Very pleasant experience! The sales person was quick and professional. I think I was in and out within 5 minutes. My appliance was delivered the next day on time! The delivery was a very nice and professional young man who completed the hookup and haul away by himself within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them!! Excellent service and experience!

Conyers furniture is the proverbial diamond in the ruff... first off the service is EXCELLENT. They had exactly what I was looking for (went in for a washer ended up buying a set instead) they offer PAIN FREE financing (use the 90 option) and to top it off they delivered and the guys who delivered were TOPS they installed and set up both products. (They were both into amine how COOL was that) anyway they were great as was the service from this establishment. Ok Ive ranted enough im going to wash my clothes.......

I have bought some used washer and dryer, which was not good, in fact the dryer made so much noise, he had to come and swap it out, its still making a lot of noise. When I first went there, he was nice and professional. However this last time going in and buying some furniture for my children, he did not honor his delivery date, I know in life things happen, and he claimed he had a family emergency, however I kept calling with no answer, finally I got him after like a week, then his delivery guys showed up and delivered half the furniture, I called the store and he sent them back to deliver the chairs for my dining room set. But never delivered my sons chest of drawer, after calling for a few days with no answer, I finally got him on the phone and he had the audacity to tell me, his delivery guys told him I said he did bad business and Im going to put him on blast on my YouTube channel. I dont care what I told his delivery guys whom I gave 65 dollar tip for delivering half my furniture, your business practice is unprofessional, no customer should have to chase you down and leave you multiple messages with no call back, where they do that at? I told him today just refund me my money back, at this point, I dont even want the damn chest of drawer. He lost a good customer who would have sent a lot of business his way, you dont treat paying customers like that, I dont care how reasonable his prices are, I would rather go somewhere else, pay more and be treated with the common courtesy, than deal with this hot mess.

Came in look for couple sets of mattresses. The gentleman was just amazing. He had multiple customers he was assisting at the same time but I never felt neglected in his store. He was very attentive. He loaded 2 sets of mattresses and a bedroom suit and helped tie down. Thank you so much for your great customer service and for everything! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Very friendly service and good prices on used washers and dryers.

These prices are great for what you get. We bought a dryer and he switched the cord for no extra charge. The fuss blew a few months after having it, they repaired it in about a day for no charge and explained what was wrong this the dryer. He did not try to up-charge us to make an extra buck. We plan on buying a dishwasher and refrigerator from them, maybe even a mattress. Worth driving 20-30 minutes for the prices and the warranty.

The guy has a problem keeping his word!!! Had a refrigerator go out and all my freezer products and dairy had spoiled, being a truck driver I came home to an nonworking fridge and was told reimbursement but it has been 6mths to be exact! I would not recommend on that merit alone!
