The actual car buying process was fine. However, We have had nothing but issues with the vehicle we purchased here. It’s been broken down more than we have actually been able to drive it. The transmission has had to be fixed and replaced TWICE! The air conditioner doesn’t work, which they can’t fix without $300 when everything is supposed to be under warranty. We also have been charged for insurance when we have full coverage through our own company, but since the website was “down” we were charged extra, even with proof of insurance. I can’t wait until this vehicle is paid off so we can just get rid of it and use a better car dealer next time. Do NOT recommend.

Really doesnt even deserve one star. My salesman Patrick was great! He is the best! But.... Had multiple times were the car had to be in the shop just a few months after i got it. I was in my first car wreck in April. They told me to make my payments because they would be putting me into another car. as time went on finally after 2 months insurance finally sent them a check. i called them to see what they could do about me getting into a new vehicle and since they got the insurance check they decided i would have to pay off the remaining balance off in order to get a new one. Which i told them how much insurance was going to pay. They sat there and let me pay my payments knowing they wouldnt be getting me into another vehicle like they kept saying. Here I am carless because I was too busy making payments on a car that I didnt have. VERY disappointed!-Kira Smoker
