I came up here to Verizon in Conway with an issue with my phone.I met with a sales representative by the name of Alex she was very professional and within a few minutes had my phones fixed. I asked her how she was able to do it and she showed me what she had done for future references. the whole time being patient with me to show me the right way. I would very highly recommend this store and will be coming back for all my phone needs thank you.

Went in to replace my daughters phone the gentleman who helped us was great

The staff could not handle a simple curbside pickup. My truck was too large for the pick up spots so could not allow 4 ft of truck to stick out. Had to call Verizon on the phone to get assistance. After 58 minutes I still had to walk in a put up with a very sarcastic blonde female. The gentleman that originally came out to the truck appeared to be unable to do his job so passed it off to her. Her attitude would freeze ice in Alaska.I will be following up with corporate because I still believe in Verizon. It is ashame that these people represent and make Verizon look bad

My sales rep helped answer every question I had . Husband needed a new phone she helped me with that. Very satisfied with her knowledge and speed accomplishing my needs.

Very COVID safe with only allowing so many people in the store. Kareem was very helpful with helping me pick out a screen protector and a case. He even went a step further an helped me put on the new screen protector and set up all my warranty info.

I went to this location to purchase a new phone and try out service with Verizon, because so many friends have told me how wonderful it was. The woman who helped me was very rude. She had an attitude as if I was bothering her. She was on her phone, not listening to me, just plain out didnt care if I left or not.I believe her name was Christine? Or Chelsea? Very big girl. Very mean face. Unacceptable.

I took my dad here to get his phone fixed, instead just decided to upgrade and get a new phone. I went to Verizon to get a new phone today and Chelsea helped me out with all of it!! This has got to be one of the very best Verizon stores around. My wife and I stopped in to get assistance with putting on a safety glass on our Verizon phone. The gentleman went out of his way to help us. This place has a caring attitude and a sincere desire to help you. Hats off to the fine management and customer service.

Horrible experience w this location. Youll pay for it even if they say you wont, they charged me $60.00 for screen protection and another $32.00 for battery charger, plus $40.00 for activation fees.

Ordered online and picked up in a hour. Got in and out quick.

Verizon is Conway is a joke!! Nobody in there seems to like there job very much and constantly on there phones. Must work for commission because if you are not buying they are not helping. Ended up going to a MB store to ask questions and got a unplanned upgrade to the iPhone 11 max pro. Will not be facing Conway employees any longer even if it is 5 mins from my house.

Beth was Awesome! (Ask for her by name) Extremely knowledgeable & friendly. This will be my go-to sales person for everything cellular!
