I was really surprised by last review. Ive been shopping there for years. Always happy and they go out of the way to help. Travis, Stacy, and Kelly are awesome! The store is for licensed professionals only. Maybe that was part of the issue.

Horrible customer service. Went in to buy supplies for my salon and the girl t- Kelly here was rude as could be. Over chaged me and didnt know how to use the register. She seemed drunk. Wasted an hour there while she called someone to help her use the register.I would definitely never use the place again
