I stopped by yesterday to see if someone could look at a tire on my car..the person at the front desk ..its a two hour wait..ok..no problem.I ask about schedule an appointment..which seemed to be a bother to her but none the less I got an appointment for today at 1230.I show up at 1215 the same person states..its a 2 hour wait..I said I stopped in yesterday and made the appointment..Mam we dont guarantee appointments here..Well why do you let people schedule them I ask...the response was you can take it somewhere else you can go to Firestone.. but they are behind schedule too she did call and yes they were 3hrs behind schedule.Well I am done with Tires Plus. I let them put tires on my car one year ago this month. Thats the last time I will use them.I asked if someone could just check to see if I needed air..she directed me to the back bay where a nice gentleman did add some air to each one he was very nice and he had a smile on his face. He didnt seem as though I was a bother to him and for that I appreciate that gentleman.

Terrible experience. The customer service was disappointing. I don’t know the employers name, however I think he was a manager. He rolled his eyes and shrugged when I asked questions. I got changed a 21.99 fee that was never mentioned just to look at my car. Then preceded I needed to pay more to go further to find the problem. Problem wasn’t solved or a any accurate suggestions. Just terrible. I wouldn’t come here over my dead body

My girlfriend went to get her car checked out, they couldnt even figure out what was wrong, and then they had the audacity to charge money. Definitely not brining my car here to get checked out. Find another place instead. Preferably one where they can figure out whats wrong with the car.

I was at first happy with how fast they got my tires changed and my front end aligned.. However, when I left the truck with them I left it with instructions to change the oil and oil filter, check the air filter and fuel filter and change if needed. Also to check all the fluid levels. Then today I have to pull over and check the transmission fluid BC its shifting just a little off and what do I find?? The transmission fluid is a quart low. So, thinking I should probably check it all, I pull the cover off the air filter and there is still loose acorns down in the air intake!!!! Wow you guys didnt even bother to take take the cover off well, from now on you can bet I wont be getting my tires at tires plus. I am posting pictures of the air filter and the acorns in the intake

Took 1 of my vehicles there to get balanced at 1pm came back later around 4pm everyone else vehicle was done, but they havent even looked at mine yet, it was still parked in the same spot where I parked it. I had to remind them that my vehicle needs to be fixed, then finally after 3hrs when they inspected it, they wanted to charge me an expensive price. Very unprofessional will not be returning. 👎

We were towing a U-haul trailer across the country when our axel/CV joint failed. Justin was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful at quickly diagnosing the problem, and Todd was great at finding the new part as fast as possible. They had us on our way as fast as they could and we made it safely to our destination. You guys are lifesavers!

Great store, great employees, they have 4-5 techs working so wait times are usually short (under 1hr). Tria and Todd do their best to take care of me when Im there. Highly recommend

I took my car to get an oil change and the women who worked on my car didn’t tighten my oil filter back once she changed it. It costed me a lot of money to figure out why my car was leaking so badly for it to only be an error from a Tires plus worker. I’d recommend going to a place where they pay closer attention to your vehicle.

Not Satisfied at all with our tires plus experience. Wanted to sell me $1000 in SEVERELY marked up products, such as a cabin air filter at the low low price of $59 ( BTW..We drive a civic, not a Jaguar). Ive much more I could share, but I wont. Stopped by here last week whenever I had a flat tire.Only one tech was working in the bay, one guy in the office and one customer sitting in the waiting room.Guy in the office immediately wanted to sell me a tire.Unfortunately and great for me, he didnt carry Consolidated, for a Ford focus. He did push me off to NTB down the road from this location.All I needed was my tire to be plugged for a $10.00 charge! Guess he didnt even want this money!

I went in for an alignment, the tech came back and said it needed balljoints a tie rod end, and a sway bar end link. I guess he didnt realize I do my own repairs and thought he could get over on me. Needless to say I bought the parts and checked it myself, they were fine other than one sway bar end link.The shop that actually did my alignment also determined that the parts were fine. I hope this technician gets fired

The earlier you go the faster youll go home. They do quick work but tend to get lots of cars as the day progresses. I recommend going before they open as you will get your car faster than at 9 or 10 oclock.

They fixes a flat on my tire and we where out of there very quickly. Service here is quick and friendly customer service. And reasonable prices.

I went in without an appointment and needed tires and an alignment. They worked me in and were very nice and professional. Candice was such a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable on what I was getting done. We will be using this location again. It was a very pleasant experience.

These guys are the best!!!I made an appointment with them and, on my way there, I busted two of the tires that I was on my way to replace. I was 30 plus minutes late to my appointment - an appointment that was supposed to be the last of the day - but this team still fit me in and, within an hour, I had new tires. They are really nice people, especially my technician Dominic.

The day my car was in there being worked on several weeks ago, all the employees were polite and friendly. The manager Tria Williams thoroughly deserves any manager of the year award Tires Plus may have. She is very caring and considerate and treats all her customers like they were her very best friends. So refreshing to find companies that actually do give a hoot about there customers and treat them like down home royalty. 100 ⭐s to this place of business. Listen up head owners of all companies out there, you teach your managers and all other employees to genuinely care for people like this awesome Woman does we would not have half the problems in the country we do now! She runs a clean moral shop!......But today Sept 12th 2019 have to give zero stars having nothing to do with the excellent car repair they do but with how they poison their customers sitting in the waiting room by allowing a guy come right through the mist of them spraying bug spray all over them. And the worker I complained about it too was okay with that. Shame on them.

What a wonderful experience! I called around 11:30 today, which is a SUNDAY, to see about getting my brakes done. I got there at noon, and they were already busy, but they still took me. The young lady at the counter was extremely nice, very professional, and kind. She kept me informed about how long Id wait, what needed to be done, cost, etc. The young man who did the work came out and talked to me, explained what all hed done. I had dreaded this, but it turned out to be a very positive experience! I HIGHLY recommend this shop! I am a new, loyal customer!

They stay busy. Waited over 3 hours for an alignment check but found ways to entertain myself. Not sure if this is the normal waiting time when redeeming 3-year alignment warranty. This is my second time here and the wait time was pretty much the same. First time I had an appointment, but that does not seem to make a difference. No offense but I dont plan on going back. I need to find a store that respects my time. )i(

This location went from a 5 star location under JR, to somewhere I will never go to again. I wish I didnt buy the lifetime alignment package. Do not add work or trust them over the phone. if they say you need brakes look at the pads first. If they give you a quote check it with anyone else. Also Google the repair, make sure what they are not trying to get you to spend more than $1,000 for a part that does not exist on your vehicle.

Awful customer service! I was told they don’t give quotes on the phone I walk in to the rep giving a quote on the phone. Yesterday I was told they don’t charge to inspect breaks today there charging. And to top it off the guy working in the lobby had an awful attitude. (Roger)

They put tires on my cars twice that I didnt order. They mounted my tires backward, causing them to feather which I noticed because my car would easily hydroplane. The store management is awful and unreasonable. And the service guys need to be retrained. Good service starts at the top. Its bad when you cant spend your money in your own community.Should be called Liars Plus

*Update* Im updating 2 to 1 stars. I still returned to this location for simple maintenance - oil change and tire rotation. Well, it wasnt simple enough. The fella who did the service stripped my lugnut. Certainly best not to return to this location.This location is great for tire service and oil changes. Great deals and great choices for tires. A couple of months ago I had my carbon air filter checked and after that service my glove compartment was broken. When not locked in place the entire compartment falls out. I never had an issue with it beforehand. Another time I went in to have my oil change and tires rotated and during this service I asked them to check a noise coming from the front passenger side when turning the steering wheel. I was told I needed to have all of my shocks and struts changed that wouldve cost me $700+. However, I had them changed less than a year ago and got a second opinion. Turns out issue was just the one strut and strut mount which would have costed me way less than the quoted.

This places prices are outrageous. You cant get a used tire here. The staff has no sense of humor & looked like they hated their jobs. I definately will not be returning to this location.

My Truck had a Broke shock Took it to Tires Plus in Conyers To get a alignment I did not tell them it had a bad shock They put the truck in to do alignment Went back two hours later to get the truck they gave me paperwork that said They did the Alignment I said y’all did alignment on the truck they said yes I said how do you do a alignment and it’s got a broke shock I’ve done that on purpose because I was thinking they was not alignment on my truck when I go pick it up It was still be the same or worse when I pick it up So be where were you by the lifetime alignment happened about 2 years ago

Very dishonest. They dont actually fix anything just take your money. Went to have an alignment done on my car. Before any repairs where even done a rep behind the couter exact words were well check your front end and if anythings wrong we wont take your money. Welll they obviously didnt check because if they did they would have seen that the tie rods where bad and the steering box was bad which they knew because he came and told me but he said they could tighten it up free of charge...well they didnt because 15 minutes later it was out of alignment..took it to an actually alignment shop and thats when i found out about the tie rods etc...

2 problems! 1st let me start by saying am a very patient person. I understand some things take time bt to be done with my car and to sit there on the phone and then when I ask how much longer are you going to tell me oh youre just waiting on me Im on the phone so I asked how much longer will you be on the phone then? And he says when Im done I was there just trying to pay and leave for over an hour! 2nd they are too expensive! So between $800 for tires and waiting 18 hrs to get it done I went somewhere else.

Mn this place is the worst. I normally give great reviews but Im not sure if its managment or the employees. I dropped my truck off at 8:30 am left to try to kill two birds with one stone and went to a dentist appt. I came bk by 11:30 am and my truck was still not done. Come on 3hrs for an oil change. Needless to say I wont be back.

Left my daughters two front wheels with stripped out lugs. Very dangerous. I have posted pictures on my Facebook. Could easily get someone hurt or even killed.

I was traveling and felt tired vibrations, stopped at this location to get tire pressure checked. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to ask if they could assist me, I was basically told I could do it myself or a ticket could be written and I could wait in line with other customers who were getting tires! Did I mention they did not appear to be busy! If you are having a highway ER don’t go to Tires Plus. Definitely will not consider Tires Plus when I am ready to purchase Tires.

Terrible experience. I made an appointment for a specific tire on line. They confirmed the appointment and the tire via email. Drove 40 minutes to get there. I walk in and the fellow behind the counter wont even look up and acknowledge me until he finishes what ever he was doing. Then we talk and he says they dont have my tire. Claim they tried to call but my phone never rang and no missed calls or voicemails. Claim they cant email me to tell me they dont have the tire but they emailed me to confirm they did! These guys are either crooks or terrible Bait and Switch artists. STAY AWAY!

They got my car in and put a set of tires on it in less than an hour so the service was ok until they tried to run the old swollen lug nut scam.

They are only good for tires and oil changes. im a certified ASE technician that have a brother who took his car there for tires and a oil change . They tried to sell him unnecessary things one in particular that made me angry is trying to sell him an alternator that was perfectly fine and battery for about $900 they will try to rip you off beware And sound so convincing to

I really dont want to give this location 1 star. My husband bought a tire balance and rotate package. When I brought it in they said they could rotate but could not balance. I called my husband who spoke to the manager and all of a sudden they could do both. I feel it was because Im a woman and yes I dont know anything about vehicles except to keep the oil changed. I have never liked this place and not sure why my husband chose to give them business but I know it will be the last. Do not take your vehicle here at all. Maybe their corporate will close this location.

We had a blow out on I85 south of Atlanta on our 3 horse trailer fully loaded with horses. The manager, Todd, stayed open and waited for us and got a new trailer tire put on our rim and we were back in the road in 20 mins. His guys really hustled for us and we and the the horses really appreciated it. We arrived at TiresPlus just after closing.

This location really needs to honor mobile coupons. Printing paper coupons is a waste of time and not environmentally friendly.

Prepare to spend your whole day there even if you have an appointment. The service is horrible. I wouldnt refer this place to a friend!

Had a tire leaking on my work truck so went here to get it fixed. I bought the tires from this location and when I went to get it fixed today they said they could work on the truck it was to big. Finally they said they would since I bought the tires from them. It took 3 hours to put 1 new tire in the truck. Todd was very rude and refused to give me the corporate phone number. DO NOT DO BUSINESS QITH THIS PLACE!!!!

Took my car in to have the brakes checked was told that I needed rotors and brakes all around plus fluid that the cost would roughly $700 and some change got a second opinion and all I needed was front pads total cost $75 thought that was unbelievable the way tiers plus handled me and I bought 4 new tiers from them a couple of months prior I will not recommend nor will I take my car back to a tiers plus

I went here once before for new tires and they stuck to their 59 minutes or less guarantee. I went here for an oil change and new wiper blades recently and this time it took forever. What was originally quotes at 45 - 60 minutes ended up being almost two hours. When we called over to pay as the mechanic was finishing up, they told us our battery was low. We opted to have them replace it, instead of taking it somewhere cheaper, because they said it would be done quickly. After all, they had already wrapped up the other services, right? I watched the mechanic through the window on and off while he took a little over 30 minutes to replace the battery. He then took an extra 10 - 15 minutes to replace the wiper blades, although that should have been done already. They dont do bad work here but they either move very slowly or are understaffed.

I tried to get service,a failure. Ended up at the dealership, faster service and better price.

Made an appointment for 12. They guarantee that when you make an appointment, you will be out within an hour. It is 1:29 and I am still here. I missed another appointment because of this😡. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I am actually thinking of going somewhere else next time.

Didnt come out to tell me anything wrong with tires anything missing and parked my car in parking spot in stead of parking like everyone else by the door. They knew very well what they did to two lung nuts.and never told me till after i go to pay for my oil change. Yet they can go to other ppl and let them know whats wrong with there vehicle. The manager told me my one lug nut was swellon so i told that lug nut to another gatage to look at and told me that lug nut did not belong to my van and it wasnt swollen. What they did was strip two of my lug nuts and didnt replace it. And the other one the manager said missing. That is a straight up lie wen i sat rite there with todd oneil looking at the tires. I have been looking at the tires for over two weeks keeping an eye on them. And would always do a inspection of my tires.

We brought our car in to have the brakes on the back end done. My husband drove it home and the back end was making a horrible noise. We brought it back and they argued that the sound was coming from the front. We then had to take the back seat down so you could clearly hear the sound coming from the back. We are here once again trying to get it straightened out. It would appear that something clearly was not done right and trying to get them to see what was wrong has been frustrating.

Deserves ZERO stars. Took an 1 and a 1/2 to plug a tire and rotate all 4. There was ONE other customer and I counted at least 6 or 7 employees. Oh and the total was over $50.00. RIDICULOUS. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible customer service. Called before arriving to get a quote. When arriving was told that they were not taking anymore customers for the day and they close at 5p when it was only 332p. Was not pleased and a waste of time. I called corporate was not professional at all
