Went in with my husband a little early for my booster shot. Was extremely pleased with Constantine. Super sweet and friendly guy who helped us right away even tho our appt was scheduled a little later than when we arrived. Got both my Covid and Flu shot. My husband also lost his vaccination card and Constantine was super thoughtful in filling out the info from previous vaccinations. Overall, Ive never had a problem with this CVS on Kitty Hawk. Had all my vaccinations here. A good place to go. Also store is extremely organized and clean.
Heres how my CVS visit went. I get there, click on 👩💻 link they texted me for check-in✍, then this guy stepped in front of me to get his shot...I just let him go since I had an appointment...well, the nonchalant woman behind the register just motioned me over to the vaccine area...well, some snide woman gave me a stare and went in behind the shades to get her vaccine, ok, Ill wait, be patient, be the better person...well, next this scroungey girl walked up and was screaming about having an appointment, so that unorganized nurse shot-giver took her next, all the while Im patiently waiting, well, that was enough, I poked my head around the partition and told him I had an appointment before hers, he apologized and told me I was next. In the meantime, some ole man came up and said he had an appointment, but was after mine. Good grief, and those people, workers behind the counter were going along with their chores, letting us figure it out. NOT a good experience.
Went in to get my booster today and Constantine was great didnt feel a thing.Our CVS team is the best!
I love this cvs, customer service is amazing every time, everything is always stocked and they are so quick to assist you, i got my second shot here and i was so scared Constantine not only effectively calmed me but i did not feel no pain!
This pharmacy chaotic and unorganized. I scheduled an appointment online for 9:30, upon arriving I had to wait 30 minutes. I waited the alloted 3 weeks for a follow up for the 2nd dose which was also scheduled at 9:30. Upon arriving and waiting in my car I received a text message that my appointment was canceled. I immediately went into the store to find out why the appointment was canceled. I was told by the pharmacist Neveen that I would have to wait 30 additional minutes for the walk in clinic. They pharmacist stated that she does not give the vaccine and was waiting for another worker to come in to administer. I noticed the pharmacist in the corner preparing a vaccine and she then stated that she woukd give it to me. At that point I questioned whether the vaccine would be verified because she previously said she would not be giving the vaccine. My intuition told me to leave because I did NOT trust her giving the right vaccine. I requested my vaccine card back and hurried to leave. There were 4 other workers behind the counter complaining about being in overtime and having to complete training modules while there were 4 other people waiting in line behind me. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR VACCINES!!!!!!!!!! CHAOTIC, CHAOTIC AND LACK PROFESSIONALISM. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO GIVE VACCINES OF ANY KIND!!!!!!!
Absolutely awful service. Everytime I come to this cvs its a hassle. I receive notification that our prescriptions are complete and when I get there they are not complete. Theres also ALWAYS a new pharmacist! I really wonder why cvs cant keep pharmacists employed here!!!! Will be moving everything to either HEB or Walmart.
The restrooms for customers are an absolute disgrace. No toilet paper. No soap. No one has cleaned that bathroom for God knows how long. I mean I feel like I could catch COVID in that nasty place. This is unacceptable. Stock and clean. Do better for your customers. This is like the second time I have seen it in these conditions.

Store clerk was rude, wasnt greeting customers. Actually, she ignored us several times, even though we were waiting to check out. After several minutes, we asked her who could assist us? She seemed bothered.
Yall they did not check my son, 15, id and just blindly gave him the vaccine.
I was suppose to be scheduled for a 2nd covid vaccine for 10:30 am on 5/13/21. When i came up to the pharmacy section to check in, the pharmacy tech told me that CVS was suppose to send notifications for rescheduling. They dont even have the supplies in or ready. Luckily I am a stay at home mother, but for others that took some time off from work, will NOT be happy.
Gene a new Pharmacist was so condensending to me over the phone, my Doctor called in meds for my kidney stones so painful! I am tired of always especially with this man feeling his new position giving me no customer service assurance that my although my medication through no fault of my own would be available later. Instead he chose to play the man card offering me no comfort for my PAIN and worsening the call! When I called back to get his name he was just as chipper and happy 2 seconds later! CVS does not care I mean Gene does not care!

Got laid off due to covid so cvs closes my account because they dont allow customers to pay cash for prescriptions only take insurance.Poor poor customer service. Then I make an appointment this past weekend for a covid vaccine finally getting through online and the next day they canceled my appointments. I called their 800 number and they couldnt tell me why and Noone answered the phone locally. Still waiting for call back which wont come because they have horrible customer service.
The pharmacist here are bored and don’t want work to go fine they are misleading and miserable and want drama and they look at each other when they do something wrong like it’s customer support.
Rude customer service I hope this place gets shut down.

They sat on my prescriptions for 2 hours waiting on insurance when they were asked to process it without insurance. Did not pay attention to the request. Never again!
Great staff at pharmacy always patient when I call over and over when my doctor can’t get the prescriptions right each month,they are fully staffed and all ways busy but never rude,can’t find costumer service like this any where they elsewhere.
The pharmacy is great! Professional and polite. This pharmacy is very efficient and very well managed. The head pharmacist is a jewel! I love going to this store!
On May 8, 2017 approximately 6:30 PM I went to purchase shaving cream listed on page 9 in the weekly circular. The ad advised to go to website listed/coupons to print a coupon which I did and cut out the coupon in the Sunday newspaper which I did. According to the ad it is like getting it for FREE. I got to the store and I was advised that I could use one or the other coupon but I could not use both. I show the ad to Britney who advised that she is the store manager. She read the coupon and she advised that it does not say CVS. I pointed to the ad and advised I went to that website to print the coupon and they never print CVS on the coupon. Britney advised that she is not capable of doing the override. I told her that I made the same purchase yesterday with a different employee at the same location at 12:23 PM. She advised to come back and make the purchase with the other employee. I advised that this is FALSE ADVERTISING. This didnt phase her decision to refuse to honor the ad. I advised her that I am going to post my experience on the Internet. This still did not phase her. I went out of my way to the Universal City location and I had no problem making the purchase at that store.
Upon leaving my doctors office they did tell me they sent my prescription right over to CVS as well as providing me with documentation that they did. When I arrived at CVS they had told me they didnt get my prescription, so as usual I did call my doctors office and was told they did send it over and they would call CVS to see what they issue was. I waited at the pharmacy still and over heard them on the phone saying that they havent logged into check if my prescriptions arrived but would do so. My doctors office called me back and said they spoke with them about my prescriptions and they were told they have not checked their system for it. After a bit while waiting they called me up and said that my doctors office just sent my prescription in and would be with me shortly. After 2 hours wait I finally received my prescriptions.
Its a great place to get your medicine filled out and they also have everyday items!!!Such asMake up,Vitamins,Over-the-counter medicines,Drinks,Candy,Chips,Milk,Ice Cream,Stationary,Pens-Pencils,And so much more...Thank You, Stuart
Pharmacy is terrible. I’ve only ever had problems with this one. My doctor tried sending them my prescription but I call and they say they never get it. I call my doctors office and they say it’s on their end. This has happened twice with different doctors sending prescriptions. When I call they’re rude and don’t even try to get to the issue. Switched to Walmart Pharmacy
Full disclosure *I misread the hours of operation* - the CVS Pharmacy the pharmacy opens at 10am...CVS Pharmacy the store opens at 8 am. Dont get confused by the word pharmacy??? Anyways, just because I made a mistake about the dropoff hours didnt excuse how rude I was treated. The metal gates of the pharmacy inside the pharmacy store were closed except for one gate which was open with a sign and an arrow specifying where to dropoff prescriptions. Two employees clearly watched me walkup and ignored me while they carried on their conversation. I finally asked politely about dropping off the prescription to one employee who walked away and ignored me. I then asked the other who was greatly bothered by my presence who informed me we open at 10 before walking away from me. Dont make my mistake! Theyll eat your face off

Not overly impressed with the pharmacy at this location. Not the friendliest group, thats for sure.The store staff is always very helpful.
The people who work in the pharmacy at this store are either inept or uncaring or both. Case in point- Ive asked them time and time again to put non child-proof caps on my wifes prescriptions as she has arthritic hands and has difficulty opening bottles. They cant seem to get this simple request right. Ive told them we have no children in our home, so child-proof caps are not needed. Finally, I told the pharmacist that I can not trust his people to accurately fill vital prescriptions correctly when they cannot comply with a simple request for no child-proof caps. DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY!

Worst pharmacy ever. They always forget to mix the powdered medicine. The. I wonder if they are mixing right or giving the right dosage in bottles. They don’t understand insurance and they simply don’t try. I know there are new employees recently so let’s see how that goes...
Spoke to a pharmacist who told me one of my wifes prescriptions wouldnt be ready till 9. I came shortly after 9 only to find out that the pharmacy closes at that time. This is god damn ridiculous. Luckily its not something she will die from. But what if it had been? I will never come here again.

I had to give them 1 star because there was not an option to give them ZERO! I ordered a medication Dec 9th. They told me they would call me when it arrived. Dec 20th=no call. I call them to find out that it was never ordered and now they are expecting me to wait even longer so they can order it again. They lacked any customer service skills, they lacked professionalism, they lacked basic communication skills. I will never get any medications from that pharmacy again. I had to get everything transferred to the Pat Booker location where I was treated with respect, professionalism and my med would be ready next day. Do not get your meds at this Pharmacy.
Constantly struggling to get my medication right. Rude pharmacy staff. Poor communication. I, like many people, NEED my medication and this pharmacy always finds a way to mess it up. Sad because its so close to my house, but I will be switching to a different pharmacy soon.
Dont get your prescriptions filled here especially the pain pills such as hydrocodone you will not receive all of them the pharmacist that fills them steals a few everytime they fill them. They dont care about how much pain your in or that you need them to get trough the day to be able to provide for your family.
