Not a place for respected individuals. I strongly urge anyone to work here. Working conditions were poor, even after being promoted it seems as though management still need appropriate conduct in order to facilitate schedules, and groups. Also I believe they will need strong and higher moral goals overall.

Im a current employee with Wildcat PPE in the custodial department. Several months ago I had been a 9month long homeless Veteran. When I was contacted by a family member and employee of this company I had never heard of a PPE plant. I was given the opportunity to join my family and regain some self gratification in earning not only an income but opportunity to apply over thirty years of work environment skills and abilities that had been idle from my covid pandemic caused situation. While there are difficulties within a multi-ethnic and variant culturally different group, the goal is to contribute to our recovery of this devastating situation in our society and throughout our country. To provide assitance in protection human folks both patients and medical personnel striving to recoup our way back from the brinks so many still face today. I believe the workforce here can improve the attitudes if they remember that though this may seem like just a job, we are contributing to our nations recovery in its small but enormous simplicity of protection, deterence and morales of those who still fight daily this dreadful disease. It takes us all.

This company takes pride in producing top quality PPE to the medical industry. I have never seen a company treat everyone equally, and provide opportunity for all of their employees.

The quality of this place is so sad! This place is truly the worse i have ever come across. It needs serious management and employee check. Employees do not wear masks, managers are incredibly rude. The government needs to be invalided IMMEDIATELY

I was here when they first started recruiting for this job (covid). They needed a large amount of people in a short amount of time so they hired everyone via a staffing agency 3 to be exact, the main one being Resource MFG. After 3 months they were told by the company president to lay off an unknown percentage of workers.We all show up one day and theres over 15 police squad cars in the parking lot and theyre are literally turning everyone around as they come off the shuttle bus the moment they walk inside. Come to find out they had to suddenly get rid of over 300 employees in a days notice and the president of the company didnt care how they did it, they just had to do it. The polices purpose there was to keep people from rioting once they were sent home. They even had the shuttle buses ready to bring us back to our cars.After about 3 months I decided to contact them and see if they were hiring again. Surprisingly they were. I was so excited to hear that I decided to try to smooth them over more by adding that I was there recently but was among the large group that was layed off. Unfortunately that was where they drew the line... I was told that apparently they werent hiring anyone who previously worked with them through an agency.My guess was that they wanted a fresh new batch of workers. This time recruiting without a third party staffing agency. Just company only.I really did enjoy working for Wildcat.It was fun while it lasted.Covid-19 essential workers(May 2020-July 2020

I seen the google review yesterday on the company WildCat - because I was going to call the office.I too was discriminated by Andrea I needed my check Friday afternoon around 3pm and she had a very rude attitude.I was walking out in the long hallway and she proceeded to tell the woman next to her with red hair that OUR kind of ppl are so desperate for our checks.Well I’ll tell you something because of COVID yes I am desperate to feed my children and yes I am desperate to pay my bills to keep a roof over my kids.But I am not desperate enough to keep a job where I feel discriminated and talked bad about.I am not one to let things get to my head but I quit and never came back because I felt at my lowest point.I really don’t know how you guys let this kind of stuff slide.

This is not the place to work the staff there is very rude and disrespectful and they don’t have a corporate number the HR does not know how to handle certain situations they don’t know how to give an good answer on certain things you should feel comfortable and happy to work not feeling like you going to a slave house.....

Many workers have been complaining that they make them work 2 and 3 weeks and then they tell them that there are problems with their documentation and they are not being paid for all that time worked. Someone must investigate what is happening in that place. I will file a complaint because it is not fair that they do that with the staff.
