Always friendly and glad to see you here. They are almost always busy but are fast at getting the line moving. There are plenty of things available to purchase from snacks to charge cables for your phone. I have only had an unpleasant stop twice here and it was handled quickly by the staff. I believe a great attitude and quick help are just as important as all the best experiences. My only suggestion for this store is that you give them all a raise for the way they represent you.

I used to hate going to this store because as another reviewer said, the night crew played loud music all night.However, that was then, this is now. New crew, more professional. Still music in the background but its in the background.Decided to get a pizza and I would have to say that, its really good pizza. I will look to grab more in the future.

Rude rude rude cashier, the most unprofessional person I have ever had to witness. Talking badly and criticizing customers coming in and out with another cashier. Unbelievable I sure do hope the owners read these reviews not just the good ones. If yall do, just a word of advise, you need to get rid of the tall Hispanic looking lady that is very unprofessional!

This is a wonderful store the staff here are very friendly and very courteous I come here every time feels like home here. I like going through here to get my favorite snacks and an lunches. While I was there at check out Mr. Vilente was very kind to me he even suggested an item to me that I was looking for that i wasnt able to find, and he literally went out of his way to go get it for me. Turns out I ended up saving money because they had a sale going on. He definitely deserve the chance to even run the store. Wonderful service.

We have lived near this location for over 10 years. So we go to this location cause it’s in walking distance and convient for my teenagers to go. My husband goes as well and spends way too much money here as well as I do. My 16 & 17 year olds have used the free app with free stuff to redeem as we get the points for them. Yesterday they were busy. They had about 20 people in the store, parking lot was full. My daughter and her boyfriend went in to get the free drinks. My daughter’s boyfriend got the wrong cup size to redeem for free drink. Instead of man working telling her it was wrong size, he demanded she pay for the drink and it wasn’t free! My daughters boyfriend came out to the vehicle to retrieve me to pay. I came in asked why they had to pay for the drink. I then noticed cup size he had gotten was wrong. Prior to that the male cashier didn’t explain “it was wrong cup size” just that it wasn’t free when he scanned the app! He had raised his voice repeatedly to me and my daughter prior to me coming in as he was frustrated of the people in the store! The female cashier was dealing with customers and didn’t even know how he was treating my daughter! The service was horrible! At night the workers have loud rap music going on evenings.Very unprofessional! Night & day employees are so rude and don’t acknowledge your entrance! Our family will no longer spend a single hard earned dollar in this store! We spend well over $1000 a month between gas and snacks! We will drive to another 711 instead of getting the horrible service we get at this location! Sometimes we just have to pay for better service even if it means driving instead of walking..PERIOD!

The lady @ the register was very friendly. No complaint about the service. The manager was not there..Another store employees said whatever it scan stand..The prices on the items are false advertising. The items I was going to purchase had price under item $1.69. It rang up @ $1.89. She tried other item same things. Other customers in the store agreed and spoke out about false advertising. So make sure u watch the prices as they being rang up.

I go to this location at least 1 time every day, usually 2-3 times, tho.Clerks are nice, helpful, attentive, etc...Never had expired products on shelf or anything, rarely is a drink tap on the fountain machine out or broken, restrooms are kept clean, etc...The ONLY caveat this location has is that they havent gotten the Pizza oven/etc. Yet...

Usually I enjoy myself here but I had a really poor experience today with the cashier. Really disappointed.

The one thing that makes it stand out is that the bathrooms are clean and since I drive for a living I see a lot of bathrooms and this is one of the cleanest bathrooms Ive seen and that to me is a big tell sign on how they prepare their food also

Good location, well stocked, most staff members are friendly. If youre regular at this location, theyll treat you almost like a friend instead of a customer.
