The BEST furniture store I have been to probably ever. When they say their 50,000 sq ft showroom they are not freaking lying. So much variety, great quality and very nice layout. You can really feel how the furniture would look in your own house. Only comment I would have to improve is too have more sales associates available to assist customers. Other than that a must go to furniture store.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here! They have so much variety, and the staff is INCREDIBLY friendly. They are laid back, not pushy on selling their products, and very knowledgeable. Honesty is the most important thing to me, and I could tell they are honest people. There was a mix up with our delivery (one piece was left off the truck), and the warehouse manager came out late on a Friday night to deliver. We will recommend Sigman Mills to anyone who asks!

They have so many choices to choose from and I love their style of furniture thats on the floor. I saw many pieces I would love to buy!

I purchases a bedroom furniture set for $3,000 from Sigman Mills. Not even 6 months later, the legs on the platform bed collapse. I have a service call, the technician repairs the legs. Not even a day later they break again. I have yet to hear back from Karen, who was going to speak with Randy Mills (owner) and Jose (technician who fixed the bed). I am extremely disappointed in my experience. Paying this price for furniture, youd think youd get superior quality and customer service. Ive experienced neither. If I had the option to return, I would.

I purchase a ‘closeout’ sofa and chair on 12/2/17, predicated on being able to purchase a second, matching chair. Paid for said chair on that day and it was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Thirteen weeks later...still no chair. No apology and very little concern from any of Sigman Mills customer service people, nor even the store owner. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend this business and I won’t darken their door again. Side note: I did get a refund for the chair, but I’m just stuck with the other furniture.

Here is a wonderful store to purchase furniture from. This is a family owned business. They are helpful and friendly, most of all, they have beautiful items. The cost is reasonable.

I am new to the area and have been in the store three times. Everyone is very nice and helpful they work well as a team. My salesperson Ms Lovonia Jackson remembered me and was very helpful. There was no pressure lots of suggestions and lot of patience. She was very helpful and worked a good price. She explained payment options and made it easy to afford the items I would like to purchase. Out of all of the furniture stores I have gone to in the area Sigman has the most stationary sofas. I like the Styles and quality of products that they carry and I hope to return for more items in the future.Thank youRR ☺👍

Great furniture

I used to really love Sigman Mills as did my extended family however, the last two times that I have gotten furniture from them there have been problems. A few years ago I purchased a love seat and they double billed us. We had a difficult time recovering the money. I defended Sigman Mills and told my husband that could happen anywhere.When my husband didnt want to use them this time, I defended them because I didnt want to give up on them. This July 2018 we bought a cocktail ottoman and a love seat. When they delivered them, the love seat was torn. I spoke with who I thought was the owner on the delivery persons phone and he stated that he would send someone out to repair it on the following Tuesday. I have called and left messages and emails but so far no contact. It is now October and no repairman. Everything about this experience has been negative. It took three hours at the store to get the furniture ordered because my sales person kept leaving me alone while she went to check on things. At one time she left me for over an hour and acted upset with something going on at the store but did not tell me what it was. She would only say, What just happened should never have happened. I feel foolish that I defended them again.Additional review May 2019... Someone came out to repair my love seat on October 14,2018. He came with the wrong item and again promised to take care of it right away. Well it is now May of 2019 and still no repair.

I have been working with the sales staff; namely Yolonda, Caroline and Chelsea. The people skills and expertise has been instrumental in the success of a project Im overseeing for my church. They have been timely in their follow-up. It has been a stressless experience- they have exceeded my expectations!!!

I was very impressed by Kay and Karen. I selected a mattress and it was damaged when I received it. I called right away and situation was taken care of. I was disappointed with the quality of the mattress and thats the reason for 3 stars. I will continue to shop here and pick better quality pieces in the future. Customer service and sales get 5 stars from me.

3/1/2014: A $6000+ sectional was delivered damaged. The delivery guys said I was on my own, they couldnt do anything about it. I called the store just as they were leaving on the day it was delivered... That was 7 MONTHS ago and I STILL HAVE A BROKEN SECTIONAL! No refund, no repair, no replacement, no exaggerations! The parts lady, she is out of the office every time is go in the store, what a coincidence.UPDATE 4/19/2014: After speaking with the owner they agreed to pick up the broken pieces of the sectional and fix them. The delivery men came, told my wife she must have broken the pieces, picked them up and did not give a date when they would return them. Nanette, apparently the only person who would know when we might get our furniture back, does not answer the phone or return calls.UPDATE 4/28/2014: 8 months, 18 calls, 4 store visits, some emails, and 1 google review later and I have my couch as I ordered it. Yay!

Great quality made furniture.

After going to several stores, we ended up checking out Sigman. It was the first store where we were shown exactly what we were looking for and we found the perfect thing. Every other store kept trying to sell us the lastest thing that was not out style and didnt meet our needs. Im so thankful we ended up here. Thank you Sigman Mills!

Awsome place and the attention is second to none!

Please return my phone calls, I need my couch frame fixed.EDIT, My phone call was finally returned and I was able to get my couch fixed. If you have a broken couch make sure you talk to Randy. They need to improve how they deal with broken furniture. I would buy from them again, but I wont buy LaZboy ever again.

Sigman-Mills gets 5 stars from me. The day that I made a visit to the store, I felt at home. The atmoshere was great. Everyone was so nice, and so very helpful. Everyone who was in my path, while I was at the store, made my day. I bought this lovely, decorative pot, that matches my bedroom furniture perfectly. Beautiful store, wonderful people, the stafff is great at Sigman-Mills Furniture. I surely will be making another visit to the store. Love it!

Sales people arent pushy but the furniture is pricey.
