They are great to deal with and did an great job at a fair price. They are more than willing to help even for the small job I had.

I call several other machine shops and none was willing to help me. I call Empire and right away Jose told me to come over so he can see it. After going he took care of me. I thank God for him. He help me with a small but important job.

I apologize for not posting this sooner. Empire really helped me out. I had a part I needed reached and trued. They really came through for me. I dropped the part off just before close and they had it ready for pick up the next morning. I plan to go back to them for any future machine work I need done. Thanks Empire Machine. 👍

These guys are great. I had a trailer hitch with a broken off bolt. They easily removed the bolt, rethreaded the hole, and restored it to perfect condition. They did this while I waited and were as nice as could be. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a Harley Davidson cylinder head that needed a broken-off sparkplug removed. I called and talked to Jose. He told me to bring the head over and hell look at it. He was able to get the broken plug out and save the threads. Jose was extremely professional and helpful. I will definitely call Jose for any future machine work.

I teach robotics at College Park HS and I coach a competition robotics team from there as well. The kids were having difficulty with a particular piece of steel and machining it to their requirements. Our equipment just couldnt handle it, and they were ready to go for a complete redesign. If you need machine work done this is the place to go. These people are excellent: friendly and knowledgeable, particularly helpful to determine the best method and equipment to use to accomplish your machining tasks, no matter how complicated. In my case, I had a damaged part that was from an obsolete, and very rare marine reduction gear. The part was returned to factory tolerances.....very promptly and very reasonably priced. I noted their equipment is current with the latest CNC capability, however, if you need conventional manual machine services they can handle that as well.
