I got the worst phone Ive ever had at this place. Theres so many things wrong with this phone I dont have enough space to say. I bought this phone, gave $140 for it. After I started having problems after problems I checked up on this phone. Out of all the phones on the market, the highest price for this brand of phone was $16.00. I can prove it to. I get so tired of putting up with the bull that I go through trying to use this POS. Its not like I can just throw it away and get another one, Im on a fixed income and I dont have the money to pay for another one.

I few weeks ago I needed to have my sons phone screen repaired. The technician was honest with me to say the repairs would be more than the phone was worth. So, I bought a new phone and he switched out the memory board and didnt charge me anything!! I will recommend this store to my friends.

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I came in to see how much it was to get my screen replaced. He told me 200 and said that if I wanted it cheaper then to go to the Apple Store!!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE. He didnt say hello or goodbye and he didnt come to the counter he just sat there. Seriously. Horrible customer service. It was 5-5-2016 between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm.

They fixed my phone for a reasonable price and as fast as possible after it sat in 4’ of Buffalo River water for over 12 hours. Saved me about $1000

Have been using them for a few years. They are great.

My grandmother had been locked out of her apple id so she went to this shop to see if they could help. Instead of helping her to call apple support or factory resetting the phone to allow her to create a new one. They told her there was nothing they could do and she would have to buy a brand new iphone 6 which was over $200 and a case for it. They also dont pay attention much as an apple id email is seperate from a normal yahoo email so they told her she would need to get a new email as well which also made her delete her old one loosing saved items in it. All of this poor management of the situation is clear to me that someone saw an older woman who wasnt tech smart and they could make some extra money off of. Either that or they are simply very lazy and in that case dont need to be working in that field anyway.

I have been to Cellphone Central four times now and every single time Scotty fixes my phone fast and diligently. Anything you need on your phone Scotty most likely can fix it.I have an iPhone 6 plus and the whole gold frame was damaged, Scotty ordered a new rose gold frame. It now looks amazing.This is the place to go if you need any type of phone repair. Scotty is super nice and helpful, completely recommend.

Too expensive and extremely rude, Scotty told me one price on the phone and when I showed up it was a completely more expensive price, he claimed the price changed within 30 mins! Will never be going back!

Exspensive ! Went to get my iPhone 4 battery replace. They tryed to charge me 40$ for the battery. I have the oldest iPhone its 2016.! iPhone 7s now exsist and they wanted to overcharge me for a battery. Was hoping to pay atleast 25$ for iPhone 4 battery

If ever I have had a ounce of problems Greg has gone out of his way to fix it or find me what I wanted has even hand delivered one on his own time on his way to heber to save me the trip. I go out of my way to use the Conway store because of their curtious timely manner. They are honest and fair prices.

ZERO STARS.Terrible service. The man was extremely rude to me the whole time that I was in there..He sat at the desk, and when I came in he stayed behind the desk and proceeded to what appeared to me as texted for 5 minutes before talking to me.When he DID finally ask what I needed, he stayed at the desk and didnt come to the counter to assist me.He was rude the whole time he spoke to me. I will never go back and certainly do NOT recommend this place at all..
