I went in, my technician came out greeted me, took a look at my windshield, told me how long it would take, took my keys, and when he was finished,, he came out within the time frame he gave me, told me after instructions gave me, a receipt and told me that I was all set. No problems, no issues and I am 1 happy customer probably my first time ever..thank you Tyson for your hard work and excellent service.

I had excellent service from the techs, who also helped me with questions I had after installation, even one who did not work on my vehicle. The service was quicker than expected, they explained the process, the warranty, and how to care for my car after the installation. They were very professional, the location was clean and comfortable, and it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend these techs and this location!

I would never, ever recommend safelite, not ever!!!Its been a month of nightmares, 3 canceled appointments then they came had the wrong glass(cheap version, when I needed oem glass, because of the recalibration needed! On the 5th trip, they installed the glass but not the molding!! So guess what? Im waiting another week for another windshield with molding... never again will I use them,or even recommend this company!!!

I dont know if the staff is just lazy or if safelite has gotten so corporate the quality is bad. But I will not be using safelite anymore. I was considering taking legal action and decided to let it go and write a reveiw to warn whoever takes time to check reveiws.They replaced my permanently fogged windshield with the same exact brand and part number. 4 month or so later literal glass cleaner branded for literal automotive glass fogged the windshield again! They refused to warranty but wanted me to buy another windshield? After telling me on the original repair that the windshield I bought was the only one for my vehicle another establishment told me they were infact not telling me the entirety of the truth. I got a quote from the other shop for a different brand of windshield. Safelite told me I had to basically make an appointment and order a windsheild/make a deposit before I could have a quote....Now name another place that a order of buisness like that would make any sense??? Do you go pay for your fast food before you get a total for your order??? NO!As a automotive service technician I advise that if your considering using safelite to look for a independent service provider. They care about their name and their customers. To this establishment and their corporate overlords your just a walking paycheck. Fair warning ⚠️They have lost my buisness and my customers.

They do great work here, very professional and excellent communication about your vehicle status, but beware. All the communications referenced a dropbox, but when I arrived 2 hours before they opened, they had a sign stating that there is no dropbox available. I had to return to give them my key.

My rearview.mirror kept falling off--and I kept paying other places a lot of money to get it fixed. My rearview fell off again but this time I stopped at Safelite and they fixed it free of charge! So far it is still attached and I can drive safely, being able to see out the rearview again. Thanks Safelite! 😁

Not only did the tech install the windshield wrong and cost me $2,000 in repair work to a wiring harness and fuse panel, if you try to report a problem on the phone it routes you to get hung up on every single time. It is impossible to get a human being on the phone to help. Walking into the store was equally unhelpful as the employees are untrained unprofessional minimum wage drones

They dont keep up with appointments and my tech bailed on me and stopped answering my calls. I was told 3 different days after my appointment was missed. Still without a windshield. You would think for the expensive price that they would atleast get to you on time.

I had a pretty bad experience with this place. I made an appointment a week ahead for a windsheild replacement at my home. They called me around 4pm the day before my appointment saying that it was too labor intensive so I had to drop my car off for a full day. After taking a half day from work to drive it up there and taking an Uber back, they call me like 30 min later to tell me the trim color doesnt match and that if they found any rust around my windsheild they would not be able to replace it. Rather I would have to get my car towed back home. I just lost it at that point and cancelled my order and took an Uber right back. Wasted 4 hours of my day and around $60 in gas and Uber for NOTHING. Awful..

It was nice that the guy who repaired my windshield was able to do it within an hr and some change plus with a discount because the glass had a few scratch marks on the top right, which came from shipping. And he threw in some wiper blades! Awesome, even though i had just bought one a few mos ago. You get a yr warranty on the replacement as well. But the only thing that shouldve been told to me was that they would turn the car on! Because I was on the phone and trying to have a conversation and wondering why my phone wasnt picking up. Because I will say hello and I hear anybody on the other end... Turns out that my Bluetooth came on and I didnt even know it so the guy her part of my conversation. So when I asked the lady at the register if they turn the car is on while working, she said yes, yes they can. And by that time the guy who was working on my car I said the same thing to him and ask him if he heard any of my conversation? He smiled and said, no I didnt hear anything. I said sure you didnt! I told both of them that I wish I was told that the car possibly be turned on while it is being repaired for whatever reason. Because I was on the phone trying to talk to my B/F. Cuz my B/F was talking and I know he heard him talking. So if anyone has a Bluetooth on that car too where is hands-free for the phone make sure you turn that sucker off! Because when in close proximity out can come on. U dont think about turning your Bluetooth off u know!

Made an appointment one week ago for 3 pm today.Received a phone call at 8:30 am asking me to bring the car in for 11 am.Dropped the car off at 10:30 am. Arrived at 4:30 pm and the car had not been touched!Incompetence!!When asked why? Response was “everyone showed up for their appointment & you dropped yours off.” No, you called me and changed my appointment from 3pm to 11am!!Relayed info to insurance company & advised them not to do business here again.

I’ve been waiting since April to get my window fixed. Every time I go for an appointment it’s something new. The first time the told me I payed for the wrong window, even though I put the year, make, and model, of my car into their website and they have me two choices of window. The next appointment which was a week later they said the right, new, more expensive window was broken as soon as they pulled it out the packaging. They set my appointment for they next week and the day before they called and told me that it’s a delay on my window delivery which was understandable because of the gas shortage, but then they asked if I knew the NEW PRICE. They told me the new window would cost $500 more and it wouldn’t get there for a week and a half.

Horrible! The only good thing is she showed up before scheduled time. The problem is my windshield was cleaned with a dirty rag, sealant on my steering wheel, pieces of rubber all over floor. Most importantly, a nickel sized crystal hanging on my mirror came up missing. I owned that crystal for 35 yrs,, now it’s gone.

Absolutely the worst experience! First off, dont advertise that you can provide a service that you can not. Secondly, a 4:30pm appointment option should not be offered if the staff is ready to leave before they even begin. As a result, in my opinion, they didnt want to perform the service beforehand which caused them to Crack my windshield more. Than I get a call from the technician to schedule a windshield replacement. Why would I schedule an appointment with the same person who just cracked my windshield way more than when I arrived. When I came to pick up my vehicle, it was sorry maam, we suggested you not try to repair the crack, but you insisted. My thoughts are if I am paying for a service it should be rendered. Very unhappy with the outcome!

Safelite is very expensive. They offer no more guarantee than any other autoglass company. Definitely shop around before making the decision to go with Safelite.

As a first time customer, they really provide good customer care. They explain any risk associated with window repairs and they did the job less than 20 mins. Service was phenomenal.

Technician did a great job and in a short time period

I scheduled this so I didnt have to do it. Friday I get a call, we dont have a regulator, can you get it - I did. Monday he shows up to do the job, his drill doesnt work - I gave him mine. He doesnt have a rivet gun to install the regulator - I hunt the neighborhood for 30 minutes - I dont have one either. Nothing more to do so he left. Ill go to Harbor Freight, buy the tool and finish the job myself. What a waste of time.

Had to reschedule 4 separate times and still no windshield replacement on my Peterbilt truck. First time I scheduled for them to come out and replace my windshield and was given a 6 hour window between 1 and 6pm. Got a call around 8AM the morning of confirming my appointment and was told that they would let me know when they were on the way and they needed to set things up for 2 technicians to come out together. Then around 5pm I was contacted to say they werent going to make it out and I could go online to reschedule if Id like. Rescheduled to take it to this location so that wouldnt happen again, only to get there and when they got ready to start I was informed that the windshield they had in stock was cracked and they wouldnt be able to replace it today. Rescheduled again and the day of was called and told they wouldnt be able to replace it today because of the rain and they didnt have accommodations to pull my large vehicle into their shop. Rescheduled again for today and a couple of hours before my appointment I called to confirm that they had a good windshield in stock and was told that it was showing in stock, then I explained what happened last time with them finding a crack right before they started so I was calling for them to visually check the windshield before I came out since I had already rescheduled so many times. Was left on hold for sometime and then I was told they had checked the windshield and it was good. Got there and after about 45 minutes I was told that they wouldnt be able to do it because the windshield was cracked. It was the same windshield from a month ago when I initially went in. Pitiful.

I suppose the online scheduling is good and straightforward,and the discount helps, but I would like to talk to someone SOMETIMES.

This company is ripping people off at an unbelievable rate. First of all, you can’t even reach a person when you call. This is not a good thing when you’re spending your hard earned money. Then I checked the price to replace one side of my truck’s windshield......$350 plus dollars just for the driver side. Luckily I networked with several buddies and got it replaced for $150.00. I will never use safelite. The guy that replaced it was astonished that safelite’s price was twice as high as his and laughed in disgust.

I ordered a new windshield to be installed in my wifes 2016 car. The appopintment was made and the technician was on time.I returned home to have the technician tell me he cracked the trim piece for the driver side A-pillar. I asked what happened and he replied the trim was weak due to the suns UV rays.On a 2016 vehicle that is very hard to believe, Now the trim pieces have been replaced at an additional cost of 140.00. This brings the windshield total to 463.27. I should have went somewhere else.

They did an excellent job on replacing my windshield on my Land Rover wasnt expecting to get it back until Monday got it back the same day they are great people for very professional and very honest people I would trust them with any vehicle I had will be using them again. If you want your windshield done right give them a call they are great people and will get the job done professionally and done right if I could give them more than five stars I would thats how great they are.

Send my teenage daughter to get her window fixed they were very friendly and very knowledgeable as they were talking to a kid was able to pay by phone when she was there which made it very convenient because I was out of town window looked great.

My 2016 BMW X5, windshield repair, the repair looks terrible. The repair of cracks looks like 2 permanent spots that will remain on my windshield forever. Not satisfied with the quality of work!

The worker was amazing he did what needed to be done and explained the details but I can still see the damage of the small whole in my windshield so unless I need to replace the entire glass I would have to deal with it for now just makes me hate my vehicle even more.

I was scheduled to have my windshield replaced yesterday between 1-6pm. I received a confirmation email the night before. They never showed up and no one ever called me. I have yet to get a live person on the phone. I was able to chat with someone on their website last night, but they offered no help. A few years ago I had to use safelite. They showed up at my house with a cracked windshield and I had to reschedule for in shop repair which required more time out of work. I would not recommend this company at all. I will never use them again.

2 stars because this location does not specialize in commercial vehicles (semi trucks) the staff was very helpful in getting my situation resolved so 5 stars on this locations staff. Safelite corporate booked an appointment for me at this location. After windshield was replaced it started leaking. Found out after Safelite has a mobile tech that does there commercial vehicles. He came out to my location and resealed windshield.

Recently had to have my window replaced by Safelite AutoGlass,I called and inquired about prices and service. They explained and then i went by the office to schedule the appointment. Once inside the assistance was able to plug in the info for my car and gave me an estimate that was pretty high. When i checked it online, it was half the price given. She told me that i could book it online and that it would honor the price. Basically i had the best time there. Very professional. They honored my online price and took excellent care of my car. They even showed me where i had the wrong glass installed on my vehicle from a previous owner. If you want your glass replaced and done PROFESSIONALLY, then this is where you want to go. I was very pleased that i didnt go anywhere else. Great Company and Staff. Kudos....

The technician was very nice

I took my Lexus car to them on two occasions and both times the windshield was cracked. The manager, front desk clerk and installer gave me different times about how long the process would take. Ive decided to use a different location than Conyers. Poor service and I would not recommend this location.

They put on a crash wrap but didnt clean out any of the glass that I was told they would. Waiting to see how the installation goes on Wednesday.

Had a very minor rock chip that was barely visible. I wanted to have it taken care of just in case it decided to spread. They made it worse than what it was before. After the work was done I told them I was disappointed in how it came out. They said sorry, and said if I didn’t like the results I could purchase a new windshield. I asked if they can reimburse my Insurance company on the poor work that was done and they declined. They said the worker has to be paid for the work he did. Ive attached a photo of how the job looked after they finished. I could have done a better job fixing it myself.
