All of my family members and I always have very positive experiences every time we deal with the people and Walgreens store on Oak st. in Conway Arkansas. The store is always well stocked and very well maintained. It’s always clean and neat. The customer service is always top notch. Just a few days ago, Meagan (pharmacy), took the time to do a little research for us and was able to show us how we could save hundreds of dollars on our prescriptions that day, and EVERY MONTH GOING FORWARD!!! You just don’t find customer service like that anymore - Except at Walgreens on Oak street in Conway Arkansas, when dealing with Meagan. Way to go Meagan!!!

Pharmacy waiting times are horrendous. I could write a novel in the time it takes me to pick up my prescriptions.Please designate an express line in the drive thru. That, or only do express through drive through.

I went through the pharmacy drive through to pick up a prescription. They were very unfriendly. They told me my prescription would be $200+. When I asked if they had a coupon for it, I was told to look for it myself. I found said coupon and asked for paper to write the information on. The tech told me to move to the other drive through window (with a customer already there) and for me to give her my phone. When it was time to pay I gave her the card I had on my phone. She told me I couldn’t use that it had to be actual card. However, last time I was there I used the card on my phone and it worked fine. I will NOT go back to a Walgreens pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy experience that I have ever had, at any pharmacy. Long line, long wait times, the phone ringing nonstop, tons of unhappy customers.The thing that baffles me is, why have a schedule online for vaccines appointment times if that time slot is not going to be honored.

The employees are pretty cool.. but I did order something once several hours before they close, expecting maybe 30 minute wait time like the email stated. It wasnt ready until the next day and I ended up getting pulled over by a cop for a bad license plate registration as a result. It probably wouldnt have happened if they had it ready that night. However, it would have happened eventually -- and it was the fault of the DMV that it was registered wrong. They made a clerical error because my old plate had a T on the end and the other guys had an i on the end. When capital, they look close to someone with poor vision and/or someone not paying attention.

Customer service is horrible at the pharmacy counter, they walked past me as if they didnt see me... And thats just impossible....

Asked them to price match and item from their website, was told they don’t do that. EVEN THOUGH their official website literally says they will as long as it isn’t a sale price (it wasn’t) and is exactly the same item including size and sku number (it was). Super annoying. I was told I could order it online and wait for it. Sorry I can’t wait for the medical supplies I was trying to buy so I ended up paying almost twice as much.

This walgreens pharmacy has Great customer service and everyone is very help and knowledge of store products....I highly recommend there outstanding business

How does 30 minutes turn into 2 1/2 hours? By going to this pharmacy. This is the slowest, least capable pharmacy I have ever been to.Update 1/5/2019: there is a huge line with one person. There is no such thing as a quick trip here. Cashier argues with every person in line.

Its a Walgreens, theyre everywhere, but this one is in a great location. Right in downtown. If you need something small to eat or a soda this is a good place to stop by at any time. They also sell tobacco products so if you are drinking at Kings and want to go out for a pack of smokes, this is your best bet. All the times I have been there, the service has been wonderful.

I noticed two people not wearing their masks in the store, so I asked a worker to ask these costumers to put their masks on. The worker then tells me that he is unable to enforce this (even though there is a sign out front saying masks are required). Walgreens needs to fix their priorities.

My family member visited this pharmacy Thursday night to pick up a sensitive prescription. The young, blonde pharmacist not only didnt give her a consultation on how to use the medicine, she couldnt even be bothered to pull my sister aside to ramble off the required statement on the computer screen. As my sister started to cry because the medicine is being used for the worst thing shes ever gone through in her life, the pharmacist walked away. Yes, flat out walked away. She couldnt even say, Im sorry!? She couldnt say anything?! If this young pharmacist cant even fake empathy, then she shouldve gone with a different profession.

Our RX insurance switched us to this pharmacy 6 months ago. I get 5 prescriptions a month and so far they have messed up on 5 times out of the 6 monthly refills. When they tell you the order is ready to pick up you can still expect to wait a substantial amount of time because the pharmacist still has to check your order after you get there. I did give them 1 star because the staff is usually quite friendly. its just too bad they dont seem to be able to get anything right the first time and work more efficiently.

Not a fan. Their pharmacists are knowledgeable, but this Walgreens is so busy so often, and there are frequently issues with prescriptions. The script might be delayed, they only have enough pills to do a partial fill, or scripts that you previously filled on the same day may not show in their system as eligible for refill on the same day the next time. It also took about 5 attempts to successfully change my phone number with them, and they keep listing new allergies I dont have under my name.

Pharmacy is ridiculously slow. Ive been in line in the drive thru for 15 mins and still not to the window. Always slow. Always something with insurance or something. Need to move my prescriptions.

It’s a nice store, but the pharmacy takes forever. Plan to spend at least 20 minutes in the drive thru line if there’s one or more cars ahead of you.

Dropped off a prescription bottle at 1:00, we came back to pick up the pills and they did not know what we were talking about. The pharmacy we had previously used had closed and they were unable to get the information they needed so rather than call us and tell us we need to find out where the prescription sent or call the doctor to get it approved they did nothing. So when we came to pick up the medication they gave us information to hopefully get actual prescription. At 10 when we came back and everything else is closed. So dont waste your time bc they sure as heck dont care about you or your health.

I dont particularly care to give bad reviews, because we are all human and mistakes happen. However, this is past strike 3 for the Oak st location. They have left me waiting several times for the better half of an hour. On two seperate occasions they didnt even give me all of my prescriptions, forcing me to make another trip all the way across town. Only to keep me waiting another 30 plus minutes. Then when I asked the pharmacist for the corporate number; she blamed the customers and there insurance issues😳and resquests like mine (for the corporate #). for being the cause of such poor service. I was appalled really. I truly used to love this Pharmacy. Once upon a time it ran like a well oiled machine. Now, they are extremely deprived in the areas customer service, quick service, heck its hard to even get a smile out of the employees. They move so very slowly, like they are in a slow drag of time and the customers dont seem to matter to them atvall these days. So, do yourself a favor and check out Smith Pharmacy I know for a fact they are family owned and they care. Simply, because they made me feel appreciated, I think they would be worth the wait if there was one.

Wow, Ive never been accused of racism before, but today when I tried to explain to the pharmacy tech that your people messed up by telling us to come pick up our prescription twice now when it wasnt ready, she responded rudely excuse me, what do you mean you people?! I do happen to be white, and she does happens to be black, but in no way did I insinuate anything about race; however, when I tried to explain that point, she cut me off by saying you need to be quiet sir before you make this worser to which I did reply, excuse me maam, but thats not proper English.Yes, I realize it was a snarky remark, but I earned the right to correct her, and Walgreens pharmacy has just earned the right to never have my familys business ever again.

Best walgreens ever! There is a little red head in the beauty department who is amazing. I witnessed her helping an older lady. She was so sweet and polite and really helped the customer. Next it was my turn for help and she saved my life! She was so knowledgeable of all the brands and products. I got better service from her than I have at Sephora and high end counters!

I have used this pharmacy often, for years, solely because they are open 24 hours. However, the bad experiences far outweigh the good. Id say I have a good visit maybe 2 out of every 10. They are always incredibly busy, usually unfriendly and not eager to help and if they are unable to fill your prescription they make you wait a good 20-3p minutes instore before they tell you, or until you come back to pick it up. I usually leave there frustrated.

Will never step foot back in this particular Walgreens again. They charged my debit card 3 times for $102 transaction for my prescriptions, claimed that a receipt didnt print so they could not give me my medicine when I clearly showed them my bank statement. The people in the pharmacy were friendly and very apologetic but the manager that was there (Wade) was very rude to my husband and I. He tried to talk to us like we were stupid. the Walgreens on Salem is much better and way more professional, I wish they were 24 hours. Walgreens on Oak will not be getting my business again...oh, my prescription was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes, it took an hour. Im just glad I wasnt dying, even though I do have the flu. They just suck.

Customer service is NOT the best. Theyve had my insurance in their system, and still cannot get it correct. Same issue every single month. Staff was very short when discussing issues.

Easier to get in any out of than CVS. Theyve been in Conway for years and are always well stocked in any medication you may need.

I am extremely upset. I went to get a prescription for a procedure I was having done the same morning. I was told it be 20 mins. I waited way longer than that. An Addison was only one checking people out. He was busy with another person for 20 mins without even checking on the rest of us waiting in line for 40 mins. I ended up having to interrupt him to get my meds. This is the first time I’ve waiting so long and not be apologized too.. I will be going back to my regular drug store.

Decent place - always clean, reasonable prices, only place downtown you can buy groceries - I just wish you could buy fresh produce from here, not just canned/frozen/boxed goods.

Seriously waited THIRTY minutes, maybe longer, in the drive-thru part of the pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous. I have a sick child that I cannot get out, and run through the store so I am having to use the drive through instead. Pitiful that they are being this slow. Whether it be due to short handed, or whatever, this is frustrating.

Super fast! Prescriptions are ready about 20-30mins after drop off.

I was going Thursday the drive Thursday on Sunday, was told it would take 2 hours, it was pain MEDS and muscle relaxer. If my daughter had to go in to get it, it took about 20 minutes. I will never use Walgreens.

The pharmacy is pretty terrible at that location but the rest of the store is just like all the other Walgreens. Its been a month or so since I last had to deal with the pharmacy but the last four times Ive used them there was an issue for some reason or another. I keep going back because it cracks me up quite frankly.

Just got out of the hospital and they told me I had to wait to get antibiotics and pain pills just bc my insurance, through qual choice, didnt put some group number on my card.. Well the other pharmacys never had any problem with it. So now Im having to pay cash. 43 dollars for it all. Grrrrrr

I went to the register with quite a few items many of which had “instant savings” at the register adding up to about 25% of my orders total. After my total was given I asked about the savings I was supposed to receive and they said a had to have a Walgreens card and give my phone number. When I said the signs did not say that was a requirement they said sorry. Well, if my cash isn’t good enough I’ll go somewhere else.

Why is there no one ever at the register? Why do we have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes for someone to assist us checkout and the associates are making jokes at the photo counter?

I came in to get my moms prescription that she brought up this morning. They claimed they couldn’t find it at first, then after they found it, I was waiting 30 mins to an hr to get it. It’s unacceptable. I’ll probably never come back to this pharmacy.
