Walked in, not one of the employees spoke to me, instead the employees were behind the counter joking, laughing and flirting with each other. I had to ask for help instead of being asked if I needed any help. One young lady came forward and tried to be cordial and help but I could tell she was in a hurry to get back to her comradery with the other employee which happened to be a male.

Went in this store today. Worst customer service! All 3 employees at the register talking, looking on their phones. Came here to buy another pair of shoes. Ask one a questions, and she never came to help. Just pointed to the area I was. Little do they know, I work for the film industry and I was in the area looking for people with great customer service, great energy, and just a good worker. If chosen, I could have changed their life! More money than they have ever seen. Why Some People Dont Want To Be Great! No one wants to be great anymore. Sometimes it is not about the job you have, its about getting the job you want. :-(

We ran in right before closing and the employees were nice and didnt rush us. We also made it quick. Im sure they wanted to go home.

Store clean, well stocked. Was not greeted when i entered but needed the cashiers help eventually and she was warm and helpful.

They had the shoes I wanted and good customer service.

Super nice staff that helped me return something that I didn’t have the stupid receipt. Rack room has been slacking on selection so I didn’t buy anything but the staff won it for me.

They did not have what I was looking for. Theres no help as you are ignored. This is the second time Ive been there, and for a shoe store you would think someone would help you. Not here. Its totally self service so good luck.

Went into the Rack Room Shoe Store in Conyers, GA today and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. The sells person/cashier did not welcome or greet me during entering the store and neither did she offer her assistance in helping me find anything. I was in the store for at least 20 minutes looking around and not once did she ask if she could assist me with anything and the store was practically empty so she could have assisted me if she wanted to. And to top it off, when I was leaving the store she said absolutely nothing. Someone needs to train this so called customer service rep the importance of greeting customers because although I found shoes that I wanted to buy, I could not make myself give her or the company she’s representing my money.

I bought a couple of shoes here and the price was really low. Great price.

Very friendly and helpful young man helped me. He immediately offered to order the size I needed if they didnt have it in stock. I ended up ordering one pair, and he made the process quick and seamless. Good selection of shoes. Only place you can find the Sauconey brand.

Not a very big selection of different shoes but their prices are reasonable for the shoes they have on sale.

My daughter and granddaughter visited this store late Friday afternoon, we were delighted to be greeted as we were and the genuine concern to properly fit my granddaughter with what she wanted. Unexpected pleasure and we will be going back.
