Got my front 2 windows tint matched. He got me in 1st thing in the morning and was out the door in 25 Minutes. Wouldve been convenient if they accepted credit cards but still happy with the work that was done.

I had an appointment for may 27 at 10am and I showed up to the open sign on but doors locked and other customers in the lot just waiting. I tried calling but phone was shut off so I waited for 30 minutes but nothing so I won’t be back and will not refer them to anyone. I called luxury tint and got in same day thankfully because I was trying to surprise my wife with her windows being tinted.EDIT: Now he says he has been out with the flu. But I called the number that’s on his sign and he answered yesterday. I have the phone records bud!

This dude has done 4 of my vehicles over the years he does amazing work. Very friendly.

The tint job was horrible! We discussed a price and was not the same when finished. My vehicle had streaks on the dash and down the doors from where it was not cleaned back up. I DO NOT recommend. You may pay a little more but go to Conway Glass Tinting Plus!

Told me to arrive @5pm to get an eyebrow. Once I arrived, They didn’t have my appointment on their schedule bc Kerry whom works there & scheduled my appointment didn’t Put it in the books. They told me to come back the next day @5pm. Once I got there, I called them & told them I was there and he said it’s be one minute, and after waiting for exactly an hour, I still ultimately didn’t get the eyebrow down. Absolutely lousy & ridiculously dumb people. Recommend sunstop tint, or just find your local methhead to do it for you bc that’s be a more reliable source.

They did a great job. I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. They werw ready when we arrived and completed the timiting on time. More importantly they did a great job. Looks great and absolutely would recommend them.

I had an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon. Showed up and was told they were running behind on a residential job and I had to reschedule. The girl answering the phone said I would have gotten a phone call about it but they didn’t have my number on file. I 100% gave my phone number when I set up the appointment, as did the other guy that was leaving when I pulled up who didn’t get a phone call either. I showed up for my rescheduled appointment on Saturday, no one was there, open sign was off and no one answered the phone. Once again I got no phone call, nothing. Horrible way to run a business.Edit: Owner says in reply he told me he was sick. I was told absolutely nothing. 3 days after second missed appointment and have not received a phone call or anything. What a joke

I came to the store during open hours. The door was locked, candles were lit, nobody sitting behind the counter. I called the phone number on Google and on the building and it wasnt accepting calls. Stood by the door for a few minutes, finally just left.. What is going on at this place?

This experience has been horrible. I had my windows tinted here and there were bubbles that eventually peeled. I tried to set up appointments to get it fixed only to be stood up several times and once he has the car he left it outside with the keys and no notice that he was leaving it UNFIXED. Finally he agreed to fix it on the fly (after talking about his massarati he just got) and the result is worse than before. I now have permanent damage to my CAR. And when contacted he just sent a number of nasty replies. If I could give - stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!

Love the tint job! My husband is very particular when it comes to tinting. From every little detail. He was very impressed. That’s a lot being said considering he is a perfectionist. They were professional, even offered me a ride down the road back to work until they were done. I appreciate them and will be back with my next car!

Called tint places from Searcy to Conway roughly an hour drive to either place trying to get my windows done today no body could get me in today except these guys. in and out in less than an hour and best price around. amazing work and service Well worth the trip and will do business with them again thank you!

This past weekend I had made an appointment to have my car tinted at this location. I was told by the gentleman who was going to do that job that my car already had tint which was a type that needed to be hit with a steamer. He told me he couldnt do it that day because he didnt have a working steamer. He offered to do it on Tuesday at 5:30 pm. I left with complete understanding of the situation and was glad he could get me in on Tuesday. Come Tuesday, I had a traffic light out at work and ended up running late for the 5:30 appointment. I called him at 5:25 and let him know I was running late and wouldnt arrive until 5:45 pm. He had asked if we could reschedule for the following day because he was already very backed up. I figured that was fine since I couldnt make it at the original time in the first place. I made it to the shop at 5:20 pm on Wednesday. I went in to drop it off, and of course they couldnt take me. I was told that I wasnt ever put on the schedule, and they wanted me to come back Sunday. The clerk at the desk was not helpful whatsoever, and the man I had been speaking with obviously doesnt follow through with his commitments. I think its ridiculous that I was very patient, and they just kept making promises they couldnt keep. The whole experience was very unprofessional and disorganized. There was clearly no organization for scheduled clients, and if there was, it wasnt being used properly. Some people may have a great experience here. Since I had a barely complicated car, I just don think this company wanted to deal with it.

Man this guy has done all five of my vehicles with a flawless job every time. He gets you in and out with know problem for it to be just him he gets the job done in a timely manner. An his prices are reasonable I highly recommend Arkansas Window Tinting to anyone

Soon as I pulled in the parking lot, they were at my car ready. Was there for about 45 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were really helpful. I stopped late in the day on a Saturday. They completed the work in about an hour or less. I’m really pleased with the work and the look of my car and would highly recommend their services.

This is the best place to get Windows tinted. I have had several cars tinted here and have had nothing but complete satisfaction. They go above and beyond to make sure youre happy and they are very friendly and easy to deal with. He never answered the phone or responded to my text. Was a nice guy personally but I drove to Conway twice for nothing. Not professional at all...

Took them my brand new Dodge Charger (less than 600 miles) and when they got done they had scratched the rear quarter panel on both sides, I assume while lining up the rear window tint. On 3 different occasions the wife talked to the owner and he said hed look at the video and see what he could do and to meet him after they close, since my wife works until after they close. On all three occasions he Forgot he was supposed to meet her and asked if he could meet her the next day.....and so on... They have yet to offer anything to fix the damage they caused. Thats the kind of people that not only work here, but own this place. I would not recommend them to anyone, stay far away.

Best tint shop in Conway! Highly recommend them. The guy with the dreds did quick work and flawless window tinting. I have used them on several of my personal vehicles including my Sheriffs Department Charger.

Yes, its true they did great work in the past. Recently with the new employees its changed. The owner does great work but his employees have stolen and created damage to the outer vehicle. He may say some of these comments are lies and will sue but the truth still remains they have went down hill. Stay away from this tint place. You may get lucky and the chance to receive a good experience and be happy with the results but why chance it? Cheap tint work for poor quality. You get what you pay for.This is called freedom of speech and I wont be or feel threaten by them to change it.
