Love this store!! I have made holiday themed centerpieces...First was Halloween/ FallI am working on Christmas / New Year now! Next will be Valentine / St Patricks Day ♡♡♡I will add the side of New Year once its complete.

Had everything I needed and the customer friendly staff were phenomenal. I was greeting by all 6 employees.

Picked up items for dinner party favor bags and asked about light bulbs. I was told they were scheduled for delivery on Thursday. Above and beyond. Thanx.

We came in during the power outage during the snow storm and it was clean and well organized. The employees kept it stocked up and everything was organized and running effectively. Well done and I am glad they were open.

Cleanest Dollar Tree in San Antonio, TX!!I was so surprised when I walked in WOW!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! Congrats to the Manager and employees of this Dollar Tree. All the other Dollar Trees should take this one as an example of how clean and organized their store should be!!

Older woman is rude.First she moved registers with another customer as I was coming up and I politely asked maam do I need to be over there at that register? Multiple times and she ignored me.When I went to the other side patiently waited she was cold and silent the whole time.An option on the pin pad had asked if I wanted cashback, I then out loud asked my wife if I should and then proceeded.After the transaction was done and I was waiting for my cashback, the woman looks at me and then looks at her boss and says we arent supposed to give them cash back right? To which her manager said, its okay just give it to them.Afterwards I mentioned to her that if it wasnt an option it be said to the customer and there shouldnt be a pinpad option.At this point she snaps at me and turns around and point at another registers pin pad saying you WERE told.A whole register behind her that wasnt visible due to her standing in view of it.Not only that but there should be a sign at the register in order for anyone to be aware of it.Do better. Smh.

Stopped in randomly and was amazed! This is store is stocked! They are so ready for Christmas. Shout out to the sales associate DAWN! She really has great customer service! 👏 Santa 🎅...put her on the nice list.

BEST DOLLAR TREE IN SAN ANTONIO! Clean, very well stocked. The manager is friendly and very knowledgeable about her stock. Its not a large store and still has a great variety- full shelves. If youre a Dollar Tree fan like I am, you will DEFINITELY appreciate the caliber of this location. Kudos to the store manager!

The cashier (Katherine) was so rude when checking out. I understand if your having a bad day, but you don’t have to take it out on the customers. She didn’t even give me my change, regardless it was only some cents but still. She kicked out a customer that was only helping his friend and she didn’t let take the out the cart to take his stuff out. This was my store, always went to and now I’m not return.

One of the cleanest and most organized dollar stores I’ve ever been to. C’mon, y’all know what I’m talking about. Most are a sh*t show. I serious commend the staff and management. It’s clean, organized, friendly staff that seem to enjoy their day....oh yeah, and the real $1 prices; unlike a lot of so called dollar stores. I never thought I’d be impressed with a dollar store, but here I am....impressed and happy!

This is by far one of the nicest Dollar Trees I have ever been into. They have everything stocked neatly and organized well (An OCD lovers dream store haha). They do however need to put in a bathroom for customers and a larger selection of paints like the other Dollar Trees.

Fantastic I can find things to make other things such as a Hula outfit for a little girls al american doll. I USED GREEN HAIR FOR A GRASS SKIRT, AND A STRAW ONE,FROM A CHILDS GRADS SKIRT. AND FLOWERS WHICH I CUT A LITTLE SMALLER FOR A HEAD BAND AND NECKLACE. AND MY 11 YR OLD granddaughter used the green head BAND left from the green hair she added 3 things and made an adorable unicorn. She wore that all weekend and took it home to keep wearing it.

The only issue with this place is Katherine. Ive been coming here since my husband and I moved into the neighborhood. We came here over 2 years ago and I go to Dollar Tree at least 2-3 times a week. Everyone is okay there, but Katherine has been very rude. She will start-up a conversation, but when I actually started to speak to her, she completely ignored me despite the fact I was at the register answering her questions. I would rate the place a 5 star, but everytime I go to Dollar Tree now I always hope I dont have to deal with Katherine at all on the registers. Her customer service skills are not good at all. On the other hand, they hired someone else named Daire recently and she is very nice and she converses with people rather than act like she doesnt want to be bothered with people. They have great products for a dollar there. Its not the biggest Dollar Tree, yet they hold pretty good stuff.

I just saw a couple of employees talk about turning off their cashier light when they saw a homeless guy coming their way. He was still helped but they were yelling at an employee to turn off their light so he doesnt go to the employees cashier line. Horrible customer service and rude employees. Management should be ashamed of themselves for this. Goodbye!
