My Service advisor, Stewart, is very knowledgeable and professional. They only work by appointments and they have always been on time as well as getting you out in a timely fashion. Exceptional waiting room, with indoor and outdoor seating. They have semi private booths if you need to work or be on the phone while waiting. It’s really nice that you get a complimentary car wash once your car has been serviced. This is a state of the art dealership with well trained professionals.
I walked into the Honda Service Department and was very impressed with the facility for starters. The service was great and I love the videos that were sent regarding the inspection of your vehicle. I loved everything about my visit; however the wait time was a little longer than expected for an oil change and tires rotation. I still am highly impressed with this facility.

My Service Advisor was Mr Jake Maddox, whom I rate as being Excellent. Mr Jake Maddox maintained a friendly and pleasant personality and was very knowledgeable, and professional while making sure I knew what services my car needed. Even though I was late, I really do appreciate the professional, kind, caring, and friendly reception I received. And taking care of my Honda Accord in such a timely manner. I am from New York and felt my car was driving funny, so I took it into this Honda to check it out. I was given some pretty bad news about my radiator leaking, but they checked everything after I told them I went to a Honda In New York 2 months prior to my trip. They told me that It was leaking for a while and did not feel comfortable with me making the trip back with my radiator the way it was. They allowed me to get pictures of my car and get a second opinion before starting the job. After I got the second opinion they replaced the radiator and also found that there was air in my break system, which is my my break pedals were dropping lower than it should.Once I got a second opinion I allowed them to do the work. They serviced the car and kept me updated. When I got the car back the break pedal was tighter and I left back to NY feeling safe. Rob was my service rep and did an amazing job.
Rob was my service technician and he was AWESOME!! Communication was great with calls and texts on the Status of my repair. He was able to explain the issues with my car and the needed repairs. I felt very comfortable and not afraid that I was being taken advantage of. I well definitely be using Stonecrest Honda for all of my service needs.

The quote of a battery for my car was extremely expensive. The oil change was good. The finance person never came out to meet with me, after saying that hed meet with me in 30 minutes.
I’ve always received excellent service at Conyers Honda and now that they have moved I see that has not changed. I love the new location. It is very welcoming and comfortable. The lady that I saw initially to check me in for my appointment had an awesome attitude and sense of humor. Stuart was my service tech (he has worked on my car(s) in the past) and was great as usual. I went in for a diagnostic for my 08 Honda Accord. I was basically told I need a new engine with no lights on indicating anything. There was no real write up no testing done, if there was, it wasn’t listed on the diagnostic and I was charged $150 for someone’s opinion not true test results. My car only has 190,000 miles on it and everyone knows a Honda will go for well over 300,000. I am too disgusted with this service and I will NEVER be back!!! The people were nice and the place is beautiful, but not the service!
I purchased my Honda and the cargo screen did not work. I called in and made an appointment for service. Friendly and professional service rep took my car and realized it was not a quick fix. I had to return the next day for the part. The next day I was greeted professionally and by the time I got a cup of coffee my car was ready.The lounge area was pristine as well as the service area. But it was the professionalism of the service rep that was so refreshing.

I appreciated the Convenient location and drop off, pick up service, professional & friendly representatives from scheduling to the service advisor. The service was GOOD, my only dislike was the oil change was $60 something...I thought that was pretty expensive for a oil change on my Honda accord, in fact I dont ever recall paying that steep of a price for a oil change in the 12 years ive owned the vehicle. So if its still that price a few months from now..I wont be returning. Otherwise service was GOOD!!

I came into the dealership to have my battery check and the service guy name Rob was amazing. The new facility is nice and the staff was helpful, however, they really increased the prices on an oil change from when they were at the old location. It also took over 2 hours to complete an oil change and replace windshield wiper blades. This was a scheduled appointment too. I probably won’t be back.
Although I was running about 15 minutes late they welcomed me with a smile.. This is first car that I have brought where I actually feel like I’m apart of a family… Now Amber is running like a champ.
The service advisor was excellent, very professional, courteous and prompt service. But there were a few issues, first your telephone lines are messed up and I called repeatedly and could not get thru. Also, now my passenger air bag warning light is on, no one has been in my car, so I might have to bring it back. Thank you.
Ive been having my cars serviced with this dealership at two different locations since 2008. They are always on time, courteous, and charge a fair price. I own a 2008 Honda CR V, and a 2011 Nissan Cube. Both get serviced at what is now known as Stonecrest Honda. After 13 years of good service from this dealerships Service Dept., I see no reason to change now.
Pedro was the guy in service that got me squared away. He is a very professional guy and the service was excellent. They even washed my car (Externally). The new building is state of the art / high tech looking too.
Jake was phenomenal! Rating Jake from 1-5 (5 being the best) hed get a 20!!! Jake ensured I was aware at each step of the repair process, texted me updates on my repair letting me know of any additional findings before I arrived which gave me a chance to decide what I wanted to do without feeling pressured, ensured I had a loaner vehicle while repairs were being completed, he was even helpful with finding and applying coupons. Jake is attentive, personable, and provides excellent customer service. He will be my go to service rep going forward.
This was a brand new location kleen and organized. Same friendly staff. My service advisor Pedro offered services exceptionally and a maintenance plan for my truck based on my budget.There was 2 missing items.1. I liked the option of the technician showing a video recording of the inspection2. The did refill my windscreen washer fluid 😞

My service advisor, Mr. Hoang explains throughly to me whenever there is recommenced work I need to have done on my car. During my wait time, he stays in touch, by text letting me know the progress. I’ve also have been sent a video(while the technician/s are servicing my car) that shows and explains everything they’re doing and recommends my further needed car service.My Service Advisor is very professional, knowledgeable and educates me about my car. I have always had excellent service & explanations from him. Quality work, fair pricing, GREAT customer service. I always leave happy and contented about the services I receive.

I had a recall report on my model for the fuel pump and I had no problem with the center checking it and repairing it for me. Mr. Humphrey was very professional and courteous. He advised me of another maintenance to keep my tires in good condition.

And while i was there i talked with Sales Consultant Lynn Poisson who was not only very easy to talk to.We discussed our families and our cars. This place is great. I’ve been going for years now. They are super helpful and understanding. This past time we had a different advisor than who we normally see. There was a pricing issue and a misunderstanding but the service manager fixed it and I left happy once again.I’m not sure about the sales side from the dealership but I can tell you service is AMAZING!!
I was there on time, they were ready for me. I needed a shuttle back to work and it was ready.My car runs like a top, smells good and was ready exactly when it was promised. I am a 20 year Honda owner and primarily visited Gwinnett Place. The drive was more than 45 minutes, but the service and pricing were excellent and I never left without a free car wash!I did not feel the same level of customer service at Honda Conyers which is 20 minutes closer and more expensive. Now with the Stonecrest Honda location I have a 10 minute drive! I appreciate the new, fresh design of the facility. I would like them to reconsider their pricing for oil changes. I am paying about $25 more than I have in the past. However, I traveled $20 in gas to Gwinnett for the experience with no free car wash. Hopefully, the new location will offer long time customers special incentives to keep us frequenting the store.

Easy in and easy out. Nice new place where we can sit inside or outside comfortably while waiting for the oil change. Also at the end of the oil change, they washed the car which is a plus.

Complaint: Cant open L/F Driver door from exterior handle.Diagnosis: Broken handle and protectorCorrection: Replace handle and protectorOEM part cost was roughly $55. I was quoted over $600 for a repair that Im certain would take less than 1 hour. I declined the repair, but still had to pay $160 for the diagnosis. BS!I contacted a reputable Honda repair shop. They quoted me $160, parts and labor. $75 if I provide the parts.HONDA STONECREST IS A RIPOFF and Im not very fond of the service advisor that assisted me

We were on the way home from vacation when we started experiencing engine problems. Stuart in the service area greeted us as we arrived and made us feel completely at ease. He and Danny quickly had the technicians check out the problems with our car, diagnosed the issue and got the process going to get us home safely. Danny and Stuart were the epitome of professional and went above and beyond all of our expectations. I live 150 miles from this location but these two people would make me consider coming back here when we buy cars in the future.

Loved the new facility! Very clean, courteous and professional. The coffee machine was my favorite!! Only complaint I have is the there was nothing to read, no magazines and the TV was on espn but the room was 98% women; maybe hgtv would be better. ;)
Service is always great! I used to go to the Conyers location. However, moving to Stonecrest was more convenient for me. I love the new customer waiting area. Stewart has been been fantastic the two times I went to the new location and I will continue to work with him. All around great customer experience from everyone. I highly recommend if you have a Honda or Acura as I have both.

The service I received was impeccable and the service personnel was Immaculate and very courteous
REALLY professional it was a last resort cuz a few other places in town had ran out of oil and a lot of places were jam-packed. The sales rep was a really nice guy the only thing I probably didnt like is the fact that I waited like 30 minutes to get my car after it was finished besides that great location good people.
Stewart was very helpful and thorough. The low tire pressure kept coming on in my car. The guys checked my tires and said it was fixed. Shortly later, the low tire indicator came back on. Took the car back and Stewart made sure the tires was checked again and they found a small nail. They patched it up and sent us on our way happy.
Nice new facility and service team was excellent! I didn’t have an appointment but I was out before the completion time they estimated.
Make sure you verify the work you paid for was actually done before you leave the service area. They made it right but I had to bring it to their attention then wait even longer for then to do the work I paid for several months earlier.
Not only is the Service Team knowledgeable and professional, but theyre good people who truly care about their customers. I highly recommend!

Service today was disapointing. Ive been a long time customer and today was the worst experience Ive had. I brought my car in for a new battery. The warranty on the previous one had just expired and battery wasnt keeping a charge. I purchased the 5yr battery promo for $99 and was told service could install for $30. I opted to wait since it was about 45 min. An hour an half go by and I text the service update number I received and still havent received a response. I look out the window and see my car but no one told me it was ready. My service advisor isnt around and ask someone else for help. They couldnt find my ticket and after looking around, the ticket was placed on someones desk who wasnt even in the office. When the advisor rings me up, the charge was more and he had to make the adjustment (he didnt seem to happy about it). But 2hrs later I was able to get my keys.

I am in love with Thang (pronounced Tang) from the service department. He’s the only service advisor I work with. He has always made sure my Acura is serviced properly for whatever service I need. He’s been my advisor since 2016. When I have had issues in the past, he worked hard to get them fixed and made sure I was pleased. Thang is so professional and always makes sure his customers are happy. It’s hard finding good people or mechanics to do a job and you know that they are trusted. Thang always assures me that they mechanic (forgive me for not knowing the actual job title) take all the steps to figure and fix what is going on with my car before he contacts me. I am a woman and sometimes feel like dealerships and other salesman try to take advantage of me, but I NEVER feel that way at Conyers/Stonecrest Honda. I always asks a ton of questions, and Thang is always so patient with me and breaks everything down to a level that is understandable for me. He is so AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HONORABLE, PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and KIND to his customers and lets us know that we are appreciated. Thank you Honda for hiring Thang! He is definitely an asset to you all.I am also love the new location, because it’s larger and easier to maneuver. Adding new FREE services such as a car wash is great. The service was solid. For a long time Ive been driving 40 minutes out of the way to go to another dealership because the service there seem to be so much better. However in this case I gave Carey Paul another chance and they exceeded my expectation. I had a recall to get fixed on my vehicle as well as an oil change and overall it took about an hour and a half. I will definitely be back.
Trang provided great customer service! After leaving, a sensor light came on. I returned to the dealership, and Trang immediately and quickly took care of the issue! I always have a positive experience at this particular Honda service center! I dont carry my vehicle anywhere else! Customer service is EVERYTHING!
I have been to a few Honda service centers in the past, but none of them compare to this visit. When you arrive there are people there ready to receive your car for service. They were patient with me as I sorted out my car service plan. After the service I received a video going over everything they had performed on my vehicle. Was sold a set of tires and rims under the pretense I’d receive both, but they shipped away half my order to a different state and what I did receive was an entirely different brand than what I specified, and now they are refusing to switch as it’s already been mounted. Complete rip-off. Not to mention, this business is masquerading under the “Conyers Honda” name but is actually in Stonecrest.
