Clean, wasnt any staff to help with questions. Well stocked. Yarn didnt offer a decent selection of natural yarns. If you want acrylic yarn you are in heaven. Looking for black large hole tulle, available in white. Wasnt able to get information whether it would be coming in or if I can special order it

Prices are constantly changing, ALL the workers act like youre interrupting them, prices are not clear (such as 20% off cotton solids, but the cotton solids are right next to the broadcloth not on sale, etc.) Checkout line is always LONG and SLOW. The ads on their app have things thrown in that are good for 1 or 2 days only, in fine print. Hate shopping here, but really no other choice.

This store usually have what I am looking for, but never enough cashiers. I was in line for 13 mins, on a Monday. Not cool.. but the staff is always helpful at this location, store and restroom is clean. The staff at Decatur is not helpful and they have a nasty attitude.

The current method of using electric carving knife for cutting slabs of polyurethane foam needs improvement. Freehand cutting with slab standing on edge yields irregular, sloppy, angled cut edge. Customer must recut, salvage amount has reduced value.Slab should be laid flat, marked for square dimensions, compressed, and vertical carving knife guided by metal track on cutting table. Really enjoyed myself at Joanns, I got a chance to meet other inspired people who love to sew. We enjoyed each other stories and shared helpful tips for our upcoming project. I found some nice patterns and fabric to make some new outfits for spring and summer. Here thwy are.😊

Very respectful cashiers, definitely get a 10/10. As for the store.. very messy. Also the wait up front was long and there was only 1 cashier working. Not many workers in store and they could use A LOT more help. Im glad that the cashier was friendly and respectful, she made up for my long wait. I wonder how the store will operate during the holiday season.... they need help.

I am beginning to sew and was really disappointed with the lack of knowledge of the salespeople. I even felt like one of them didnt want to help. The store in Decatur is much better that the Conyers store. They are really helpful.

The customer service wasnt that great. I live in another state Im here for a month so I came into that store to purchase items and it seemed as if nobody really wanted to help me but I find what I wanted not really wanted but I got it.

Joanns is one of my favorite places. Its so easy to get lost in the store. Im a major crafter so you can just imagine how i can get carried away. I visit this store atleast once a month or every other month. Its really my go to for many things. I recommend that every crafter create a rewards account with them. It is so worth it and you save a pretty penny. Sometimes i really just use the store for ideas and inspiration. Customer service is great and Ive never had a complaint. You will Enjoy your shopping experience.

Store does not have very many sewing machines in stock has singer heavy duty, singer traditional & 1 computerized brother, 1 brother basic, mechanical 17 with stitches.

I like shopping here and they give great discounts.

Went there yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed seeing fabric again. Store was clean, but what really mattered most was the friendliness of the employees. Both the young lady cutting the fabric and the lady at the cash register were very friendly and helpful. Store still not completely bsticked with fabric, but much better than last visit to Joann in Macon.

Lots of great craft and sewing items.

If youre not careful you can go buck wild in the store due to the wide range of items and you cannot beat the prices.

We understand this is a difficult time. With that being said let the customer know upfront curbside pickup is going to take days or weeks. Don’t take our money then say you can’t come and get it.

The store was messy and seemed have items placed anywhere. Then y 4 stars? They are for the young lady who wote glasses. She came from behind the counter, asked the other customers to pardon her while she helped me. She helped me find what I came for and then proceeded to suggest some other items for my original purchase. I didnt get her name but she was dark skinned, a bit healthy and wore glasses. I believe she had a slight limp. Thank you for your help. May you keep smiling even when you dont want to. Blessings

I wanted all my grand kids to all have the same pajamas so i decided to make them and they had the fabric i was looking for and enough to make everyone a pair even the baby a 8 month old.

Clean showroom with a Tim of fun home decor, crafting supplies and fabrics. The staff were kind and able to answer questions on multiple subjects pertaining to embroidery, item location and coupons.

This is one of the last go to places for chain stores that offer a decent cross section of fabrics and products for seamstresses, tailors, and Crafters. Store is usually clean and items are where you would logically assume in the various areas of different crafts. Would have given a 5 but store needs to find employees more familiar with the products and crafts and place them in the areas they know. Irritating when you ask a clerk about a basic item used in garment making and they have no clue what you are asking for. Definitely would recommend! Great place!

They have sales every week, sometimes 2 or 3 sales in a week. I have found it best to go and be done with your shopping before 6pm on the last day of a sale. At 6pm they start removing the sale signs and replacing them with the sale signs for the next week. It makes it more difficult for me to find what Im looking for. But I love this store!

It was virtually empty. This is one of my favorite joanns.

Called the store and was helpful with the item I was looking for. When I actually got to the store, the associates were helpful and made sure I had all items needed pertaining to the item.

Have placed several orders with this location. They wait so long to pull your order, they are out of stock when they finally go to pull the items. I don’t have this problem at other locations. Just the Conyers location. Who makes ppl wait a week for an order filled with items that are in stock, only cancel the customer’s order. Once, I heard the manager tell the CSR over the radio, to tell me to pull my own items if I was in a hurry. It was almost two days later. You know I read him his rights. I have to drive 30-40 miles out of the way if I want to get my items in a timely manner if I don’t want my order cancelled and my money in limbo for a week or so. Sorry location.

Friendly and engaging employees! The lady in fabric who folds to perfection. Big shouts out to the young lady at the front who was operating two registers at the same time to keep the line moving swiftly. I hope that the company/ management values the tenacity of this employee!!!

Store had plenty of staff to handle the customers. They had what I needed after checking other retailers with no luck.

Aisles are way too small, everything seems tl just be thrown up in random places, the aisle order makes no sense. The fabric section is the only good thing about the store for the variety. Most the items in joannes can be found in cleaner more organized stores like Michaels. Or even hobby lobby.
