!

This is the CVS right beside my house. I’ve been using them for years. They were kind of a mediocre CVS to begin with, but lately, they’ve become the worst CVS ever. If your doctor calls something in, they won’t even listen to the call and start to fill the script until you go in and ask them to listen to it. In addition, they are incapable of answering their phone. I have called on three separate occasions at three different times of day, most recently just now at 8 A.M. when they first opened. Each time, I sat on hold over fifteen minutes before giving up. I’m not saying someone answered, said thanks for calling CVS please hold, I’m saying never spoke to a live physical person never picked up the phone in fifteen minutes! It’s horrible!
Missed my medicines and took too long to wait. It has been like 5 hrs...
Ive been on hold for 30 minutes probably gonna be longer just to see if they received my child prescription who is in need of it asap and they taking all day. Never in my life have I ever been on hold this long for calling a pharmacy. Terrible service. I should have kept his prescription at walmart. Never again !!!!!!

This pharmacy mistakenly placed someone elses prescriptions on my account and when I tried to call them to get it fixed, the amount of time it took to get a live person on the phone was absolutely RIDICULOUS! I wrote the times down: 1st call, 15:26 mins on hold (I hung up). 2nd call, 52 MINUTES on hold. 3rd call (from a second phone), 9:06 mins on hold (hung up). 4th call, 5:15 mins on hold (hung up). If I was an actual customer of this place and needed my medicine, Id most definitely be dead by the time they finally answered!!!
It would be nice if the hours posted online and the hours posted on the store matched. I work night shift and struggle to do anything during the day. It states open 24 hours and pharmacy closes at 10pm however when I arrived at 8:55, the doors were already locked and it was posted the store closes at 9pm and pharmacy at 6pm. Some consistency would be nice so I dont waste my time driving up there dizzy, tired, and discombobulated.
They never had any of the prescriptions I needed, which were very common prescriptions.
Love most of the employees there. You get 1 maybe 2 employees that are rude but that happens every where. The pharmacy treats you like family.
They NEVER answer the phone. Omg. I literally was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I am there in person they do not answer the phone either. When they do, they are extremely rude. Speaking of experience.
Signed up for text notification but its erratic, last one I got AFTER I called and picked up. Pharmacy staff needs lessions in simple manners... They are disorganized and vague in their answers...unprofessional.

I’m giving 5 stars all because of the new guy in the pharmacy named Robert. We went to pick up a RX that our Insurance didn’t pay much on bc it was band brand, it was over $100. Robert suggested we go online and get a manufactures coupon and it only cost us $30. That in itself is GREAT customer service. Had it not been for Robert we would not have been able to get the needed medicine. I don’t care how much he’s making he certainly deserves a raise.I’d also like to add that I was greeted promptly by Robert as soon as the customer in front of me walked away, I’m usually told to “hold on a second” while the person working the counter walks to the back and the other person waiting on the drive thru window, even without a customer there does nothing to speed up the process. If adding more people had made this big of a difference please keep it that way... customer service has definitely improved!
The pharmacy staff is so lazy. There could be 8 of them back there and 3 registers open and you still have to wait forever to get your prescriptions. None of them take the initiative to get customers taken care of in a timely fashion.
I always go into CVS and coupon. The manger on duty tonight on 8/10 needs to learn CVS coupon policy. I was using 4 coupons for each item stated on the coupon which you can do at CVS. She says some email says one per household. Update coupon policy if that is the new policy.
They dont answer the phone for Providers either.

The pharmacy is terrible!! I’ve never had my prescription lost before! This pharmacy needs to be shut down. They are very unorganized and unprofessional . No one knows what’s going on! The pharmacist even insisted that I never brought my prescription there! I will never use them again!!!

Dropped off RX. Was told 1 1/2 hours. I returned 2 hours later and asked for the RX. “ We don’t have a record of it.” The RX was laying on the counter top STILL! “ Give us a few minutes” I waited almost another hour before getting the meds. “ Have a good night”. It was said with no sincerity or energy. I was there because my daughter was sick, it was her medication. I use Publix & Kroger!LATER THAT NIGHT:My daughter is taking her meds & realizes that there was only 15 pills in a bottle that clearly reads 30. She had to call the pharmacy this a.m. & now I must take the meds back.
I love their Pharmacy staff ! They all are great and seem to work as a team.
I went into this store at about 8:30 on a Monday evening, picked up one item and headed to the cash register. When I was about 8 feet from the counter the cashier turned and walked away, leaving me standing there with an item I was ready to purchase. She was not going to help anyone else, or, seemingly, to do anything other than to refuse to ring up my purchase. This is twice in the same store this has happened.
Ummm if your store says 24hrs why do u show up at 2am and the doors are locked someon inside vacuuming but doors locked...i am very confused 24 hours means 24 hours sitting in parking lot with 3 other vehicles doors locked and noone coming to open them...i understand if you need restroom break but it s been 29 kinutes seriously...now city of conyers police sitting here looking at me like why am i here and why the doors locked...

Tried to call in a prescription 3 times today. Each time I was on hold for over 15 mins....that is ridiculous. Use one of the many other pharmacies in the area.
I brung a prescription in that had two scripts on it. I told the lady I didnt have any insurance and I have a discount card and she said the discount cards are selling other people information so I said ok. My total was 31.20 and I told her I will be back so I was going to wait until I went to Wal-Mart and got a better price. Then after Wal-Mart tried to get it from CVS they said my doctor didnt sign so Wal-Mart tried to get it again then they said I didnt give them no prescription. So I will never go back because they are so ungrateful and forgetful.
Most of the staff is great but there is one lady thats always extremely rude
