Rafael is not someone you can trust . We placed an order for a a pump, he told us they needed time to build it . It took twice as long as promised . The pump was wrong when we received it . He agreed to take it back and issue credit. He received it and then told us he would not give us credit because we switched the pump. he said there was no way they could have built it because of the valve it had on it. I told him he needed to look into how he came up with the pump. He admitted he didnt build it but actually purchased . Long story short He is not honest and by not giving me credit in effect he stole 3k from my company
