I walked into the store not one of the 6 guys thats all standing behind the register welcomed me into the store. Then I have a pair of shoes in my hand waiving to get someones attention. When I say hello can I get some help one of the guys walked towards me and then said he will be with me in a minute and walked to the back while the other 5 guys still standing in the same position talking to eachother. Very Very Disappointed!!!!!

I entered this location, DOGWOOD DR. Conyers GA, on July 23, 2021 appx. 1:30pm. I walked past 3 employess ( one I did not realized was an employee) without one person acknowledging or greeting. The store was not busy at all. I walked to the back where the kids section is located with my kids. I had decided on two pairs and waited awhile in hopes that the young lady in the light blue tshirt with molded finger waved hair would just look up while standing behind the counter. I was the only customer in the store at the time so I was sure shed look up at least but she did not. I didnt want to leave my kids in the section alone to go get her nor drag them to the front as they were sitting patiently waiting. So I finally had to holler excuse me to get her attention. I guess that was wrong. She came over with such a manner, no greeting, no can I help you, no O Im sorry I did see you.. NOTHING. She didnt seem to want my business or the aggravation. And she just stood there looking at me. I said hi do you have these two shoes (adidas) one in a 1 n other a 2. She did a pause Ill check. Then I stopped her hey one sec and this one too (adidas forum) before I could finish she cut her eyes and just turned her head like I was a nuisance! I asked her was she okay? Was she having a bad day or something? Bc I didnt know what I could have possibly done to warrant this unpleasantness so I just told her nevermind I didnt need anything. I wont let my kids see ANYONE treat us in this manner while spending our hard earned money. Im not asking for a song and dance but common pleasantries at the least. I left the 3 pairs of Adidas and the Lebrons I was headed to purchase in the mens section for my husband. I WILL NOT return to this location EVER AGAIN. I may never shop with Hibbett Sports again after this treatment and experience. I thought the companys policy was 75 years of personalized customer service and care because this definitely was not what I expected.

I wish Jordan would stop doing the raffle thing cause this store is a RIP OFF!! they always have issues/excuses so you can’t pick up your shoe you won just so they can keep it so unprofessional I wish somebody look in on this it’s so unfair

It’s always an issue when you going to pick up your shoe from winning the raffle first it was “they had an incident” it won’t open till this afternoon now another raffle came and I won now it’s “we spraying the store” so why did you let people have appointments at 8am but you said you not letting anyone in till 11 or 12 not only did I have work I also drove an hour away!!! They do this every time so they can keep the shoes for they homies and friends I will never do a raffle here again

Went here today to purchase youth football gear for my son and many other players that arent able to provide for the child that is playing... Long story short the So called manager was absolutely rude. I decided to leave the store as the conversation could have easily escalated. What I will say is I will never buy and I encourage other not to buy at this establishment either... Until a company can hire individuals that treat others with respect then no we should not support this business... If it is true a picture says a thousand words just look at the one Im about to post.

Great prices and they offer so much help when making a selection.

I came to buy 2 pairs of Lebron low tops and the guy that was supposed to be helping me left me to help who he wanted to so I left.

I won a raffle to be able to purchase a pair of high demand pair of shoes at this establishment. On the day of release for the shoes, I showed up to the store at my appointment time given to me only to find out that the staff had given my size I reserved to another customer and the only options I was left with was either take a smaller size that was intended for another customer or dont get anything at all. I was not offered any other form of compensation or any other options to rectify the error. As a result I couldnt get the shoes I wanted. Ive been shopping at Hibbett Sports since I was 14 yrs old. I am a valued rewards member as well. They did not care to help fix their own error. I doubt I will ever return to this location to make any purchases.

I placed an online order and drove over 30 minutes from the city to arrive & be told my order could not be fulfilled and I didn’t even get a basic apology from the employee. Plus, no masks? Ick.

I really enjoyed the customer service that Hibbett Sports gave to me. There was a young man who worked there by the name of Darius. He showed outstanding customer service. He greeted me with enthusiasm, he didnt hesitate to help me, he never did show lack of interest, he also gave me his opinion on certain items in the store. To make it even better he even tried to build a relationship with my 2 kids who where looking for shoes. I recommend Hibbett Sports in Conyers, Ga. to anybody.

Salesperson 122577 (Darius) greeted me at the door but after that I had to keep chasing him down to try on shoes and to be let in the fitting room. He was to busy talking to his co-workers about leaving work early and pay day instead of helping me. To top it off when I went to check out, the cashier (119475) made the comment that, it sounded like I didnt have the money to purchase the shoes because I asked him if he had more in the same shoe in my size in the backroom. Horrible customer service!

Amazing service helping undue warehouse mix up! I received the wrong shoe and package slip. Thank you for refunding onsite, without me having to ship shoes I did not order back.

I remember when Hibbetts was actually a sports store. This location in particular has become an urban/casual clothing store. You can still pick up some sports goods but selection is poor due to racks and racks of designer urban ware.

Love this place. Wish they had a better selection of shoes and sizes like online.

We go here every year to get soccer gear. Always have a variety of gear.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in the store no greeting.Spent 20 minutes standing by the shoes no one came over to assist me. Not that it was busy, only myself and 1 other customer. However 2 workers sat at the front counter having a conversation. After the convo ended Male walked I to the back without speaking to me or the other customer. Finally fed up at this point I walked to the front counter to ask about shoes. The female behind the counter was openly eating beef jerky. Asked about shoes just to hear they didnt have my size. She offered to order them but at this point Im so pissed after waiting 20 mins to hear they dont have my size I walk out

Awful, didnt even want to look... After I washed in the door I saw a young man standing at a clothes rack on his phone and asked him did he work there and he said no. I was looking for a specific running shoe... But since he said he didnt work, but clearly had a name tag around his neck. I rather spend my money else where.
