Because you want to force me to come in to your store to cancel an online order when i never stepped into your physical location in the first place...ridiculous. I live on the other side of the state and you want me to drive to your store and waste 2 hours and gas to do so when i never picked up the battery and attempted to cancel over the phone within an hour of purchase... why? I dont buy from or recommend cnoanies with shady return policies

I ordered a battery for my car online and had it installed at the store. The whole process was very easy. I paid approx $30 less than I would have paid at auto parts stores.

This is my 3rd visit and everything has gone great in each instance. And all 3 batteries purchased have worked flawlessly thus far.

The staff is great, some very sweet girls in there, very helpful and eager to help get you straightened out with any fob that needs a battery! On Friday, May 21, 2021, I took my I-phone 6 into Batteries Plus Conyers, GA it was working perfectly fine the only thing was, the battery was not holding the charge. After they changed the battery and got home, I started experiencing ghost touches. Apps would open with out me touching the phone and in messenger mode letters would start typing without me doing anything to it. It was happening so frequently that I got scared that they had hacked my phone. When I googled it, it mentioned that I may have a defective digitizer. This was not happening before I took my phone in. I believe something happened during the repair to cause this. They even analyzed my phone before fixing and everything was reported as working. I have the invoice to proof this. I didnt even call because I am sure they will say it wasnt their problem and charge me to fix it. I should of had them do another diagnostic check on it before I left the store. Lesson learned. Just buy a new phone. Please ask for them to check your phone thoroughly before you leave the store.

I love this store!!! The staff is always so helpful and friendly and they have really cool gadgets. My time is valuable as everyone is but I can be in and out of the store in 15 minutes or less. Keep up the great work!

The price of a 20 pack of Energizers is $18.99. You can buy a 30 pack of Energizers at Home Depot for $15.99. 10 More batteries for $3 less. Youd think the Battery Store would have a deal. Apparently not! They do have an awesome selection for bulbs.

Very poor customer service. I went into the store with streamlight stinger ds and battery, the store associate said he could not find P/N so I suggested that another location might be able to assist. So he called North Druid Hills location which they did assist, but then he told me if it didnt work I would have to go to that location for a refund if it doesnt work. So I decided not to make purchase and left. I called customer service from outside and that was also awful customer service. Went home and did my own research and found part number then purchased battery online. When I returned to the store to pickup battery, the lady was not friendly at all. I will Not be a repeat customer at all. I should have gotten a discount for doing their job.

I was there for replacement battery for my phone and it went well.

Got my work phone screen and back replaced and as soon as I left went and got my case for it and it covers the whole front and back, and answered a call on it and could hear like a scratching noise and take the case off to come and find out they didn’t put the back on right because the back just started cracking and it wasn’t even dropped . I was locked out of my T-Mobile account because I couldn’t type my password in right because if you press say a h key it will type an x . I’m so frustrated because I use it constantly and it doesn’t even work right . And it was sent in to be t fixed because of the reason it won’t hold a charge !

Great! Picked up batteries for 2 key fobs. Young lady installed them and I was back out the door in under 5 minutes. Nice selection of batteries, light.bulbs, and flash lights.

The store clerk was knowledgeable. He knew what battery I needed for my garage door opener just by looking at it. And he changed it right there in the store free of charge.

The staff at this location are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Talk about outstanding customer service. The manager Shantae made sure that I was satisfied and all my concerns were met before leaving the store. This is the one location that I would drive a few extra miles to shop at.

I visited the Conyers, GA store and the associate was rude and vague and seemed to lack product knowledge about key fob batteries. I asked the cost of the battery and the associate continually stated theres an $11.99 install fee or $19.99 lifetime warranty, again I asked but what is the cost of the battery, she either didnt know or didnt want to tell me. Now after researching, I realized that I was hustled, I could have bought 2 batteries for 8.99, instead she charged me $11.99!

Got hung up on when asking a question. Maybe they are new or they couldnt hear me, but I called the Stockbridge store and they could hear me fine and were able to help.

Always have what I need and at a fair price

I needed a battery replaced in my truck. I called and asked if they install the car batteries at the store and they said yes.My battery is dead but I got a jump and drove up to the shop and walked in to buy the battery and the guy told me that they dont do installations on my truck model when the guy I spoke to said they did. Guess what I walk back out if the store to a dead truck. At least they used a jump box and got it drunk back up. Hut I could have went somewhere else if I was lied to on the phone.

Very helpful with finding the barriers for my baby monitor. Also went back inside after seeing that they sell car keys and fobs. A gentleman helped me locate and order 2 sets of car keys so I can have a replacement set for my husband. Win win last minute stop!

First time ever using this service. I really loved the service it was fast and easy.

Went into this Conyers, GA store on 03/02/19 to order a watch battery. Was advised the battery would be ordered on 03/04/19 and would be available on 03/11/19. They advised they would call me to bring my watch in to get the battery replaced. On 03/15/19 I called to check the status and spoke to Todd and was told the battery was not in and they would not be able to confirm the delivery date until the manager was in the office which would be sometime next week. The guy rudely hung up on my and when I called back he acted like me calling was a problem. Todd was completely disrespectful and placed me on several lengthy holds for no apparent reason. This was the worst customer experience I have ever received. Todd was not able to answer any of my questions and placed me on hold for over 45 min thinking I would just hang up. Another guy Shaquem finally picked up the line and treated me like an actual human being, but told me he was going to call me back and didnt. I give this place a NO star rating due to the treatment I received from Todd and would NOT recommend anyone to spend their money here.

My local Conyers, GA Batteries+ has a very knowledgeable employee named Tyler. I learned a lot about my 12-volt back-up Battery for my home alarm system. Everything works fine now, & I got a nice discount price on a new Battery. My old one from Batt.+ worked for many years - I got my moneys worth out of it. Good batteries - Great People

I was sold a battery for my cellphone, that was a lifetime battery. I went to have my battery replaced and was told that it only had a 1 year warranty and that the lifetime warranty was from the company that manufactures the battery. When I purchased the original battery I was told that if I had a problem with the battery all that I had to do was bring it back and they would replace it and.

I called in advance to have a battery replaced with new cells. I was told, yea, come on out, there is no work in front of you... OK 1 hr drive later, I arrived to a staff of NO knowledge! Afraid to open the case and said, wow, that looks like a bomb! I asked the clerk what the difference between a Lithium ion vs Nickel Metal Hydride AA batt was, and he said, UH I have no idea. Drive to Stockbridge! Dont waste your time like I did.
