I bought a gallon of non ethanol gas and it was bad!!! I could not start my lawn mower. Just replaced the gas and mower worked fine.

I got double charged for gas . Talked to the owner he said money would be back in account that night . It wasn’t, I spoke with him again . Said he would see what they were going to do. Who ever they are . I will not ever stop there again . I’m going to start calling everyday.

The store may close earlier than its posted hours. Need to check you bank account for double charges at this grocery. This is the second time. Made many calls to straighten it out but no one would answer the phone.

Terrible store..prices are very high, use only money dont use debit cards cause fees are very high..Pall Mall cigarettes $7+

Driving up Highway 701 from Charleston (17) to Conway, stopped at Pee Dee Grocery for gas in Horry County. Put my credit card in the pump and it didnt take. Tried a second time, got as far as putting in my zip code and it dropped me. So I went inside and said pump 2 wasnt taking my card. She responded in surprise, Thats odd, its worked all day. You can leave me the card and Ill release the pump---how much you want? I told her I wanted to fill up. She said okay. Went out, filled the tank.Went inside; she said, twenty-three, seventy-eight? Thats correct. Put your card in the reader, chip in first. I commented that it was a small reader--she mentioned the bigger reader was out of service. She handed me the receipt from the pump and the credit charge receipt. Took the time from visiting the restroom and returning to the front of the store to realize the pump receipt was charged $23.78 but the credit card was charged $24.72. I asked why and what NDA stood for. Oh thats a service charge for running your card in the store.What?Well you used your credit card in the store to pay for the gas instead of running the card at the pump.But I came in only because the pump did not take my credit card. Oh I know! Most of them dont work and the owner says hes working on getting them fixed.So I would like my 94 cents back please. Oh I cant do that. You can come back tomorrow and talk to the owner if you like. Im driving through, obviously not a local or I would know this trick.Theres a sign on the door about the customer service charge. I said but theres not one at the pump. No, theres not one at the pump, she confirmed.THIS IS FRAUD. It might be legal, but it is a dirty rotten trick to leave the pump readers broken at the pumps to force you to come in---you would never see the tiny sign among all the giant signs on the door that warns a percentage is charged when using the credit card in the store. I call that FRAUD. Especially when most of us are in good faith just trying to do the right thing and never suspect that a fairly decent looking establishment has laid a trap like this. Do you read all the signs on the door of a store like this when youve been on the road for 10 hours and just need to pump some gas? Do expect a merchant to take care of their customers? Greed is ugly. Do not let this one get away with this---Conway is a fabulous place; people like this are not.

Just received disgusting service here for the third time in two weeks. Each cashier will charge you a different price for cigs each day, i opened a pack of cigs with a coupon sealed inside that had EXPIRED a year before (meaning they have been on that shelf at least a year), and they dont honour the 50 cent off or whatever the manufacturer puts on the pack as a promotional. The cashier was rude, disgusting, and even though there is one sweet cashier there that is always helpful, I wont be going back and Ill make sure everyone around me knows how disgusting and rude they act there. I left nearly crying in frustration and intend to call Camel, Sunoco, and anyone else I can.
