Grace, at this Lockaway Storage location is one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met ! She was very kind, and easy to work with while acquiring a unit . She was super helpful and explained everything I needed to know in detail . She made sure that a light in my unit was fixed the very next day after I told her it wasn’t working . I haven’t been at this location for long, but after just several weeks I can tell that this location is kept very clean . This has been one of the smoothest and best experiences I’ve had so far with any storage unit, mainly because of the customer service and cleanliness. 5-Stars !

We had to arrange for a storage unit after my mother-in-law went into hospice care. The people at Lockaway Storage were so kind and helpful and made the whole process so easy. Wonderful customer service and reasonably priced. Clean and secure.

Storage units are in great condition and clean. Area is safe and secure.Customer service was exceptional. I recommend this location.

Very friendly and helpful service. Nice appearance and location. My only disappointment was having to pay for a whole month when it got emptied out early in the final month, due to no prorating at the end of your service.

Come from Omaha NE trying to find a unit big enough for everything we were so lucky to be referred to lockaway storage.. they showed us the unit before we rented to make sure everything would fit instead if just giving us the demeintios whick was very helpful and made it easy for us to decide. The lady at the desk was very nice and very help when it came time to rent. Thank you for the great customer service. 5 starts here

I have noticed at other self storage facilities it is common to give 10 day notice you are moving or be charged for another month. The units are really fair priced and the large ones are especially great bargains big enough to store all my furniture and also my car.

I rented a storage Unit from mid May until the end of June. On the third day of July I had all of my items out (just a car) and I went inside to inform them I was all out and it was theirs. The lady responded with You have to pay for July since it is past the first. I asked her if there was a way we could work this out instead of paying for a storage unit that I will not use at all for a whole month. She responded with saying If I did not pay she would report me to the police. These people do not give any kind of forgiveness and try and get every penny out of you because you signed a contract. I honored the contract but I will never go back here again.

Easy access and very accommodating!

Facility is clean and you have 24hour access to your unit. Large units even have electricity in them. Have been renting there for several months and plan on continuing for several more.
