From out of town. Amazing space with the coffee chops to match. I tried their Wush Pourover. Could possibly be the best pourover Ive ever tasted. I immediately bought a bag and the barista even gave me some tips about it. Would definitely love to come back here!

Good location & great coffee. The Wifi didn’t work and I tried multiple times from different devices. The coffee was special and memorable while the service was a little slow. There weren’t enough workers to handle the amount of people buying and waiting on coffee. Decor & furniture has been updated and is a lot nicer.

Great spot! Nice people and great coffee etc. The Kraken is a solid choice and their regular coffee is delightful.Try a little bit of the Mexican chile simple syrup for a little extra flavor and spice.

Once upon a time I thought I knew what good coffee was. Then along came Blue Sail Coffee and it was a GAME CHANGER. I have been a customer since day one. All I have seen since then is the most positive, beautiful growth a company can have. It started with the best cup of coffee I had ever had. Baristas that didn’t just know my name when I walked in, but also knew exactly what drink I wanted or even suggested new things for me to try (that I have always loved). Moving from that, they then offered the bagged coffee. This led me to delve into espresso machines and grinders and French press and all things to try to recreate the magic that the cafe had. Blue Sail then proceeded to make my life EVEN EASIER by adding the website with coffee subscriptions. This especially became important in 2020 when everything shut down and was panicking trying to figure how I was going to get my coffee. Things I never knew I needed Blue Sail single handedly gave me without me asking and made my life a happier, and more caffeinated, place to be. I get my subscriptions monthly, even ground sometimes because Blue Sail is awesome and does it for you when you are feeling a bit lazy 😅. The subscription and online ordering has also been a life saver for birthdays and holidays. Who doesn’t love getting coffee? Especially when it tastes like Blue Sail coffee. Perfection. So aside from the beautiful and friendly atmosphere of the cafe (because if you haven’t been you should absolutely go), the website and online ordering/subscriptions are just another way Blue Sail has earned 10 stars in my book. Best of the best, and always striving to be better. So proud to have this company in my home and to send its goodness far and wide to everyone that I know. 💙

Campfire latte is a delicious Instagram worthy signature drink you cant get anywhere else. I talked two other customers into buying one themselves after flaunting mine like a used car salesman. Baristas were super nice people.

My top favorite in Conway! Always friendly baristas, quick service, and most importantly great coffee! I highly recommend getting a Kraken and grabbing a bag of fresh roasted coffee while your at it!

It was a nice atmosphere to meet up with friends and have a nice place to socialize. A bit too crowded with not enough tables at times. Sitting at a bar with 3 other people trying to engage in conversation is difficult. But all in all it’s a great place! Staff was great when I went a few years ago, but I’m not a huge coffee drinker, unlike some of my pals.

Blue sail is a great coffee shop making their mark all over central Arkansas. Ive been there twice now and Ive been happy with the service, atmosphere, and quality of drink thus far. The London Fog was good and then tried an Autumn Sunset Iced Herbal Tea (got a little watered down from too much ice) but it was so good on a beautiful spring day after yoga! Dont forget to start your punch card!

I absolutely loved the experience at Blue Sail Coffee. The shop is homey and beautiful inside. The two baristas work very hard to make the food and drinks delicious. The one woman even checked the ingredients for me before I completed my purchase. The wait is not long at all and there are plenty of places to sit and work with outlets to charge devices. I will definitely be coming back again.

Needed coffee for our trip home and chose this place based on reviews. Really neat place! If I lived nearby Id be here often. Had the lavender latte (also based on reviews) and was not disappointed. Wish we couldve stayed awhile longer. Would love to come by again if were ever in town.

Best locally roasted coffee in Conway! They used to have unique brewing techniques. I’m sad that they don’t have the syphon or French press anymore, but they still have great coffee and friendly service.

After visiting this place a few time, I think my 5 star rating is fair and accurate. Im not a critical dude. My expectations of a coffee place are good coffee, good music, and that it facilitates an inviting atmosphere. Ive felt welcome since day one. People do homework, socialize and quietly read. Sometimes its warm, sometimes its kinda loud, but deal. Its been someone different behind the counter each time, but they have all been pleasant.

Everyone is nice and cool. They know their coffee and tea; very helpful. If you become a regular they will remember your order and name. A great place to make friends.

Been going here for years. Now that I’ve moved, I find myself missing this little place. The coffee is amazing, the owner is so passionate about his business and loves his customers. The baristas are so friendly and kind and the atmosphere makes you feel like you are apart of a community. Great place for meeting friends and relaxing.

The moment you walk into Blue Sail Coffee you are greeted with a pleasant aroma and calming atmosphere. The baristas will help you choose your drink and youll be more than satisfied with your wonderful and thoughtfully made coffee or tea. Even before the first sip, the aroma greets you and assures you that you are about to drink something magical. I cannot recommend this place more highly. I had a warmed scone recently and it too took wowed my taste buds and the only problem was that I ate it too quickly.

Their espresso is very tasty; some of the best Ive had. Its a cute little local shop that is ideal for hanging out with friends, or catching up with friends. They also have a killer London fog!

Great atmosphere. I come here for the smell. This place has the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans... because they ROAST THEM IN HOUSE! This place is deliciously decorated with flavors you can buy including local honey, simple syrups, pastries, cookies and other treats. Just a fun place to visit with friendly people.

LOVE this local coffee bar! Its cozy, inviting, study-friendly, and the espresso is TO.DIE.FOR. Also, the tea selection is amazing! Super fresh and authentic loose-leaf. I am a big fan of hot tea so I will definitely be returning to try the different selections. This shop is also bike-friendly (bike rack inside!), and you know that makes it perfect.

Some of best coffee I’ve ever had! Seasonal drinks are always fun and creative. Main drink selection has great variety. The people who work here are great especially. Its a nice place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee, they are very knowledgeable and they have a lot of different options.They also have a lot of different teas and coffees from places. Their speciality coffees are among the best in the state. If youd rather sit outside they have a patio for your enjoyment. The place can get very packed during peak hours though.

Updated review: The Kenya: Ruthagati is something special. Yes it is on the higher end price wise, but this is about as good as it gets! There are about out for this year, excited to get some more next year! The coffee shop is still great and the service is great as well! If you have never been to Blue Sail, why not give it a try?

Blue Sail is my absolute FAVORITE coffee shop. The coffee is exceptional!! But at Blue Sail its not just the amazing coffee you leave with but the friends you meet, the studying you can get done, and the feeling of contentment. The atmosphere is warming, loving, and so calming! The service is fast. Everyone is so friendly, they not only give you your delicious drink but they enjoy talking with you & getting to know every customer. I love going sometimes just to talk with friends & meet new people. Blue Sail is the incomparable place to study. There are an abundance of tables, chairs, couches, and a back porch (delightful on warm summer days) to choose from. Its so convenient that Blue Sail is right downtown Conway...its nice having a place like this in this City of Colleges. I will continue coming to Blue Sail throughout, high school, my years at UCA and even after. This is a place for all ages, you can never get tired of going there. :) Im there almost everyday.Plus..They play the BEST music. ;)

We really want to like this place. However, the service is terrible and borderline rude. My wife ordered a hot chocolate tonight and it arrived cold. Not warm but cold. When we told the barista about the issue. All three workers just looked at us like we were crazy and gave stare. No word at all, not even an apology. They did eventually stick it in the microwave.We love small business and especially good cafes and restaurant. However, each time we have been here the service has been very lacking.

Ive never had a burnt shot poured or a stale pastry, which is not true of the big coffee chains in Conway. The services is always warm and courteous, and if you ever have to wait, its because the rest of Conway wants the genial service that cant be gotten at an anonymous chain. Fantastic job!

Not my type of coffee shop. This is the place you go for coffee if you dont like coffee. Also the place you go if you are a college student and think youre intellectually superior to those around you. Really didnt like the vibe here at all. Might do this place some good to knock their staff and customer base down a notch or two.

Ive known the owner for a long time and I love his passion for coffee! Every time I come to Blue Sail Coffee, I know Im getting quality coffee that will be made to perfection! I now live in NWA where Im spoiled by Onyx and other good coffee places up here, but Blue Sail Coffee is one of my go to places when Im in town visiting family!

I work from here a lot and it is an unofficial co-work space of sorts for local entrepreneurs and remote workers. Great atmosphere and it caters to all ages. They roast their own coffee beans and the baristas are trained well!

Friendly staff that didnt mind explaining coffee to a non-coffee drinker. I ordered something quite sweet, but they have many normal coffee drinks as well. Limited food options, but everything Ive had was good.

When Kyle had his new opening on Donaghey, I was welcomed with smiles, asked how I was today, and had THE BEST customer service!! This coffee is to die for. It had its own taste, and me being a coffee addict, this was one coffee shop that I miss since I moved.
