Ive worked with Tracy on multiple occasions, often for loc maintenance. She has always represented herself and her salon well. Twice she has worked with me outside of her regularly scheduled hours to make sure that I looked my best for events.True, the salon can be a boisterous place, especially on weekends...but its a salon! I personally like it to be lively. When Ive been there, the conversation is jovial and respectful.I would recommend working with Tracy at Lords and Ladies for great service and fair pricing.

I didnt like the overall experience.... it was truly unprofessional and LOUD!! I wasnt given the proper introduction to my stylist nor did she ask the questions on how she was going to style my hair or the products that I used or anything. However, I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair to look but it wasn’t anything like the photo.The first attempt was crazy looking and she used sprits to stand the hair stand up. Therefore, I explained how I normally wear my hair. So, she attempted to go over the style again and re-curl the pieces that were standing up. Please keep in mind that is difficult to re-curl after using spritz. I didn’t like the second attempt and suggested to wet it down and start anew. At this point, I am really ready to go...I’ve spent over 2 hours at this place and still wasn’t happy with third hair style. I asked if she could use a beveling iron with (bevel curls)…are you serious?? Damn...I wasted $45 for nothing. I hope she will use the money to re-enroll in a beauty school or continuing education.This place could use some serious clean up from top to bottom. I would recommend starting from the Managements stand point along with cleaning (dusting), wipe down and collecting the dead bugs in the present of clients.No form of manners or etiquette with customers or within staff members. This salon could you use a Tabathas Salon Take Over”. Also, its not wise to have clients singing like they are auctioning for American Idol. Are you serious? Its a place of business and the Salon manager didnt care. WOW!! I would not recommend this hair salon to my worst associate.

I love the results of my hair! Ms.Shaun has been doing my hair for years and it turns out to be amazing every time.
