Great food! This place has been in business for over 20 years and hasnt disappoint. The portions are nice, I always have leftovers. I do have to add soy sauce to the rice, but not too much of an issue. Dont let the fact that its housed in a gas station turn you off. If you havent tried it yet, give it a go!

One star is being generous — this is the worst Chinese food I’ve had in my entire life! My order included the egg foo young, shrimp lo mein, and the sweet and sour chicken all with fried rice.The fried rice was not fried rice. It was rice and vegetables from a rice cooker. It had a very soft texture of rice that has been sitting in the steamer.The lo mein was bland; the onions and celery were the star of this dish.The egg foo young was unimpressive as well.Don’t waist your time or money. I threw it out.

I work in the area and was introduced to the food by a coworker a few years ago. Ive had my share of Chinese food from my travels and I must say, the Chinese food here at Texaco in Converse was on par with the majority of restaurants around the country! This inconspicuous gas stations kitchen produces the best Chinese food in the area. My favorite is the shrimp and vegetables. The shrimp are fresh and of a nice size, the sauce is of nice consistency, the portions are healthy and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely visit again and again. Challenge yourself to overcome the appearance and the fact that this is a gas station and try this spot. You will be glad you did!

Guess the Chinese food doesnt taste the sameIt made me and my brother throw up. It looked undercooked. Plus, the Asian man was very rude, and kept talking over us and rushing us. While asking what food is best. Currently throwing up and nauses atm.

The island needed stocked .The pump i used leaks ..But the gas is good

The pump is slow at pumping gas the food here I not so sure about because I’ve never had it but everyone on here seems to like it, doesn’t seem very clean and the bathroom is always out of order

Just now ordered food from there. Asked for fried rice and was given boiled white rice.Not enough flavor in the food no spice on spicy foods. Plates were melted through the bottom. Soups were not properly made.
