DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Went in to grab some Bobby pins and hair oil, both are on the last isle in the store. The older African American women followed us through the store. I’m pushing 50 and was with my 8yr old daughter. This was the second time she’s done this. Sucks because the store is located in a convenient location but why would I spend my money in any place that’s going to treat me like a thief?

It probably could have used more than one employee - at least on the weekend - because it was so busy, but the employee was very nice and the store was clean, well-stocked, and well-organized.

Both employees I contacted were rude and although I was spending over $50 they said I needed to pay for a bag to carry out my purchases.

The sales person was helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about the products I asked about. I was there around 11 am on a Weekend morning. I felt safe in the store and the COVID protocol was readily apparent. I will return to this store for my beauty supply needs.

The manager of the store needs a review lesson in being polite. More then once I have walked through the store and was glared at, as if I was some 16 year who needs to steal a lipstick to go to a school dance. Additionally- there is never a “thank you” or a “welcome”. The looks she gave me was as if I was not deserving enough to be in her presence. Yet - I still regard her with respect. If this company is going to stay in business - it will need a management turnover.

Rude cashier. i dont know her name but she has a nasty attitude.

They were out of everything. I needed long clips(16packs).a silver pair of well just about everything .was stolen. I was ready to spend $1275 today but the sheaves were darn near empty. I dont want to go 62miles round trip again. So I will just start ordering on line so I dont waste gas and times.

U have no straight razors but u have the guard with a box of straight razors for $30. How u selling razor guards but no RAZORS!! The customer service person said they not gettin shipments of razors. Guards no razors Just go out of business. Yall waste folks time with yalls bs

Online says they close at 7, door doesnt have a time at all for sundays... Walked up at 6:05pm and the door was locked they were counting cash and the lady just shrugged her shoulders at us.

I just went into this location for the last time.The low supply of well everything(no mixing bowls AT all in addition to an immensely limited stock of most colors) in addition to being met with unfriendly staff is a huge turn off for me. Being short and to be frank rude with your customer base is not exactly a way to gain repeat business. Avoid like well...the plague.

They are so rude in this store! ESPECIALLY to cosmetology students and professionals even the so called “manager”. I was told repeatedly that we did not receive discounts ONLY POINTS. I spoke with corporate hopefully they can reteach them policies as adjust their attitude issues.

The WORST Sallys Ive ever been in!!! I asked for a little advice on color and the older African American woman gave me such an attitude like she couldnt believe I was asking her stuff and hated answering anything. Not to mention they literally followed me around the store and stood beside me as Im looking through deep conditioners as if Im going to steal something. I am beyond livid! I am a paying customer and Ive never felt so unwelcome in my entire life in a place of business. Please save your money and shop at a place that values and respects customers.

On Sunday 11/17/19 at 11:00 whatever person at the register, kept on watching me as if I was going to steal. little did she knows, I work in retail. lol. So I saw what she was trying to do. Then she had ZERO customer service lmao. Did not acknowledge me until I asked a question. No hi, how are you? NOTHING, but had the nerve to be watching me. In all honesty, I shouldve left the item that I was trying to buy, but I didnt want her thinking her assumptions were right. Cause they werent. lol.

I come by often as I work in the same shopping center. The women in here are always rude and stand over me as I shop as if suspecting theft. They are also extremely unhelpful if you do ask something. Went by at 9:45 (they open at 9) to purchase a few things and there was a “be right back -mgt” sign on the door. This is a frequent occurrence. Waited for 20 minutes before I couldn’t wait longer. Beyond upset with the store in general.

The manager at this particular is very rude and unprofessional, not friendly, don’t know how to relate to the customer never smlies . I am a stylist and will no longer be visiting this location because service I receive everything I visit this store. I think the manager is the older woman. Was not able to get her name but definitely need to work on customer service skills.

Eating pistachios at the register is always professional. Also asking the same customer 5 times if they need help with something is also super professional and not pesky at all.Try again ladies.

Tried to apply to work here. Everyone was rude and not helpful. Looked at my physical application with disgust. Told me they were going paperless and to apply online. Went to do so only to find that it is impossible. The site literally says to print and bring applications to the stores. Called to tell them this and see if they could help. First person on phone did not have an answer and without saying anything passed the phone to someone else who asked 5 or 6 times who I was as if I had called their personal phone. Once they finally asked about the problem I was having I explained and could hear them back away from the phone talking to someone else saying that they dont know what to say. Then they said the website has been doing that and to call their main office and after a moment of silence just hung up. The people working at this store are incompetent and rude and if I never go back to that store it will still be too soon.

My go to spot for hair color supplies, wax items and shampoos, etc. Greeted when you walk in and helpful ladies here.

I walked up to Sally’s in Conyers today at 9:45 and there is a note taped to the door that says “be right back — mngt” Are you freaking kidding me?! I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes, another woman has been waiting here an hour! I have CLIENTS I’m getting color for who are coming in today. Corporate is closed so I can’t email them yet, but I will be. And the store has no voicemail system set up so I can’t leave a voicemail. This is incredibly unprofessional and there is no way managaement okayed this.

Never had any bad experience here. They have great customer service, and i get my military discount.

Will never return to this store. Cashier was beyond rude to me, while I had seen her being very friendly and helpful to other customers. Was overcharged at register, with no apologies. Will try Target or Walmart next time.

I went in to find trimmers Im a licensed stylist in Georgia. I had my sister and niece with me. My sister was lookin for a 1/2 inch flat iron. Needless to say we were profiled as shoplifters, they were not courteous or helpful in anyway. Seems like they were annoyed we even came in. I have bought my supplies at numerous sally’s and have never been treated like that. Will not be shopping there EVER AGAIN!

Hella stalked us around the store, 5$ for one pair of natural lashes, no prices, issa scam, hella attitude
